야곱이 “전능하신 하나님께서 그 사람 앞에서 너희에게 은혜를 베푸사 그 사람으로 너희 다른 형제와 베냐민을 돌려보내게 하시기를 원하노라 내가 자식을 잃게 되면 잃으리라(43:14)” 하며 내려놓고 맡기며 순종하였고 베냐민을 만나게 된, “요셉이 청지기에게 양식을 각자의 자루에 운반할 수 있을 만큼 채우고 돈을 자루에 넣고, 내 은잔을 청년의 자루 아귀에 넣고 양식 값도 함께 넣으라 하매 그가 요셉의 명령대로 하고, 아침에 사람들과 나귀들을 보냈으나, 성읍에서 멀리 가기 전에 요셉이 청지기에게 그들을 뒤따라가 너희가 어찌하여 선을 악으로 갚느냐. 이것은 내 주인이 가지고 마시며 늘 점치는 데에 쓰는 것이 아니냐 너희가 악하도다 하라. 청지기가 그대로 말하였고, 그들이 내 주여 어찌 이렇게 말씀하십니까 당신의 종들이 이런 일은 결단코 아니합니다. 우리 자루에 있던 돈도 가나안 땅에서부터 가져왔는데 우리가 어찌 당신의 주인의 집에서 금은을 도둑질 하리이까. 당신의 종들 누구에게서 발견되든지 죽을 것이요 우리는 주의 종이 되리이다. 그러면 너희의 말과 같이 하리라 그것이 누구에게서 발견되면 그는 종이 될 것이요 너희는 죄가 없으리라. 그들이 각각 급히 자루를 땅에 내려놓고 푸니, 그가 나이 많은 자부터 시작하여 나이 적은 자까지 조사하니 잔이 베냐민의 자루에서 발견된지라. 그들이 옷을 찢고 짐을 나귀에 싣고 성으로 돌아 갔듯(44:1-13)” 맡기고 순종할지라도 하나님 은혜에 합당한 믿음인가 아닌가 시험하게 하셨습니다.

The Almighty God will do everything to whoever, he shall be humbly obeying to God with give up his desires and anticipate, as the Benjamin met his brother Joseph, through the humble situation of their father Jacob, as “May God Almighty grant you mercy before the man so that he will let your other brother ad Benjamin come back with you. As for me, if I am bereaved, I am bereaved. (43:14)” But the Lord will test his faith to be good or not as that Joseph were tested his brothers’ hearts and minds, as “Now Joseph gave these instructions to the steward of his house: Fill the men’s sacks with as much food as they can carry, and put each man’s silver in the mouth of his sack. Then put my cup, the silver one, in the mouth of the youngest one’s sack, along with the silver for his grain. And he did as Joseph said. As morning dawned, the men were sent on their way with their donkeys. They had not gone far from the city when Joseph said to his steward, God after those men at once, and when you catch up with them, say to them, Why have you repaid good with evil? Isn’t this the cup my master drinks from and also uses for divination? This is a wicked thing you have done. When he caught up them, he repeated these words to them. But they said to him, Why does my lord say such things? Far be it from your servants to do anything like that. We even brought back to you from the land of Canaan the silver we found inside the mouths of our sacks. So why would we steal silver or gold from your master’s house? If any of your servants is found to have it, he will die; and the rest of us will become my lord’s servants. Very well, then, he said, let it be as you say. Whoever is found to have it will become my slave; the rest of you will be free from blame. Each of them quickly lowered his sack to the ground and opened it. Then the steward proceeded to search, beginning with the oldest and ending with the youngest. And the cup was found in Benjamin’s sack. At this, they tore their clothes. Then they all loaded their donkeys and returned to the city. (44:1-13)”

그래서 “유다와 형제들이 땅에 엎드리니, 요셉이 너희가 어찌하여 이런 일을 행하였느냐 나 같은 사람이 점을 잘 치는 줄을 알지 못하였느냐. 유다가 우리가 주께 무슨 말을 하고 설명을 하며 정직함을 나타내리이까 하나님이 종들의 죄악을 찾아내셨으니 우리와 잔이 발견된 자가 다 주의 노예가 되겠나이다. 요셉이 내가 결코 그리하지 아니하리라 잔이 발견된 자만 종이 되고 너희는 평안히 너희 아버지에게 돌아갈 것이니라 (44:14-17)” 하며, 형제들의 우애를 시험하였는데, 유다가 “주께서 막내 아우가 함께 내려오지 아니하면 다시는 내 얼굴을 보지 못하리라 하시기로, 우리가 우리 아버지에게로 올라가서 말씀을 아뢰었나이다. 후에 우리 아버지가 다시 곡물을 사오라 하시기로, 우리가 내려갈 수 없나이다 막내 아우가 함께 가면 내려가려니와 막내가 함께 가지 아니하면 그 사람의 얼굴을 볼 수 없음이니이다. 우리 아버지께서 내 아내가 두 아들을 낳았으나, 하나는 나갔으므로 틀림없이 찢겨 죽었다 하고 지금까지 보지 못하는데, 너희가 이 아이도 데려갔다가 재해가 그에게 미치면 나의 흰 머리를 슬퍼하며 스올로 내려가게 하리라 하였으니, 아버지의 생명과 아이의 생명이 하나로 묶였거늘 이제 내가 돌아갈 때에 아이가 함께 가지 아니하면, 아버지가 아이의 없음을 보고 죽으리니 종들이 우리 아버지가 흰 머리로 슬퍼하며 스올로 내려가게 함이니이다. 주의 종이 내가 아버지께로 데리고 돌아오지 아니하면 영영히 죄짐을 지리이다 하였사오니, 이제 종으로 대신 머물러 주의 종이 되게 하시고 아이는 형제들과 함께 올려 보내소서. 아이가 함께 가지 아니하면 내가 어찌 올라갈 수 있으리이까 재해가 내 아버지에게 미침을 보리이다(44:23-34)” 하며 야곱과 베냐민을 배려하고 헌신하는 사랑으로 요셉을 감동시켰습니다.

