Now when Jesus heard about John, He withdrew from there in a boat to a secluded place by Himself; and when the people heard of this, they followed Him on foot from the cities. When He went ashore, He saw a large crowd, and felt compassion for them and healed their sick. When it was evening, the disciples came to Him and said, "This place is desolate and the hour is already late; so send the crowds away, that they may go into the villages and buy food for themselves." But Jesus said to them, "They do not need to go away; you give them something to eat!" They said to Him, "We have here only five loaves and two fish." And He said, "Bring them here to Me." Ordering the people to sit down on the grass, He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up toward heaven, He blessed the food, and breaking the loaves He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds, and they all ate and were satisfied. They picked up what was left over of the broken pieces, twelve full baskets. There were about five thousand men who ate, besides women and children. Matthew 14:13-21

오병이어의 기적에 대한 연합적 해석 A Unionized Interpretation of the Miracle of 5 breads and 2 fishes

이 말씀은 오병이어의 기적이라 불립니다. 주께서 행하신 많은 기적 중에 하나입니다. 이러한 기록에는 그것을 우리에게 남기신 이유가 있습니다. 우리는 예전에 성경을 바라보는 신학의 틀이 있다는 이야기를 했습니다. 그것은 주로 유리하지만, 때로는 그 틀에 맞는 사항들만 보이고 그렇지 않는 부분은 가리게 하는 점이 있습니다. 우리가 성경을 바라보는 틀은 그리스도와의 연합의 관점인데 이는 성경을 기록하신 분들의 입장과 같기에 만사에 유익합니다.

구원의 삼단계라는 틀로서 이 기적의 기록을 볼 때는 마땅히 마태복음 15:32-39에 기록된 7병2어의 기적과 비교하여 설명하여야 할 것입니다. 그도 어느 면에서 유익이 있지만 여전히 사람을 높은데 소망을 두게 하고 우월감에 빠져 있게 하는 점은 해결되지 않습니다. 저희는 그리스도와의 연합의 눈으로 본문의 기록을 살펴볼 것입니다. 그러면 이전에 보이지 않던 것을 볼 수 있게 됩니다. 그것은 “너희가 먹을 것을 주어라.”라고 하신 부분입니다.

제자들이 주께 드린 말씀은 지극히 이성적이고 타당한 것들이었습니다. 그리고 주님의 말씀과 행하심이 있었습니다. 이제 드리는 말씀의 중요한 것은 이 두 관점, 즉 제자들의 이성적 판단과 주님의 능력이 모두 우리에게 있다는 사실입니다. 그것이 그리스도와의 연합입니다. 그것을 두고 주께서는 “너희가 먹을 것을 주어라.”라고 하신 것입니다. 당연히 할 수 없는 일입니다. 하지만 그리스도와 연합한 믿음에 이러한 주님의 능력이 함께 하심을 알려 주신 것입니다.

하지만 우리의 현실과 조건은 소위 ‘숫자로 칠 수 없는’ 수준일 수 있습니다. 그것은 20000명 앞에 있는 보리떡 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리일 수 있습니다. 하지만 우리와 연합하신 그리스도께서는 그것으로부터 2만 명을 먹일 수 있는 양식을 더하실 수 있다고 하신 것입니다. 당시 제자들이 그러하였듯이 우리 중에도 과연 누가 이러한 연합의 믿음을 가질 수 있을까요? 우리의 능력으로가 아닌 말씀의 능력이 이를 가능케 할 것을 말씀하셨습니다.

이 보리떡 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리는 우리 각자가 가지고 있는 연합의 증거들일 수 있습니다. 그저 나 혼자 감사하고 나 혼자 위로를 얻을 뿐 누구에게 내세워 드러낼 만하지도 않다고 여길 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 이 증거는 대체로 나의 가장 아프고 힘들었던 기억에서 출발하여 회복하게 되는 과정을 포함할 가능성이 많기 때문입니다. 그러나 분명 나 혼자의 증거와 위로가 주의 능력으로 이루어지고 그것은 확대되어 모든 이들에게 양식이 될 수 있습니다.

