bilogy, American history, archaeology
conversation in museum volunteer work, biology, botany+conversation with English professor, art history, literature+ 더미
biology-> person/ non person-> animal(mammal)
art history-> compared to modern painting, in the early renaissance-> in the late renaissance
literature-after the invention of chapbook
botany- how to preproduce
1. I think of obtaining information easily as the benefit of using the Internet. I can get various kinds of knowledge from professional knowledge to very common one through the Internet. If I search for professional information like economic fluctuation using the Internet, I can get that kind of information in shorter time while it takes long time to look fo the information through books. Furthermore, I can acquire very common knowledge such as today's weather through the Internet, because that kind of information is usually updated every day on the Internet. That's why using the Internet is benefitial to me.
2. I believe that today's people are much healtheir than those in the past . Actually, I have a couple of reasons why I think so. In fact, today's people consume healthy diet. In the past, people thought eating a lot of food outweighed eating high-quality food, but today's people are interested in quality of food. They also try to consume food with balanced nutrients. Furthermore, today's people exercise hard. In the past, people did not realize the importance of exercising, but today's people try to exercise regualry for their healthy.
In this conversation, the female student strongly disagrees with the announcement that university is going to ban putting posters in front of the school building. In fact, she argues that if university get rid of all posters from the building, its appearance will be boring. Since posters are very colorful and are changed regalry, they contribute to interesting appearance of the building. Furthermore, she says if posters are put on the bulletin board in dining hall, since not many students eat there, students cannot be well informed about announcements. That's why she is not in favor of the announcement.
4. warning coloration?
In this lecture, the lecturer mainly talks about the example of skunk as an exmaple of warning coloration in order to explain how anumals use distinctive appearance to protect themselves from predators. According to the lecture, skunks are black and have white, big stripe on their head, back and tail so they are easily recognized from far distance. They have gland which sprays bad-smelling liquid around their tail. If a wolfe have smelled that smelly liquid when tried to attack skunk, they will remember their experience when they see another skunk and tay away from them. All the process that I am talking about is exactly explaining defense coloration.
In this conversation, the male student has a serious problem with attending film meeting because he also has to eat dinner with it cousin. That's why there are two possible solutions for the problem. The first solution is aking the female student in the conversation to eat dinner with his cousin. The second one is attending the meeting after eating dinner with cousin. Given the choice between two possible suggestions, I would choose the second option. If I chose the first one, since the cousin is very shy, he could have very comforable time with the female student. On the other hand, if he took the second one, even though he could not attend discussion which he is interested in, he can eat dinner with his cousin. That's why I would choose the second option if I were he.
In this lecture, the lecturer explain two theories about why people usually remember some facts better than others. In the first case of the example, people better remember about which they had previous knowledge. For example, when people go to classical music concer without having any previuos knowledge about that kind of music, they cannot eaily remember details of the concert. On the other hand, if they had studied classical music or played it, they will remember more details. In the second case of the example, people bettter remember something distinctive. For example, when a student take a big class, they are likely to remember exceptionally tall or intelligent students.

리딩 primary care doctors(PCD) are in shortage in the United States.->reasons

In the lecture, the lecturer argues that the shortage of primary care doctors in the United States can be solved with some programs and policies. This contradicts three factors mentioned as the resons for deficient primary care doctors in the United States in the reading passage.
First of all, the lecturer explains that there is an organization trying to lower financial burden of applicants for primary care area. She says that the organization repay the applicants' student loan and provide them with scholarship. This refutes the reading's claim that financial problem prevents students from being primary care doctors.
Next, the lecturer insists that primary care doctors' workload can be reduced by extending nurses' tasks through training. She adds that after receiving the training, nurses can deal with wider range of drug prescribtion and care some minor illness. This counters the reading's claim that too much workload and stress cause students' unwillingness to be primary doctors.
Finally, the lecturer contends that there is a law dealing with inefffective distribution of residence positions in hospitals. She suggests that according to the law, if a hospital's residency position remains empty for more than three years, they will be moved to other hospitals. This rebuts the reading's claim that limited opportunity for residence training keeps students from being primary care doctors.

Over the past a few decades, it has been generally argued about whether being rude to others can be accepted for any reasons. Some people might believe that people can sometimes behave in impolite way to other people acccording to siatuation; nevertheless, other people might disagree with it. However, I am convince that people should be discourteous to other people for any reasons. Actually, I have two specific reasons to strengthen my idea. I will clearlyshow and develop why I maintain my personal opinion as specifically as I can in the next following paragraphs: harimg relationship with others and causing more stress.
To begin with, rude behaviors toward others can adversely affect relationsip with them. If people try to be kind to others and other people would think they are nice which helps them to build more positive retionship with new people. On the other hand, if people just express their anger whenever they receive stress or for no reasons, others might want to maintain relationwhip with them. Even though some people might oppose my point, it does not take a genius to know that rude behaviors prevent people from devoping better relationship with others. To tell one of my classmates story, when I first entered my high school about six months ago, there was a beautiful girl in my class, so everyone wanted to be close friend with her. Yet, she was arrogant and sometimes said insulting words to her classmtes. Therefore, her friends gradually did not want to talk with her anymore. If she had had more polite demeanors when treating her classmates, she could have maken a number of friends.
Moreover, being rude to others can cause more stress. Although some people might insist that behaving in impolite way to others does not hurt oneself' feeling, but hurt only others' feelings, I think being rude to others is also harmful for one's mental health. For instance, when I was in secondary school, I expressed my anger toward my mother whenever I receive stress due to schoolwork or problems with my friends, but it did not help me relieve myself from stress. It rather made me feel more stressful. In fact, KSC, Korean Statistical Center in South Korea conducted survey on students attening in Seoul National University pertaining to their experience of behaving in discourteous way to others. Interestingly, about 80 percent of them replied that they had been rude to their family members or friends when they felt bad or stressful, which made them receive more stress. This clearly shows that being rude to others results in more stress.
To summarize the points made in the paragraphs above, I concretely believe that impolite bearings toward others cannot be justified for any reasons in that it has negative impact on relationship with others and one's mental health.