That’s why, Joseph were tested brotherliness of his brothers’ as “Joseph was still in the house when Judah and his brothers came in, and they threw themselves to the ground before him. Joseph said to them, What is this you have done? Don’t you know that a man like me can find things out by divination? What can we say to my lord? Judah replied. What can we say? How can we prove our innocence? God has uncovered your servants’ guilt. We are now my lord’s slaves-we ourselves and the one who was found to have the cup. But Joseph said, Far be it from me to do such a thing. Only the man who was found to have the cup will become my slave. The rest of you, go back to your father in peace. (44:14-17)” And Judah were admiration to Joseph by his devoted slavery in place of his younger brother Benjamin, as “You told your servants, Unless, your youngest brother comes down with you, you will not see my face again. When we went back to your servant my father, we told him what my lord had said. Then our father said, God back and buy a little more food. But we said, We cannot go down. Only if our youngest brother is with us will we go. We cannot see the man’s face unless our youngest brother is with us. Your servant my father said to us, You know that my wife bore me two sons. One of them went away from me, and I said, He has surely been torn to pieces. And I have not seen him since. If you take this one from me too and harm comes to him, you will bring my gray head down to the grave in misery. So now, if the boy is not with us when I go back to your servant my father and if my father, whose life s closely bound up with the boy’s life, sees that the boy isn’t there, he will die. Your servants will bring the gray head of our father down t the grave in sorrow. Your servant guaranteed the boy’s safety to my father. I said, If I do not bring him back to you, I will bear the blame before you, my father, all my life. Now then, please let your servant remain here as my lord’s slave in place of the boy, and let the boy return with his brothers. How can I go back to my father if the boy is not with me? No. Do not let me see the misery that would come upon my father. (44:23-34)”

그래서 “요셉이 감정을 억제하지 못하고 형제들에게 자기를 알렸고. 애굽 사람들과 바로의 궁중에도 들렸으며. 형들이 놀라서 대답하지 못하였는데(45:1-3)-나는 당신들의 아우 요셉이니 당신들이 애굽에 판 자라. 나를 팔았다고 근심하거나 한탄하지 마소서 하나님이 생명을 구원하시려고 나를 당신들보다 먼저 보내셨나이다. 이 땅에 이 년 동안 흉년이 들었으나 오 년은 밭갈이도 못하고 추수도 못할지라. 하나님이 큰 구원으로 당신들의 생명을 보존하고 후손을 세상에 두시려고 나를 당신들보다 먼저 보내셨나니, 나를 이리로 보낸 이는 하나님이시라 하나님이 나를 바로에게 아버지로 삼으시고 애굽 온 땅의 통치자로 삼으셨나이다(45:4-8)” 하며 하나님의 은혜와 섭리를 간증하였고, “당신들은 속히 아버지께로 올라가서 아버지의 아들 요셉을 하나님이 애굽 전국의 주로 세우셨으니 지체 말고 내려오사, 아버지의 아들들과 아버지의 손자들과 아버지의 양과 소와 모든 소유가 고센 땅에 머물며 나와 가깝게 하소서. 흉년이 아직 다섯 해가 있으니 내가 아버지를 봉양하고 아버지의 가족과 아버지께 속한 모든 사람에게 부족함이 없도록 하겠나이다 전하소서. 당신들과 아우 베냐민 앞에서 내가 이 말을 하였으니, 내가 애굽에서 누리는 모든 영화를 아버지께 아뢰고 속히 모시고 내려오소서 하며, 아우 베냐민의 목을 안고 우니 베냐민도 요셉의 목을 안고 우니라. 요셉이 형들과 입맞추며 안고 우니 형들이 그제서야 요셉과 말하였듯(45:9-15)” 형제들이 기쁨으로 화해하였습니다.

