사도행전21장 말씀입니다.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 사도행전21장

1. 우리가 그들과 작별한 뒤에 배를 타고 직선 항로로 고스에 이르러 이튿날 로데스에 들르고 거기서 바다라로 가서

And it came to pass, that after we were gotten from them, and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the [day] following unto Rhodes, and from thence unto Patara:

2. 페니키아로 건너가는 배를 만나 타고 가다가

And finding a ship sailing over unto Phenicia, we went aboard, and set forth.

3. 이제 키프러스를 발견하매 그곳을 왼편에 두고 시리아로 항해하여 두로에서 내렸으니 이는 거기서 배가 짐을 풀어야

    했기 때문이더라.

Now when we had discovered Cyprus, we left it on the left hand, and sailed into Syria, and landed at Tyre: for there the ship was to unlade her burden.

4. 우리가 거기서 제자들을 만나 이레를 머물매 그들이 [성령]을 통해 바울에게 그가 예루살렘에 올라가서는 안 된다고

    말하더라.

And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.

5. 그 날들을 보내고 우리가 떠나서 우리의 길로 갈 때에 그들이 다 아내들과 자녀들과 함께 나와 우리가 도시 밖으로

    나가기까지 우리를 우리의 길로 내보내거늘 우리가 바닷가에서 무릎 꿇어 기도하고

And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till [we were] out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.

6. 우리가 서로 작별한 뒤 우리는 배에 오르고 그들은 집으로 돌아가니라.

And when we had taken our leave one of another, we took ship; and they returned home again.

7. 우리가 두로를 떠나 우리의 항해를 마치고 톨레마이에 이르러 형제들에게 문안한 뒤 그들과 함께 하루를 지내고

And when we had finished [our] course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, and saluted the brethren, and abode with them one day.

8. 이튿날 바울의 일행인 우리가 떠나서 가이사랴에 이르러 일곱 사람 중의 하나인 복음 전도자 빌립의 집에 들어가

    그와 함께 머무니라.

And the next [day] we that were of Pauls company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was [one] of the seven; and abode with him.

9. 그 사람에게 처녀인 네 딸이 있었는데 그들이 대언을 하더라.

And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

10. 우리가 거기서 여러 날 머물고 있을 때에 아가보라 하는 어떤 대언자가 유대로부터 내려와

And as we tarried [there] many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.

11. 우리에게 이르러 바울의 띠를 가져다가 자기 손발을 묶고 이르기를, [성령]님께서 이같이 말씀하시되,

      예루살렘에서 유대인들이 이 띠의 임자를 이같이 묶어 이방인들의 손에 넘겨주리라, 하신다, 하거늘

And when he was come unto us, he took Pauls girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver [him] into the hands of the Gentiles.

12. 우리가 이것들을 듣고 그곳 사람들과 함께 바울에게 예루살렘으로 올라가지 말 것을 간청하매

And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.

13. 이에 바울이 응답하되, 너희가 무슨 뜻으로 슬피 울어 내 마음을 상하게 하느냐? 나는 [주] 예수님의 이름을 위해

      예루살렘에서 결박당하는 것뿐 아니라 죽는 것도 각오하고 있노라, 하니

Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.

14. 그가 설득 받으려 하지 아니하므로 우리가, [주]의 뜻이 이루어지이다, 하고 그쳤노라.

And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done.

15. 그 날들이 지난 뒤에 우리가 짐을 꾸려 예루살렘으로 올라갈 때에

And after those days we took up our carriages, and went up to Jerusalem.

16. 거기서 가이사랴의 제자들 가운데 어떤 사람들도 우리와 함께 가고 또 그들이 자기들과 함께 키프러스 출신의

      므나손이라 하는 오래된 제자도 데리고 가니 이는 우리가 그와 함께 묵어야 했기 때문이더라.

There went with us also [certain] of the disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.

17. 우리가 예루살렘에 이르매 형제들이 우리를 반갑게 받아들이니라.

And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.

18. 그 다음 날 바울이 우리와 함께 야고보에게로 들어갔는데 장로들이 다 있더라.

And the [day] following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.

19.바울이 그들에게 문안하고 [하나님]께서 자기의 사역을 통해 이방인들 가운데서 행하신 일들을 낱낱이 밝히 알리매

And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

20. 그들이 그것을 듣고 [주]께 영광을 돌리며 바울에게 이르되, 형제여, 너도 보거니와 유대인들 중에 믿는 자 수천

      명이 있는데 그들은 다 율법에 열심이 있는 자들이라.

And when they heard [it], they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:

21. 그들이 너에 대해 곧 네가 이방인들 가운데 있는 모든 유대인들이 자기 아이들에게 할례를 행하여서는 안 되며 또

      관례대로 걸어서도 안 된다고 말하면서 그들을 가르쳐서 모세를 저버리게 한다는 것에 대해 알게 되었도다.

