Seo Yeong-hae was the first Korean ambassador to France of the Korean Provisional Government (KPG). 
He was a visionary who dedicated his life to his nation’s independence, with diplomacy as his tool.

The world paid attention to his cries thanks to his sincerity for world peace, a shared value for humankind.

The KPG’s efforts to develop diplomatic talents and Seo Yeong-hae’s diplomatic independence movements 100 years ago 
are still alive in the hearts of people worldwide.
