            and they're frankly not very good.

      (B)  I know. I have been really struggling with this new job.

            I think I need help with some of these projects.

      (A)  Actually, You really need to shape or ship out.

            Either you get better or I'll have to seriously think about firing you.

                         쓸 수 있는 표현이다.

                         shape up(더 열심히 하다),

                         ship out (그만두다)라는 뜻이다.
