Behold!  
The purities of a mother profession.  
A business just like any other,  
Selling knowledge for money and that's it:  
Paying more money for more knowledge,  
Crying no money and no good things out of it.  

A good teacher is he who brands himself,  
The one whose service leads to performance:  
He who's honored by students and parents,  
The one with reputation in payment.  

Poverty doesn't make a good teacher,  
And wealth doesn't define mastery,  
But service and its output,  
The qualities of a good teacher.  

He who makes it home,  
With standards and principles,  
Where clients find life out of it,  
That is the purity of the teaching industry.

모교직의 순수함을.
여느 사업과 다름없는,
지식을 돈으로 파는 일, 그게 전부:
더 많은 지식을 위해 더 많은 돈을 내고,
돈 없으면 좋은 것도 없다고 울부짖는.

좋은 교사는 자신을 브랜딩하는 자,
서비스가 성과로 이어지는 자:
학생과 부모에게 존경받는 자,
보수에서 명성을 얻는 자.

가난이 좋은 교사를 만들지 않고,
부가 숙달을 정의하지 않으며,
오직 서비스와 그 결과물이
좋은 교사의 자질이다.

집을 만드는 자,
표준과 원칙으로,
고객들이 그 안에서 삶을 찾는 곳,
그것이 교직 산업의 순수함이다.
