I want to lead a more aesthetic relationship with people in this white dandelion plantation. I want to feel the splendor of sunshine, the breezing wind, and the rain that falls like a flower, expanding inspiration in nature and realizing the meaning of precious life. Our lives resemble the attributes of white dandelions growing in perseverance in dry land. It is my desire to have a space where our pains and turmoils transform into hope and love, and experiencing the time passing.
This space is used for farmers' concerts, free movie screenings, naturalistic farm weddings, and one-day classes (fabric garland, making brand naming signboards) for neighboring neighbors, along with medicinal plant counseling for patients. This space provides sufficient programs for the purpose of utilizing it as an emotional space blended with the nature.
I used to live in a city before becoming a farmer. And regardless of my will, I experienced cancer in my mid-thirties. In addition, after chemotherapy, I was hit with an aftereffect known as " chemobrain ". I wanted to go to my hometown of my birthplace, with my tired body and soul. My hometown is as warm as my mother's bosom; and the expectation that everything in it could be peaceful. I started studying Korean native medicinal plants with the idea that I could protect my precious family and stay with my close neighbors if I am healthy. It was a white dandelions.
Since the food we eat has a connection with life, we started cultivating white dandelions as a simple starting point with the sense of agriculture's meaningful goal. Producing white dandelions, we began to attract many cancer patients. For those of you who have had the same experience as me, the little help I can make is to share good health information and introduce white dandelions. And it was a space to drink a cup of tea for a while. I thought that this space was touching the people with the stimulation of synesthesia in the green nature, and refreshing like the breeze. The aesthetic space properly restrained with nature was thought to be a good content to provide peace and rest for the people.
I hope that people will experience the healing of relaxation and feel closer to nature through this place.
It is the most peaceful moment for people when we get closer to the nature.
I plan to create more naturalistic programs and improve the landscaping in order to lead better relationships with people.