Then, Joseph were testimony of God’s providences and graces in his lives and to their families, as “Joseph could no longer control himself and made himself known to his brothers. And the Egyptians and Pharaoh’s household heard about it. But his brothers were not able to answer him, because they were terrified at his presence. (45:1-3)-Then Joseph said to his brothers, I am your brother Joseph, the one you sold into Egypt. Do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here, because it was to save lives that God sent me ahead of you. For two years now there has been famine in the land, and for the next five years there will not be plowing and reaping. But God sent me ahead of you to preserve for you a remnant on earth and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So then, it was not you who sent me here, but God. He made me father to Pharaoh, lord of his retire household and ruler of all Egypt. (45:4-8)” And, restored for their brotherliness joyfully, as “Now hurry back to my father and say to him, This is what your son Joseph says: God has made me lord of all Egypt. Come down to me; don’t delay. You shall live in the region of Goshen and be near me-you, your children and grandchildren, your flocks and herds, and all you have. I will provide for you there, because five years of famine are still to come. Otherwise you and your household and all who belong to you will become destitute. You can see for yourselves, and so can my brother Benjamin, that, it is really I who am speaking to you. Tell my father about all the honor according me in Egypt and about everything you have seen. And bring my father down here quickly. Then he threw his arms around his brother Benjamin and wept, and Benjamin embraced him, weeping. And he kissed all his brothers and wept over them. Afterward his brothers talked with him. (45:9-15)”

또한 “요셉의 형들이 왔다는 소문이 들리매 바로와 신하들이 기뻐하고, 바로는 요셉에게 네 형들에게 양식을 싣고 가서 가나안 땅에 이르거든, 아버지와 가족을 이끌고 내게로 오라 애굽의 좋은 땅을 주리니 너희가 나라의 기름진 것을 먹으리라. 수레를 가져다 너희 자녀와 아내를 태우고 아버지를 모셔오라. 너희의 기구를 아끼지 말라 온 애굽 땅의 좋은 것이 너희 것임이니라(45:16-20)” 하며 은혜를 베풀었고, “요셉이 바로의 명령대로 수레와 길 양식을 주며, 옷 한 벌씩 주되 베냐민에게는 은 삼백과 옷 다섯 벌을 주고, 아버지에게 수나귀 열 필에 애굽의 아름다운 물품을 실리고 암나귀 열 필에는 길에서 드릴 곡식과 떡과 양식을 실리고, 돌려보내며 길에서 다투지 말라 하였고, 그들이 가나안 땅으로 들어가서 아버지 야곱에게, 요셉이 지금까지 살아 있어 애굽 땅 총리가 되었더이다 야곱이 그들의 말을 믿지 못하여 어리둥절 하더니, 요셉이 자기를 태우려고 보낸 수레를 보고 기운이 소생한지라. 이스라엘이 내 아들 요셉이 지금까지 살아 있으니 죽기 전에 가서 그를 보리라 하였듯(45:21-28)” 유다처럼 배려하고 양보하며 희생하는 사랑이 있어야 형통하게 이루시는 그리스도의 임마누엘 하나님의 법칙을 가르치므로, 하나님의 뜻에 자신을 맡기고 배려하고 양보하며 희생하는 사랑으로 임마누엘 하나님과 동행하는 복음의 증인이 되고 구원 얻기를 예수 이름으로 축복하며 기도합니다. 아멘.

Furthermore, Pharaoh the king of Egypt showed kindness mercies to them by the providence of Immanuel God of Joseph, as “When the news reached Pharaoh’s palace that Joseph’s brothers had come, Pharaoh and all his officials were pleased. Pharaoh said to Joseph, Tell your brothers, Do this: Lord your animals and return to the land of Canaan, and bring your father and your families back to me. I will give you the best of the land of Egypt and you can enjoy the fat of the land. You are also directed to tell them, Do this: Take some carts from Egypt for your children and your wives, and get your father and come. Never mind about your belongings, because the best of all Egypt will be yours. (45:16-20)” That’s why, Joseph were served his brothers through the commanded of Pharaoh, as “Joseph gave them carts, as Pharaoh had commanded, and he also gave them provisions for their journey. To each of them he gave new clothing, but to Benjamin he gave three hundred shekels of silver and five sets of clothes. And this is what he sent to his father; ten donkeys loaded with the best things of Egypt, and then female donkeys loaded with grain and bread and other provisions for his journey. The he sent his brothers away, and as they were leaving he said to them, Don’t quarrel on the way. So they went up out of Egypt and came to their father Jacob in the land of Canaan. They told him, Joseph is still alive. In fact, he is ruler of all Egypt. Jacob was stunned; he did not believe them. But when they told him everything Joseph had said to them, and when he saw the carts Joseph had sent to carry him back, the spirit of their father Jacob revived. And Israel said, I’m convinced. My son Joseph is still alive. I will go and see him before I die. (45:21-28)” Because, God was worked with Immanuel to Judah through his pure in loves, So, you shall commit your ways to God and serves to everyone with pure in loves, then the Lord will come into your hearts and work with you to accomplished through his eternal purposes in Christ Jesus and save your eternal life. I hopefully prayer for you, you shall as that good and worthy faith in Christ Jesus all. Amen.
