                관양중 - 학교축제 때의 댄스 이후에, 저는 에어로빅을 다시 시작했습니다... ^^

                예전, 에어로빅 회원들의 오라는 유혹도 있었지만, 운동은 역시 즐거워야 효과가 있을 것 같아서...  헬스에서 에빅으로 전환,

                아래 노래는 이번주 나가는 에어로빅 작품곡인데, 음악을 익혀야해서 자주 들어야 하거든요... 듣다보니, 약간의 중독성이~

                가사는 영~ 마음에 안들지만, 곡은 들을수록 신나네요... 샘들도 한 번 기분 전화해 보실래요? 몸을 가볍게 흔들면서...  ^^

어셔(Usher Raymond IV)  1978년생 , 미국의 팝가수이자, R&B 가수

멀티 플래티넘 앨범인 "My Way", "8701", "Confessions"를 발매했고,

미국내에서 총 2100만장을 넘게 팔았어용..

한국에서는 릴존, 루다크리스가 참여한 "Yeah"로 유명하고요.

2005년 제47회 그래미 어워즈 베스트 R&B 듀엣상 

2002년 제45회 미국 그래미 어워드 최우수 남성 R&B 보컬상을 수상한 경력이 있어요..

2009년 마이클 잭슨의 장례식 때, 그의 곡 "Gone Too Soon"을 불러 화제가 되기도~~
