SAH and Herbs for Irrigation and Humidity

SAH(Subarachnoid Hemorrhage) is a sypmtom of stoke, bleeding on the area between brain and membrane surrounding brain. It is a emergency and can lead to death or sever disablility even when recognized and treated at early stage. It comes from the weakness of vessel wall except for physical impact. This means the weakness of liver in the view of east asian medicine. Sometimes the bleeding is very little so the hospital cannot catch the SAH though the symptoms show. Such this case, the herbal precription is also effect to treat the SAH in some extent as below. The neurosurgeons said repeatly. "It is miracle to live for a long time with SAH. First day - Fallen down in front of gas range The early stage of symptom She was fallen during working in front of gas range in the morning. She didn't  remember her falling. She was carried adjoining room by her mates and awakened immediatly. After noticing that she cannot remember what happened to her, she went to the hospital near to the restaurant. The doctor checked her but found no significant symptoms and signs, so he had her hospitalized and gave her injections of some solutions. The doctor seemed to think she was poisoned by propane gas as the eyewitnesses told so. However after she got the injection, she felt  dull pain on rear head and vomited. The vomitting lasted from then on. So,the son- in- law called me on next day. Till then I also thought that she was poisoned by propane gas because I heard the news from the son in law who conveyed the statements form the eyewitnesses and doctors in that hospital. 2nd day - Back home from the hospital She got some depressant , other medications and solutions but the vomiting does not stop. So the daughter and son in law have her come back home from the hospital and call me to make her stop vomiting and dizzying. After hearing the situation, I prepared some powdered herbs made by pharmacuetical co. and went to their home to check her in the night - 44 hours after the falling. She looked tired but the mentality and other physical conditions were normal except for tensed and strong pulse. I asked her she would be good if she hit her head on the wall for ruling out subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) but she answered never. She complained about only nause and vomiting and some stiffeness or pain on rear head. These symptoms surely come from the brain. I finally came to the conclution that the damge was surely on the brain due to the poisoning of propane gas. The damage on the brain means the waste products, humidity a nd devastated blood are congested in some places or all places over the brain slightly. Diagnosis and prescription The present symptoms are those of humidity and devastated blood in the brain and this accelerate the blood pressure. I touched her wrist for her pulse and guessed her systolic blood pressure would reach to 160-170. This level would not bring about the emergency so I have her stop taking depressant no more. Because I thought the depressant will more vomitting and nausea not to get rid of waste products in her brain. Since I studied her past history for the prescription before my visiting, I gave her daughter the herbal medication. One is for releasing liver and other for humidity and irrigation to urine. I left her house after confirm‎ing that her daughter spoonfed the herbs dissolved in water. After one hour later I got a call from her daughter that her mom didn't vomit anymore and felt her rear head released, which means the blood pressure got lowered. 3rd Day - Stable state The next morning I called her daught that said no more symptoms. So she felt hungry and wanted foods and she could do without any trouble. 4th  Day - Constipation She complainted about her conspitation that was seem to make her bloated and felt cold. Feeling cold means two. The one means that the emergent situation has passed and so the fever get lowered to catch a cold, the other that emergent situation is coming after long times of stablity. Judging from all circumstances including her taking a walk on the day around house, I thought it is the former. So I have her take the herbs for releasing liver and evaporating. However in the night, she complaint about headache around eyes and the uneasiness from the constipation. 5th Day - Stroke Her daughter told me that her mom wanted to discharge the feces, if so it will be like flying in the air. So I sent the herbs for conspitation. She got them in the night when her mom was sleeping. At about 3 a.m. her mom got up and took the herbs. About 3 a.m. I got urgent call from her daughter. "Mom has just fallen at the rest room. She is now unconcious." "Please be cool, let me have talk to your husband." "Mother in law wanted to vomit during taking the herbs for conspitation by over half, and entered to rest room for vomiting. At the same time of vomiting, she fell down in unconciousness." "OK, please be cool, what is she now?" "She got back her consiousness just now, but she curled up her two arms inside." "OK, It is a stroke, but it is vey slight stroke. Don't worry! Now, you call 119 and send her to  S university hospital . I repeat again, don't worry though you get any information about the stroke from the doctors. It is never serious. You get it?" After two hours later I got a call from the son in law. She was checked with CT and MRI, but the details will be explained after senoir doctor's attendance in the morning. He tod me that the doctors in emergency room told it may be light stroke. And also he told that mother in law was in good then, no symptoms of stroke such as curling arms or unconciousness. At about noon, I got a call from the daughter that her mom got angiographing and finally diagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage and got a surgery. 6th Day - SAH diagnosed The nueorsurgeons said that the 1st stroke at the restraunt was due to SAH, not to propane gas. they said the bleeding had been for some long time but it was miracle how she could survive till then. She was in good condition but low blood pressure and also said that she felt light for loose bowel. 7th Day - Low blood pressure She was normal but low blood pressure. High blood pressure is simple but low blood pressure is serious because it means that there is little basic energy to recover and may bring secondary emergency on liver and kidney. The reason of low blood pressure might be excessive use of depressant, I doubted. If so, it will be simple. The time will be the best medication. Discharging from the hospital 5 days after the surgery due to the low blood pressure, she left the hopital and come back home. She is now in good. What did the herbs at early stage of SAH? The bleeding was very slight not to be checked with physical examination and CT/MRI. So the hospital of the first did not find the cause of symptoms. If she went to S university hospital at first instead of first hopital, S university hospital would surely skip the symptoms and SAH diagnosis because she has nothing to suspect brain problems. During fine bleeding, the herbs get rid of humidity and waste products to supply brain with fresh blood and Ki, which activate to stop bleeding automatically. This is the answer of the miracle the nuerosurgeons cannot understand. Regretfully I could not take care her more closely for 3rd and 4th days. But I know that it is impossible because I have to work in my clinic. I think I can have her avoid 2nd stroke if I might have taken her more closely.
