All three should be performed from memory. An accompanist will be provided.   Piano:   Students should prepare a minimum of one work which demonstrates their level of musical and technical achievement.   Instrumental:   Students should prepare approximately 10 minutes of contrasting musical selections which demonstrate technical ability, lyricism, and overall musicianship. Standard solo, orchestral, wind ensemble, and etude repertoire are appropriate. Major, minor, and chromatic scales should be prepared.
