Fairview Penang: To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow. The joy of learning Science was re-discovered by the Science students in Penang campus. Under the global context, Globalisation and Sustainability, the M3 students learnt about plant reproduction in Science. Students were given an opportunity to learn how to plant spinach seeds. While taking part in the planting activity, students demonstrated the Inquirer attribute by developing natural curiosity in relating the structure of the plant and seed to its function. Students saw the importance in gardening and the necessity of plant reproduction in many aspects of life such as providing sufficient food supply to sustain life on earth.

중학교 3학년 학생들이 과학시간에 식물의 생장에 관해 배웠습니다.  그들은 시금치 씨를 심고 어떻게 자라는지에 대해 배울 기회가 주어졌습니다.  지구상에서 생활을 영위하기 위해서는 식품의 공금이 얼마나 중요한 것인가에 대해서도 생각하고 토론하는 계기가 되었습니다.
