참부모경 - 249. 지도자 승공사상 교육과 해외 연수

참부모님께서는 1968년 1월 13일 국제승공연합을 창설하시고 각계각층의 지도자들을 대상으로 남북통일에 대비해 승공 및 통일사상 교육을 지속적으로 실시하셨다. 국제승공연합은 미국과 일본 연수를 주선해 통일원리와 참부모님의 세계적 활동을 소개함으로써 사회지도자들에게 많은 감동을 주었다.

19 남북통일에 대비해 조직 편성을 해놓아야 됩니다. 평화대사들을 승공이론과 통일사상, 통일원리로 무장시킴으로써 세계를 수습해 나가야 됩니다. 어떻게 하든지 120곳에 평화대사를 배치해야 됩니다. 평화대사들을 반․리․면, 반․통․동에 배치해야 됩니다. 지방이나 수도권 모두 마찬가지입니다. 그렇게 하면 전체가 일괄적인 조직이 됩니다. 그런 조직을 해서 매일같이 사상무장을 해야 됩니다.

20 아버님이 애국자라고 인정하는 사람들로부터 반드시 교육을 해야 됩니다. 국회의원들에게 원리와 승공이론, 통일사상까지 교육해야 됩니다. 아버님을 이길 수 있는 그 무엇이 없으면 따라오라는 것입니다. 한국의 정치풍조로써는 아무것도 될 수 없습니다. 미국이나 일본도 마찬가지입니다. 아버님이 절대가치를 중심삼고 지금까지 평화운동을 해왔습니다. 그렇게 한 사람은 나밖에 없습니다. 세계가 이것을 높이 존경합니다. 존경하는 것으로 끝나서는 안 됩니다. 존경한 기반을 역사의 전통으로 삼아 후세에 남겨야 되는 것입니다. 착지가 필요합니다.

21 기독교인들이 통일원리를 듣고는 놀라고 있습니다. 미국 연수에 참가한 교장선생들 가운데도 기독교인들이 많습니다. 거기에는 이의가 있을 수 없습니다. 좋다는 소문을 다 들었다는 것입니다. 옛날에는 같은 말씀을 듣고도 나쁘다고 생각하는 눈을 가지고 보고, 그런 귀를 가지고 듣고, 그런 마음을 가지고 들으니까 그것이 전부 자기를 때려죽이려고 하고 잡아먹으려는 말로만 들렸다는 것입니다. 이제는 소문이 많이 나니까 한번 들어야 되겠다고 해서 마음문을 열고 들어 보니까 백 퍼센트 와 닿는 것입니다. 요즘에 국가를 이끌어갈 수 있는 사상교육을 할 만한 것이 없기 때문에 교육부에서 우리 책임자를 며칠씩 찾아와서는 교육시켜 달라고 한 것입니다. 이제는 서로 미국 연수에 참가하겠다고 줄을 서고 있습니다. 이번에는 기독교 장로들을 데려가려고 합니다. 벌써 교육받은 사람이 2만 명 가까이 되니까 이제는 중류 계층은 거의 다 통합니다. 모르는 사람이 없다는 것입니다.

22 지금까지 국제승공연합과 통일교회를 통해 훈련받고 교육받은 사람들이 참 많았습니다. 여러분이 지금까지 관계되었고 그 사람들을 전부 엮어야 됩니다. 그다음에는 미국에 연수 갔던 교수와 초중등학교 교장 교감 교사들을 전부 엮는 것입니다. 그래서 이번에 우리 협회의 조직을 일원화했습니다. 지금까지 원리연구회 학생들은 별도로 활동했는데 이제는 그럴 때가 지나갔습니다. 전부 한집에 들어와 살아야 할 때가 왔습니다. 원수들이 다 무너졌습니다. 그렇기 때문에 전부 하나로 묶은 것입니다. 이제 학생국이 생길 것입니다. 학생국은 교수들과 중고등학교 교장들, 초등학교 교사들까지 묶어서 배치해 놓는 것입니다. 모든 가정들이 교육기관에 관계되어 있습니다. 가정에 초등학교나 중고등학교, 대학교에 안 다니는 자녀들이 없기 때문에 이런 교육기관에서 주동해서 움직이면 그 가정들은 상대적으로 자연히 움직이게 되어 있습니다. 학생만 돌이켜 놓으면 학교의 선생님이나 가정이 다 움직인다는 것입니다. 우리는 학생을 움직일 수 있습니다. 학생들을 데려다가 일주일만 원리를 가르쳐 주게 되면 다 돌아가는 것입니다.

