4)천일국 헌법 제정과 천일국 5원 - 2 

내가 3원을 발표했습니다. 천의원을 강화할 것입니다. 천의원의 출범에 맞춰 각 대륙 회장과 총사들에게 천의원 부원장의 자격을 주는 것입니다. 이들은 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지 내가 설명할 것입니다. 천의원이라는 제도는 쉽게 말해서 한 교회의 장로 레벨입니다. 교회의 중심입니다.

천정원의 사무가 중요합니다. 내가 있는 동안에 자리를 잡아야 됩니다. 그래서 세계본부가 중요합니다. 나와 틈이 있으면 안 되고 하나가 돼야 합니다. 그래서 한국은 물론이요, 일본과 미국을 포함한 모든 대륙이 한 체제로 움직여야 합니다. 그런 점에서 천의원 부원장으로 임명받은 대륙회장이나 총사들은 오래된 식구들을 잘 돌봐야 합니다.

그들이 축복 가정으로서 책임할 수 있는 길을 열어줘야 합니다. 어느 나라건 그 교회의 원로 식구는 중심이나 다름없습니다. 그들이 뜻을 바르게 이해하고 마지막 생을 하늘 앞에 합당하게 바치고 들어갈 수 있는 길을 열어줘야 한다는 것입니다.

천의원 원장이 있지만 혼자서는 못합니다. 오대양 육대주의 식구 관리를 혼자서 다 할 수는 없으니 협조하는 사람이 있어야 합니다. 원로들을 소외됐다고 생각하지 않게끔 잘 교육해서 재기할 수 있게 해줘야 합니다.

천의원의 사명은 식구들을 관리하는 것입니다. 그래서 이번에 내가 대륙회장들을 천의원 부원장으로 임명했습니다. 한국은 협회장을 중심 삼고 행동 개시를 해야 합니다. 여러분이 원로의 자리에서 새로 자라나는 새싹과 같은 가정들을 잘 관리해서 정도를 갈 수 있게끔 이끌어 주는 사명을 해야 합니다. (2016.2.24 천정궁)

私は3宛について発表しました。天議苑を強化しようと思います。天議苑の出帆に合わせて各大陸会長と総使に天議苑副苑長の資格を与えるのです。これらの人が何をどのようにすべきかは私が説明するのです。

天議苑という制度は簡単に言えば一つの教会の長老レベルです。教会の中心です。天政宛の事務が重要です。私がいる間に定着しなければなりません。ですから、世界本部が重要なのです。私との間に隙があってはならず、一つにならなければなりません。

ですから、韓国はもちろん、日本とアメリカを含むすベての大陸が一つの体制で動かなければなりません。そのような点で天議苑副苑長に任命された大陸会長や総使たちは古い食口たちの面倒を見なければなりません。彼らが祝福家庭として責任を果たし得る道を開いてあげなければなりません。

どの国でもその教会の元老食口は中心にほかなりません。彼らがみ旨を正しく理解し、最後の生涯を天の前にしかるべく捧げて入っていくことのできる道を開いてあげなければならないのです。

天議苑苑長がいますが、一人ではできません。五大洋六大州の食口の管理を一人ですべてすることはできないので、協助する人がいなければなりません。元老たちに「疎外された」と思われないように、きちんと教育して再起できるようにしてあげなければなりません。（2016.2.21、天正宮博物館）

天議苑の使命は食口を管理することです。ですから今回、私は大陸会長たちを天議苑副苑長に任命しました。韓国は協会長を中心として行動開始しなければなりません。

皆さんは元老の立場で、新たに育つ新芽のような家庭をしっかり管理して正道を歩むことができるように導いてあげる使命を果たさなければなりません。（2016.2.24、天正宮博物館）

Chapter 4 : The Cheon Il Guk Constitution and the Five Branches of the Cheon Il Guk Administration - 2 

This time, I announced three administrative branches for Cheon Il Guk. We will strengthen the Cheon Eui Won. With the launching of the Cheon Eui Won, I give all of the regional presidents and special emissaries the authority of Cheon Eui Won vice-chairmen.

I will explain what these people need to do. Simply put, the Cheon Eui Won is like the elders in a church congregation. It is the center of the church.
 
The Cheon Jeong Won office is very important. It needs to secure a stable position while I am alive. This means that the international headquarters is also important.

There should be no gap between the headquarters and me. We must be united. Things need to be instantly passed among Korea, Japan, America, and through all the other continental regions.

They must be able to move as one body. In that sense, those regional presidents and special emissaries appointed as Cheon Eui Won vice-presidents should take good care of long-time members.
 
You need to open the way so that they can fulfill their responsibilities as blessed members. No matter the country, the elder members of a church are its center.

They should correctly understand the Will and offer their lives appropriately in front of Heaven. You should open the way for them. The Cheon Eui Won has a chairman, but he cannot do this by himself.

How can one person manage our members across six continents and five oceans? He needs people who will work and cooperate with him. We need to educate our church elders well so that they can grow and not feel neglected. (2016.02.21, Cheon Jeong Gung)

The mission of the Cheon Eui Won is to manage the members. That is why this time I appointed the continental leaders as the vice chairmen of the Cheon Eui Won.

Korea must act centering on the FFWPU president. You who are in the position of elders have the mission to manage the families who are sprouting up and guide them to go in the right direction. (2016.02.24, Cheon Jeong Gung)
