Telegram is a social media platform, currently known as a messaging app, that now has more than 500 million users worldwide. Telegram founder Pavel Durov recently confirmed the fact on his personal Telegram channel (@Durov).

Here at Collective Evolution we've experienced a tremendous amount of censorship from Big Tech platforms like Facebook, for example. We've been working in the field of "alternative media" since 2009. We have since grown our Facebook page to well over 5 million followers, and for years we've been subjected to algorithm changes, Facebook "fake news" strikes that are clearly unwarranted, and much more.

We have been dealing with and coming to terms with the fact that we just don't know how much longer our Collective Evolution Facebook page will be around or how much longer will have access to it, and this is why we are transitioning our followers over to our recently made Telegram account.

All of this censorship has also resulted in a very significant demonetization. What we do here at Collective Evolution is being threatened, and has been threatened for quite some time. We want to keep doing what we do but sometimes worry that we cannot produce the means necessary to do what we do. This is why we started CETV.

Fox Business reports that more than 78,000 profiles on Facebook and Instagram have been removed for violating the company's policies against posting content related to QAnon conspiracy theories and militarized social movements.

Facebook also removed more than 37,000 Facebook pages, groups, and events related to QAnon and militarized social movements. The company identified more than 890 militarized social movements since August.

A Facebook spokesperson told Fox Business:

We'll continue consulting experts to inform our strategy and will identify and remove content accordingly. These groups are constantly working to avoid our enforcement and we'll continue to study how they evolve in order to keep people safe.

One person suspected of human trafficking was arrested on state charges, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said Friday in a press release. Details of the arrest were not immediately available.

"Operation Lost Angels" began on Jan. 11 during Human Trafficking Awareness Month. The FBI said 33 children were rescued, including eight who were being sexually exploited at the time of recovery.

The FBI said it's not uncommon for victims to return on their own or by force or threats.

"This harmful cycle highlights the challenges victims face and those faced by law enforcement when attempting to keep victims from returning to an abusive situation. Victims may not self-identify as being trafficked or may not even realize they're being trafficked."

Some of the victims were arrested for misdemeanor crimes such as violating probation or robbery, authorities said. One child was discovered to be the victim of a noncustodial parental kidnapping.