23 미국 연수를 갔다 온 사람이 5만명을 돌파해야 됩니다. 지금까지 미국 연수를 갔다 온 사람이 3만 명이 넘는다고 봅니다. 5만 명을 연수시키게 되면 한 군에 200명이 됩니다. 미국 연수를 시킨 것은 앞으로 국가를 움직이기 위한 주동 인맥이 필요하기 때문입니다. 그들이 교육받고 난 후에 앞으로 우리나라는 통일교회의 이 뜻을 중심삼고 수습하지 않으면 희망이 없다는 것을 느낀다는 것입니다. 또 국가기준만이 아니고 세계로 통하고 세계로 발전할 수 있는 인맥과 연결시키는 데는 통일교회 기반 외에는 없다는 것을 안다는 것입니다. 그들이 희망의 방향을 우리에게 돌리고 있다는 것입니다.

24 부모님은 중고등학교 활동에 주력하려고 합니다. 미국 연수를 갔다온 중고등학교 교사들과 교장 교감 선생들 중에서 3분의 2정도가 우리 체제권 내에 들어왔습니다. 앞으로 교장 교감선생을 중심삼고 하나되면 학생들을 교육하는 데는 문제가 없습니다. 앞으로 이것을 학제로 끌어 올리는 데 있어서 제일 빠른 길은 대학교수보다도 중고등학교 선생들입니다. 교직원을 중심삼은 활동과 학생 교육이 절대 필요한 것입니다. 이때 자리를 잡기만 하면 됩니다. 대학은 벌써 한 단계 떨어집니다. 대학교는 학과별로 되어 있기 때문에 졸업 동기라고 하더라도 심정적인 유대가 잘 맺어지지 않습니다. 그러나 중고등학생들을 보면 같은 과목권 내에 단일 책임을 맡은 선생이 모두 가르쳐 주는 것입니다. 그러니까 한 부모 앞에 형제와 같은 심정적인 유대를 맺을 수 있습니다. 그래서 제일 중요한 것이 중고등학교와 같은 교육기관에 어떻게 사상적인 것을 심어 놓느냐 하는 것입니다. 이것은 필수적인 조건입니다. 이런 막강한 배후세력 기반을 교육하는 것입니다. 그리고 교장이 찬양하고 학생들이 찬양하게 되면 학부형은 자동적으로 따라가는 것입니다. 그들을 교육함으로써 식구화운동을 해야 됩니다.

真の父母経 - 249. 指導者に対する「勝共思想」教育と海外研修

真の父母様は、一九六八年一月十三日に「国際勝共連合」を創設され、韓国では各界各層の指導者たちを対象に、南北統一に備えて「勝共思想」および「統一思想」の教育を持続的に実施された。そして、「国際勝共連合」は、アメリカと日本で研修を行い、「勝共思想」と真の父母様の世界的活動を紹介することによって、韓国の社会指導者たちに多くの感動を与えた。
 
19 南北統一に備えて、組織編成をしておかなければなりません。平和大使たちを「勝共理論」と「統一思想」、「統一原理」で武装させることにより、世界を収拾していかなければなりません。何としてでも、百二十カ所に平和大使を配置しなければならないのです。平和大使たちを班里面（バンリミョン）、班統洞（バントンドン）に配置しなければなりません。地方や首都圏もみな同じです。そのようにすれば、全体がまとまった組織になります。そのような組織をつくって、毎日のように思想武装をしなければなりません。
 
20 お父様のことを愛国者だと認定する人々から、必ず教育しなければなりません。国会議員たちに「原理」と「勝共理論」、「統一思想」まで教育しなければなりません。お父様に勝つことのできる何かがないのなら、付いてきなさいというのです。韓国の政治の風潮では、何もうまくいきません。アメリカや日本も同じです。お父様は絶対価値を中心として、今まで平和運動を行ってきました。そのようにした人は私しかいません。世界がこれを大いに尊敬しています。尊敬することで終わってはなりません。尊敬した基盤を歴史の伝統にして、後世に残さなければならないのです。着地が必要です。
 
