feet 는 foot 의 복수형이므로
한 발이나 한 자 의미로는 foot 을 쓰고
두 발이나 두 자 이상일 경우에는 feet 를 쓰지만
거리나 칫수를 의미하는 정도부사로 쓰일 경우엔 feet 를 쓰고
거리나 칫수라도 명사를 수식하는 형용사로 쓰일 경우엔 foot 을 쓴다
