1월 21일 배우자 오픈워크퍼밋 변경 업데이트
1월 14일, IRCC는 외국인 근로자의 배우자가 **배우자 오픈 워크 퍼밋(SOWP)**을 받을 수 있는 자격을 가지려면, 해당 외국인 근로자가 아래 직업군에서 일해야 한다고 발표했습니다:
TEER 0 직군
TEER 1 직군
선택된 TEER 2 및 TEER 3 직군
또한, 배우자나 파트너가 이러한 조건에 따라 워크 퍼밋을 신청하려면, 외국인 근로자의 워크 퍼밋이 신청 시점에 최소 16개월 이상 유효기간이 남아 있어야 합니다.
이 변경 사항은 1월 21일부터 시행되었으며, 이전 조치에 따라 승인된 유효한 워크 퍼밋에는 영향을 미치지 않으며, 해당 워크 퍼밋의 적격 갱신에도 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
이 변경 이전에는 외국인 근로자의 직업과 상관없이 배우자도 SOWP를 받을 수 있었습니다.
앞으로 SOWP를 제공할 수 있는 TEER 2 및 TEER 3 직군은 아래와 같습니다.
