The law  <s>alot</s> take<span style="color: #ee2323;">s</span><s> in</s> effect in January and expands <s>probation</s><span style="color: #ee2323;"> prohibition against </span>paddling or  spanking  implemented <span style="color: #ee2323;">in </span>public schools 30 years ago</p><p>The American association of   Pediatrician says  <span style="color: #ee2323;">it can </span>increase<s>d</s> behavior<span style="color: #ee2323;">al or </span>mental <span style="color: #ee2323;">health </span> problem<span style="color: #ee2323;">s,</span> <s>and</s> impair<s>ed</s> cognitive   development <span style="color: #ee2323;">and disproportionately  </span><s>dispotionally</s> appl<s>y</s> <span style="color: #ee2323;">ied </span><span style="color: #ee2323;">to </span>black <span style="color: #ee2323;">males </span><s>mails</s><span style="color: #ee2323;"> and s</span>tudents with disabilities.  17 U.S .states still allow some sort of corporal in schools.</p><p>I'm Jeniffer King</p>