21 キリスト教徒たちが「統一原理」を聞いて、驚いています。アメリカ研修に参加した校長たちの中にも、キリスト教徒たちがたくさんいます。そこには異議があり得ません。良いといううわさをみな聞いたというのです。昔は、同じみ言を聞いても、悪いと考える目で見て、そのような耳で聞いて、そのような心をもって聞いたので、それがすべて、自分をたたき潰そうとし、食いものにしようとする言葉にばかり聞こえたというのです。今や、うわさがたくさん立ったので、一度聞かなければならないと思って、心の門を開いて聞いてみると、一〇〇パーセント響くのです。最近、国家を導いていける思想として教育するに値するものがないので、教育部（日本の文科省に当たる韓国の中央行政機関）から私たちの責任者の所に何日かごとに訪ねてきては、「教育してほしい」と言うのです。今や、互いにアメリカ研修に参加しようと言って列をつくっています。今回は、キリスト教の長老たちを連れていこうと思います。既に教育を受けた人は二万人近くなりますから、今や中流階層はほぼすべて通じます。知らない人がいないというのです。
 
22 今まで、「国際勝共連合」と統一教会を通して訓練を受け、教育された人々は本当にたくさんいます。皆さんが今まで関わりをもってきたその人々を、すべてまとめなければなりません。その次には、アメリカ研修に行った教授と小学校、中学校の校長、教頭、教師たちをすべてまとめるのです。ですから、今回、私たちの協会の組織を一元化しました。今まで原理研究会の学生たちは別途に活動しましたが、今やそのような時は過ぎ去りました。みな一つの家に入ってきて暮らすべき時が来たのです。怨讐たちはすべて倒れました。ですから、みな一つに束ねたのです。今に学生局ができるでしょう。学生局は、教授たちと中学、高校の校長たち、小学校の教師たちまで束ねて配置しておくのです。すべての家庭が、教育機関に関係しています。家庭には小学校や中学、高校、大学に通わない子女たちがいないので、このような教育機関で中心となって動けば、その家庭は相対的に、自然に動くようになっています。学生さえ復帰しておけば、学校の先生や家庭がすべて動くというのです。私たちは学生を動かすことができます。学生たちを連れてきて一週間だけ原理を教えてあげれば、すべて回っていくのです。
 
23 アメリカ研修に行ってきた人が、五万人を突破しなければなりません。今までアメリカ研修に行ってきた人が三万人を超えると考えます。五万人に研修を受けさせれば、一つの郡（地域）では二百人になります。アメリカ研修をさせたのは、今後、国家を動かすときに、中心となって動く人脈が必要だからです。彼らは教育を受けたあと、「これから私たちの国は、統一教会のこのみ旨を中心として収拾しなければ希望がない」と感じるというのです。また、国家基準だけでなく、世界に通じ、世界に発展し得る人脈と連結させる所は、統一教会の基盤以外にはないことが分かるというのです。彼らが、希望の方向を私たちに向けているのです。


24 父母様は、中学、高校の活動に力を注ごうと思います。アメリカ研修に行ってきた中学、高校の教師たちと校長、教頭たちの中で、三分の二ほどが私たちの体制圏内に入ってきました。今後、校長、教頭を中心として一つになれば、学生たちを教育することに問題はありません。これから、これを学制に引き上げるに当たって、一番早こは、大学教授よりも中学、高校の先生たちです。教職員を中心とした活動と学生の教育が、絶対に必要なのです。この時に定着しさえすればよいのです。大学では、もはや一段階落ちます。大学は学科別になっているので、卒業の同期だといっても、心情的な絆がうまく結べません。しかし、中高生たちを見れば、同じ科目圏内で、単一の責任を受け持った先生がすべて教えてくれるのです。ですから、それゆえ、一番重要なのは中学、高校のような教育機関に、どのように思想的な内容を植えておくかということです。これは必須的な条件です。このような強大な背後の勢力基盤を教育するのです。そして、校長が称賛し、学生たちが称賛するようになれば、父兄たちは自動的に付いてくるのです。彼らを教育することにより、食口化運動をしなければなりません。

Chambumo Gyeong - 249. Workshops and international seminars

True Parents founded the International Federation for Victory Over Communism on January 13,1968, and they regularly held workshops on Victory Over Communism theory and Unification Thought for leaders from all fields and social classes, specifically to prepare for the reunification of North and South Korea. The International Federation for Victory Over Communism also arranged for leaders of society to go to the United States and Japan, where they were introduced to the Unification Principle and True Parents' worldwide activities. These leaders were greatly impressed.
 