마지막에 하신 작업, 즉 부서진 조각들을 거두게 하시니 열두 바구니에 차게 거두었다는 대목이 있습니다. 하나님께서 보시는 것은 인간이 가치로 여기는 것과 같지 않습니다. 사람들은 온전한 것, 성취를 중요한 것으로 보지만 하나님은 겸손을 보십니다. 양식을 먹은 후 남은 것이 자기 자랑이라면 이는 주님의 뜻과 같지 않습니다. 오직 그 과정에서 자신의 부족을 발견하고 나의 나 됨이 그리스도와 연합으로 된 것을 아는 것이 겸손입니다.

사람들에게 양식을 나눠주게 하시는 것은 제자들의 손을 통해서 하신다는 사실을 주목해 보아야 합니다. 우리들이 제자입니다. 주가 내 안에, 내가 주 안에 있으면 무엇이든지 원하는 대로 구하라 그리하면 이루리라 하신 내용이 바로 이것입니다. 나의 증거와 위로가 비록 작아 보일지라도 그것에 함께 하신 하나님의 능력은 창조의 그것입니다. 우리는 보이는 현실의 조건을 이성적으로 바라보지만 또한 하나님의 능력을 바라보는 믿음 또한 가진 자들입니다.

This word is called the miracle of Aubyeongi. It is one of the many miracles performed by the Lord. There is a reason why you left it to us in this record. We once said that there was a framework of theology that looked at the Bible. It is mainly advantageous, but sometimes only things that fit the framework are visible, and sometimes the parts that do not are covered. The framework for our view of the Bible is from the perspective of union with Christ, which is beneficial to all things because it is the same as those of those who document it.

When looking at this miracle record as a framework for the three stages of salvation, it should be explained in comparison with the miracle of the Seven Saints recorded in Matthew 15:32-39. He is also beneficial in some ways, but it is still unresolved to make a person wish for heights and indulge in a sense of superiority. We will look at the record in the text with the eyes of the union with Christ. Then you will see something that has not been seen before. It is the part that says, "Give me something to eat."

The words of the disciples to the LORD were extremely rational and valid, and there were the words and deeds of the LORD. The fact that we have both these perspectives, the rational judgment of our disciples and the ability of the Lord, is what I am telling you now. That is the union with Christ. Regarding it, the Lord said, "Give me something to eat." Of course, it is impossible to do. But this is what the Lord's power is doing in the faith that is united with Christ.

However, our reality and conditions may be at the so-called 'unnumerable' level. It could be five barley cakes and two fish in front of 20000 people. But Christ, who is united with us, said that we could add food for 20,000 people. Who among us can have this union belief, as our disciples did at the time? You mentioned that the ability of words, not our own, would make this possible.

These five barley cakes and two fish could be proof of the union that each of us has. I can just be grateful to myself and comforted to myself and think that it's not worth putting it out to anyone. Because this evidence is likely to involve the process of starting and recovering from my most painful and difficult memory. But surely my own evidence and consolation are made up of attentional abilities, and it can be magnified and nourished for everyone.

There is a line that the last work you did, that is, made you collect the broken pieces, and you collected them in 12 baskets. What God sees is not the same as what humans value. People see the intact and the achievement as important, but God sees humility. If what is left after eating the form is self-esteem, it is not the same as the Lord's will. It is humbling to discover one's tribe in the process and to know that my being is united with Christ.

It should be noted that it is through the hands of the disciples to distribute food to people. We are disciples. If the LORD is in me, if I am in the LORD, save whatever you want. This is what he said that if you do, you will achieve. Even if my evidence and comfort seem small, God's power with it is that of creation. We look at the conditions of visible reality rationally, but we also have faith in God's power.
