Going to Well by Following to Immanuel God, but Surely Judged by Beforehand
Scripture Reading: Exodus Chapter 1~2
The Lord God says to us, whoever surely be blessed to everything as well, if he will be humbly following to his Immanuel God and obedience to him, but, anything to do beforehand of God, he is surely judged by God, even he had been heard and moved by the Holy Spirit of God, by the Scripture of today. The scripture of today said, “These are the names of the sons of Israel who went to Egypt with Jacob, each with his family: Reuben, Simeon, Levi and Judah; Issachar, Zebulun and Benjamin; Dan and Naphtali; Gad and Asher. The descendants of Jacob numbered seventy in all; Joseph was already in Egypt. Now Joseph and all his brothers and all that generation died, but the Israelites were fruitful and multiplied greatly and became exceedingly numerous, so that the land was filled with them. (1:1-7)” Therefore, peoples are believed for the Lord blessed to Israelites through his promised word as “Be fruitful and increase in number. A nation and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will come from your body. (Acts3:11)” But, it is not true, yet it is the misunderstanding of the men, because, for the increased to prosperous without in the Immanuel God is not blessing but curses to affliction only as “Then a new king, who did not know about Joseph, came to power in Egypt. Look, he said to his people, the Israelites have become much too numerous for us. Come, we must deal shrewdly with them or they will become even more numerous and, if war breaks out, will join our enemies, fight against us and leave the country. So, they put slave masters over them to oppress them with forced labor, and they built Pithom and Rameses as store cities of Pharaoh. (1:8-11)” That’s why, the bible said it, as “The more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread; so, the Egyptians came to dread the Israelites, and worked them ruthlessly. They made their lives bitter with hard labor in brick and mortar and with all kinds of work in the fields; in all their hard labor the Egyptians used them ruthlessly. (1:12-14)”
Accordingly, at that time, “The king of Egypt said to the Hebrew women in childbirth and observe them on the delivery stool, if it is a boy, kill him; but if it is a girl, let her live. But, the midwives, however, feared God and did not do what the king of Egypt had told them to do; they let the boys live. Then the king of Egypt summoned the midwives and asked them, ‘Why have you done this? Why have you let the boys live? The midwives answered Pharaoh, ‘Hebrew women are not like Egyptian women; they are vigorous and give birth before the midwives arrive. So, God was kind to the midwives and the people increased and became even more numerous. (1:15-20)” Because of the providence of God, “Then Pharaoh gave this order to all his people: Every boy that is born you must throw into the Nile, but let every girl live. (1:22)” But, the Lord were providence to born of Moses and seen by daughter of Pharaoh pitied by her as “Now a man of the house of Levi married a Levite woman, and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. When she saw that he was a fine child, she hid him for three months. But when she could hide him no longer, she got a papyrus basket for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile. His sister stood at a distance to see what would happen to him. Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the river bank. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her slave girl to go it. She opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. This is one of the Hebrew babies, she said. (2:1-6)”
And the Miriam the sister of Moses asked to daughter of Pharaoh through the movement of the Holy Spirit of God, as “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you? (2:7)” And the Pharaoh’s daughter agreed her suggestion, as “Yes go!” And the mother of Moses comfortably nursed his son to be servant of God, with waged by the prince of the Egypt, as “The girl went and get the baby’s mother. Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, ‘Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you. So, the woman took the baby and nurses him. When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses, saying, I drew him out of the water. (2:8-10)” Then, Moses acknowledged and recognized his duties and missions of God, as “Moses thought that his own people would realize that God was using him to rescue them, but they did not. (Acts7:25)” That’s why, that Moses tried to protection his brothers of the Israelites and rescued them, as “One day, after Moses had grown up, he went out to where his own people were and watched them at their hard labor. He saw an Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his own people. Glancing this way and that and seeing no one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. The next day he went out and saw two Hebrews fighting. He asked the one in the wrong, ‘Why are you hitting your fellow Hebrew? (2:11-13)” However, he was failed his plan and runaway to the Midian land, pursued by the Egyptians for his sin of murdered one who Egyptian, as “The man said, who made you ruler and judge over us? Are you thinking of killing me as you killed the Egyptian? Then Moses was afraid and thought, ‘What I did must have become known. (2:14-15)” Because, he did not asked to God’s plans and times but beforehand of God.
However, God was not discarded him, but leads and providence to the best way to him, so that Moses arrived in the Midian land and rescued of daughters of a priest and watered to their flocks, and married to Ziporah and birthed two sons (2:16-22). And the Lord was appeared to him in the flames of fire with in a bush (3:1), and said to him, as “I am the God of your fathers – I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt. (3:6, 10)” But, Moses said to God, as “Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt? (3:11)” And God said again to him, as “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain. (3:12)” But, Moses answered, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me and say, ‘The Lord did not appear to you? (4:1)” At that time, the Lord showed his amazing and miraculous powers through the staff of Moses to be serpent and his hand to be leprosy and healed, and teaches and commanded to Moses (4:2-9). However, Moses was pleaded to God, as “O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue. – O Lord, please send someone else to do it. (4:10-13)” But the Lord God refused his plead and gave his elder brother Aaron to his spokesman and the almighty powers of the Holy Spirit of God to Moses, as “You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do. – Thake this staff in your hand so you can perform miraculous signs with it. (4:15, 17)” Because, God the Lord always be with whom, he chosen one and humbly following and obedience one to his Immanuel God and accomplished to his eternal purposes in Christ Jesus. That’s why God was commanded to his people Israelites, as “When you see the ark of their covenant of the Lord your God, and the priests, who are Levites, carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it. Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before. But keep a distance of about a thousand yards between you and the ark; do not go near it. (Joshua3:3-4)” Therefore, brothers and sisters! No one beforehand of your God, but entrusted your ways to God and always ask to him and learned his wills and plans and humbly obedience to your Immanuel God, then, the Lord will become your Immanuel God and leads, uses you to his faithful servant of the Christ Jesus and save your eternal life in the kingdom of heaven forever. I hopefully prayer and plead for you to God, as you have as good and worthy faith in Christ Jesus all. Amen.
