구루데와 스와미 라마의 가르침과 지도를 기리기 위해 히말라야 전통의 모든 수련생과 제자들을 초대하게 되어 기쁘게 생각합니다.

스와미 리따완께서 공유했듯이, 우리는 이제 구루데바 스와미 라마의 탄생 100주년을 맞아 그의 가르침과 지도를 기리기 위해 2025년을 기념하고 있습니다. 개인 입문 구루 만트라 수행을 통해 구루데바와 함께 하면서, 올해 남은 기간 동안 모든 입문자와 히말라야 전통의 학생들이 구루데바의 책을 매달 한 권씩 공부하며 '사랑하라, 봉사하라, 기억하라' 는 주제를 일상 생활에 녹여내도록 초대하고 있습니다. 라빈드라 지는 스와미 라마의 가르침을 연구하고, 묵상하고, 실천하기 위해 2025년 한 해 동안 이 주제를 자세히 설명하며 스와댜야로 '이달의 책' 수련을 시작하자고 제안했습니다.

매월 ' 사랑하라, 봉사하라, 기억하라 '를 주제로 한 소식지(newsletter) 특별판을 통해 각 책의 세  장/섹션을 공유하며 묵상할 수 있도록 할 것입니다. 3월 한 달간은 가장 아름답고, 가장 심오하며, 가장 사랑받는 히말라야 성자들의 삶 *책을 다시 살펴봅니다. 여러분과 저를 포함한 수많은 사람의 마음속에 내면의 구도의 불꽃을 불러일으킨 이 책이 다시 한 번 우리에게 영감을 불어넣어 줄 것입니다.

우리는 구루 계보에 수천 년 동안 전해 내려온 시대를 초월한 지혜와의 연결이 더욱 강화되고 깊어지기를 기도하며, 이 영원한 연결을 통해 우리가 '사랑하라, 봉사하라, 기억하라'의 살아있는 가르침이 되도록 하는 데 적합한 도구가 될 수 있도록 영감을 주기를 희망합니다. 구루데바 스와미 라마의 가르침을 기리기 위한 실천과 의지로 하나가 되어, 우리 모두에게 풍성한 축복이 가득한 한 해가 되기를 기원합니다.

100 Years of Swami Rama

We are delighted to invite all initiates and students of the Himalayan Tradition to dedicate our practices in honour of Gurudeva Swami Rama’s teachings and guidance.

As Swami Ritavan has shared, we are now celebrating 2025 in honour of Gurudeva Swami Rama’s teachings and guidance on the occasion of his birth centenary. While staying in tuned with Gurudeva through our personal initiation guru mantra practice, we are now inviting all initiates and students of the Himalayan Tradition to study one book of Gurudeva each month for the remainder of this year, imbibing the theme of “Love, Serve, Remember” into our daily lives. Rabindra Ji elaborated upon this theme for the year 2025 to study, contemplate, and practice the teachings of Swami Rama and suggested us to begin a ‘Book of the Month’ practice of Swadhyaya.

We will share three chapters/sections from each of the books, every month, in a special newsletter, dedicated to the theme of “Love, Serve, Remember” for contemplation. For the month of March, we go back to the most beautiful, the most profound, the most beloved Living with the Himalayan Masters book. This book that has ignited and fueled the flame of inner seeking within countless hearts, including yours and mine, shall inspire us once again.

We pray to the Guru Lineage to strengthen and deepen our connection with the timeless wisdom that has been passed down through millennia and hope that this eternal connection inspires us to become fit instruments through which the teachings of “Love, Serve, Remember” come alive. As we unite in practice and intention towards honouring Gurudeva Swami Rama’s teachings, we hope that this year brings abundant blessings for each of us.
