Once accepted, new and returning students pay a reservation fee to secure their placement (see Admission Process). SCHOOL FEES SCHOOL YEAR 2004-2005 Basic Fees 1. Tuition - Payable in advance for the whole year or per semester. Quarterly payments can also be arranged but have an additional charge (see Miscellaneous Fees below). Tuition may be paid by check, cash, or letter from sponsoring embassy or company. Up to 30% of the tuition may be paid in pesos at the banks prevailing selling rate at the time of payment. Pyament in pesos in excess of the 30% of the tuition will be subject to the additional premium designated by the schoo. BASIC FEES * Pre-School Students only need to pay the Tuition Fee and theh ICT Charge. 2. Capital Projects Fee - to be paid in full upon US$ 1,750 enrollment by ALL students per school year. Information and Communication Technology US$ 300 (ICT) Charge - to be paid in full upon enrollment by all students per school year 4. Matriculation Fee - for all NEW students, US$ 2,700 to be paid in full upon enrollment. Students who have paid this feeand withdrawn, and subsequently return will be assessed only 50% of the applicable matriculation fee. 5. Special Project Deposit - to be paid in full upon US$ 5,000 enrollment for each student. FULLY REFUNDABLE WHEN STUDENT LEAVES THE SCHOOL. 6.