And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise [their] children, neither to walk after the customs.

22. 그런즉 어찌할까? 네가 온 것을 무리가 들으리니 그들이 반드시 함께 오리라.

What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together: for they will hear that thou art come.

23. 그러므로 우리가 네게 말하는 대로 이것을 행하라. 자기를 두고 서원한 사람 넷이 우리에게 있으니

Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;

24. 그들을 데리고 가서 그들과 함께 너 자신을 정결하게 하고 그들을 위해 비용을 대서 그들이 자기들의 머리를

      밀게 하라. 그러면 모든 사람이 그 일들 곧 그들이 너에 대하여 들은 일들이 아무것도 아니며 오히려 너도 스스로

      율법을 지키며 질서 있게 걷는 줄 알리라.

Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave [their] heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but [that] thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.

25. 믿는 이방인들에 관하여는 우리가 편지를 써서 결론을 내리되 그들이 그러한 것을 지킬 필요가 없고 다만

      우상들에게 바친 것과 피와 목매어 죽인 것과 음행을 피하라고 하였느니라, 하니

As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written [and] concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from [things] offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.

26. 이에 바울이 그 사람들을 데리고 가서 이튿날 그들과 함께 자신을 정결하게 하고 성전에 들어가 그들 각 사람을

      위하여 헌물을 드리기까지 정결하게 하는 날들을 채운 것을 표적으로 보이니라.

Then Paul took the men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.

27. 그 이레가 거의 끝나갈 때에 아시아에서 온 유대인들이 성전에서 바울을 보고는 모든 사람들을 선동하여 그에게

      손을 대고

And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him,

28. 외치되, 이스라엘 사람들아, 도우라. 이 사람은 모든 곳에서 백성과 율법과 이곳을 대적하여 모든 사람을 가르치는

      그자인데 또한 그가 그리스 사람들도 성전 안으로 데리고 들어가 이 거룩한 곳을 더럽혔다, 하니

Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all [men] every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.

29. (이는 그들이 전에 그 도시에서 에베소 사람 드로비모가 바울과 함께 있음을 보고 바울이 그를 성전에 데리고

      들어간 줄로 생각하였기 때문이더라.)

they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.

30. 온 도시가 격동하고 백성이 다 같이 달려들어 바울을 붙잡아 성전 밖으로 끌어내매 문들이 곧 닫히더라.

And all the city was moved, and the people ran together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.

31. 그들이 가서 그를 죽이려 할 때에 온 예루살렘이 소동 중에 있다는 소식이 군대의 총대장에게 들리매

And as they went about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the band, that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.

32. 그가 곧 군사들과 백부장들을 데리고 그들에게로 달려 내려가니 그들이 총대장과 군사들을 보고 바울을 때리는

      것을 그치니라.

Who immediately took soldiers and centurions, and ran down unto them: and when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, they left beating of Paul.

33. 그때에 총대장이 가까이 가서 바울을 붙잡아 두 사슬로 결박하라고 명령하고 그가 누구며 무엇을 하였느냐고

      다그쳐 물으니

Then the chief captain came near, and took him, and commanded [him] to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done.

34. 무리 가운데 어떤 사람들은 이것을 외치고 어떤 사람들은 저것을 외치거늘 총대장이 소동으로 인해 진상을 알 수

      없어서 바울을 성채 안으로 옮겨 가라고 명령하니라.

And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.

35. 바울이 계단 위에 이르렀을 때에 사람들의 폭력으로 인하여 군사들에게 들려가니

And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.

36. 이는 백성의 무리가 뒤를 따르며, 그를 없애 버리라, 하고 외쳤기 때문이더라.

For the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him.

37. 바울이 성채 안으로 끌려 들어갈 때에 총대장에게 이르되, 내가 당신에게 말해도 되느냐? 하니 그가 이르되,

      네가 그리스말을 하느냐?

And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May I speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?

38. 너는 이전에 소동을 일으켜 살인자 사천 명을 이끌고 광야로 들어간 그 이집트 사람이 아니냐? 하거늘

Art not thou that Egyptian, which before these days madest an uproar, and leddest out into the wilderness four thousand men that were murderers?

39. 바울이 이르되, 나는 유대인으로 미천한 도시가 아닌 길리기아의 다소 시 시민이니 간청하건대 내가 백성에게

      말하도록 허락하라, 하매

But Paul said, I am a man [which am] a Jew of Tarsus, [a city] in Cilicia, a citizen of no mean city: and, I beseech thee, suffer me to speak unto the people.

40. 총대장이 그에게 허락하거늘 바울이 계단 위에 서서 백성에게 손짓하여 아주 조용하게 하고 그들에게 히브리말로

      말하여 이르니라.

And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto [them] in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