19 We need to implement an organizational structure to prepare for the unification of North and South Korea. By empowering ambassadors for peace with Victory Over Communism theory, Unification Thought and the Unification Principle, we can gather this world together. Without fail, we must station ambassadors for peace in 120 locations. They need to be stationed in all administrative units: hamlets, villages and towns in rural areas, and neighborhoods and precincts in urban areas. Once this is done, we will have an integrated organization. As we shape this organization, we need to empower the people ideologically day after day. (405-011, 2003/02/08)
 
20 We need first to educate those people whom I have acknowledged as patriots. We need to teach the members of the National Assembly the Principle, Victory Over Communism theory, and even Unification Thought. If you do not have anything with which to surpass me, you should just follow me.

Korea's current political trend is accomplishing nothing. This also is true for the United States and Japan. I have carried out the peace movement until now based on absolute values. I am the only one who has done this. The world highly respects me for it, but it should not end with that. It needs to convert that foundation of respect into time-honored traditions and leave these as a legacy for future generations. Such a base is necessary. (402-019, 2003/01/12)
 
21 Christians are amazed when they learn the Unification Principle. Many among the participants of the seminars in the United States were Christians. They could not have any objections. By then, they had heard good rumors. In the past, when they had heard the same words, they interpreted those words as bad; their eyes read them as bad and their ears heard them as bad. They had listened with such a heart. They feared that those words would overwhelm or consume them. Now, however, rumors about this training have spread, and those same people are beginning to think that they should listen to it in earnest, at least once. Indeed, if they listen with open hearts, the words will hit home for them 100 percent.

Nowadays, there is nothing to prevent good education from helping nations achieve their purposes. Because of this, people from the Ministry of Education came several times and asked our educators to teach them as well. Now everyone is lining up to take part in the seminars in the United States. At this time, I plan to take Christian elders there. Now that the number of people who have received this education is close to 20,000,1 believe that most of the middle class has heard about it, and that there is not one person that knows nothing about it. 22 The International Federation for Victory Over Communism and the Unification Church have trained and educated a great many people. You need to link together all those people who have formed connections with us. After that, you need to link together all the professors and the principals of elementary, middle and high schools who have attended the seminars in the United States. For this reason, we have centralized the organization of our church at this time. Until now, the students of the Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles worked separately from us, but the time for organizing in that way has passed and the time has come for all of us to live together under one roof. All our enemies have collapsed. That is why we are linking our organizations.

We now will make a student department. All the professors, principals of middle and high schools, and even elementary school teachers will be linked together through the student department. Families naturally relate to educational institutions. Since their children go to elementary, middle and high schools, or colleges, families are impacted when those schools make a move. Once you have turned the teachers around, the students and families automatically will move as well. We can move the students. To turn the students around, the teachers bring them together and teach the Principle. (208-066, 1990/11/15)
 
23 The number of  people who will have participated in the United States seminars should reach at least 50,000. I believe the number of participants has currently reached a little over 30,000. If we can send 50,000 people, each county in Korea will have at least 200 of those people. I have sent them to be trained in the United States because we need leaders who can move the country. I feel that, after they have been educated, if our country is not brought together centering on the vision of the Unification Church, it will have no hope. Ours is not only a national level. I know that the Unification Church foundation offers the only way to build connections that lead to and expand to the world. People are turning to us because they realize that ours is the direction of true hope. (230-016, 1992/04/15)
 
24 Parents plan to focus on activities in middle and high schools. Among the teachers, principals and vice principals of middle and high schools who have attended our seminars in the United States, about two-thirds are related to our organization. Hence, as we become one with these principals and vice principals, we will naturally educate the students. The fastest way to make this into an educational system is through middle and high school teachers, rather than through college professors. Therefore, activities emphasizing school personnel and educational curricula are absolutely necessary. Those activities need to take root.

Colleges are a step away from that. Because colleges are divided into departments, even those who have graduated in the same year cannot easily form a connection of heart with one another. Middle and high school students, on the other hand, have teachers who are responsible to teach all students the same content. In this situation the students can and do form connections of heart with one another, almost as if they were siblings born of the same parents.

For this reason, what is most important is the method through which we can introduce principles into the educational institutions. This is an essential condition. Thus, we are providing education on such a strong underlying foundation. Once the principals and students come to praise us, the parents will automatically follow them. By educating them, we must create a family movement. (241-057, 1992/12/19)
