참부모경 - 312. 세계적 선교기반을 닦은 제3차 순회

참부모님께서는 1971년 12월 5일부터 1972년 5월 8일까지 15개국을 대상으로 제3차 세계순회를 하셨다. 이 기간에 특히 미국 영국 독일 3개국 주요 도시 강연회를 주재하셨다. 참부모님께서는 미국 비자 문제로 일본과 캐나다를 거쳐 12월 18일 우여곡절 끝에 미국에 입국한 뒤 공개강연을 하시는 등 눈부신 활동을 펼치셨다. 그리고 1972년 3월 16일 영국 런던에 도착해서 20일부터 22일까지, 3월 23일 독일 에센에 도착해서 28일부터 30일까지 공개강연을 하셨다. 3월 31일 네덜란드에 도착해 프랑스 오스트리아 이탈리아 그리스 이스라엘 이란 인도 태국 대만 일본 등지를 거쳐 귀국길에 오르셨다. 참부모님께서는 제3차 세계순회를 통해 미국에 머무르면서 그간 산발적으로 이루어졌던 선교활동을 체계화하고 식구들을 직접 교육하심으로써 선교역사의 신기원을 마련하셨다.
 
1 제3차 7년노정이 1975년부터 출발하기 때문에 3년 전부터 기반을 닦아야 됩니다. 그 기반을 닦지 못하면 세계적인 3차 7년노정에서 유효적절한 승리를 거둘 수 없습니다. 그래서 1972년부터 3년간을 준비기간으로 정한 것입니다. 3년 동안에 이 고개를 넘어야 합니다. 부모님은 1972년에 이 3차 7년노정을 통해서 대한민국을 세계에 연결시키는 책임을 해야 되기 때문에 대한민국에서 지금까지 닦은 터전을 중심삼고 미국 등 세계의 중요한 국가에 상대적인 기반을 닦고 돌아오지 않으면 안 됩니다. 그 기반을 닦는 것이 제3차 세계 순회 노정입니다.
 
2 1970년 10개국에서 참가한 가운데 777쌍 축복결혼식이 한국에서 있었습니다. 그것은 제3차 세계순회를 준비하기 위한 것이었습니다. 또한 한국에서 닦아진 기반을 그 나라들에 연결시키기 위한 것이고, 그 기반을 다른 국가들에 횡적으로 확대하기 위한 것이었습니다. 따라서 이 축복결혼식에 참여한 사람들은 한국으로 와야 했던 것입니다.
 
3 아버님이 제3차 세계순회 노정에서 세계적인 계획을 하고 있습니다. 지금까지는 한국 기독교를 구하려고 했지만 앞으로는 한국 기독교보다도 세계 기독교와 미국을 구해 주어야 됩니다. 그러므로 새로운 각도로 방향을 잡아서 국제적인 활동을 준비하려고 합니다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 상당한 자원이 필요합니다. 그리고 강사들이나 젊은 사람들을 준비해 놓아야 합니다. 머지않아 장래에 한국을 대표한 세계적인 부흥단이 출현할 때가 올 것입니다. 전 세계를 대표한 부흥단이 세계를 순방할 것입니다. 그리고 국가를 대표한 부흥단이 세계를 순방할 수 있는 조직을 불원한 장래에 만들 것입니다. 그리하여 몇 개국의 부흥단이 한 팀이 되어서도 활동하고 혹은 몇 개국에서 일시에 활동하는 작전을 하려고도 합니다.

4 이제부터는 세계적인 기반을 닦기 위한 준비를 해야 됩니다. 국내외에서 통일교회가 몰리는 때는 지나갑니다. 우리가 세계에 바람을 일으켜야 됩니다. 공산당이 새로이 정비해서 세계 진출을 꿈꾸는 것과 마찬가지로 여기에 대비하여 하늘 편도 새로이 정비해서 외적인 세계로 뻗어 나가야 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 세계본부를 세우고자 여의도 땅을 사고, 세계적인 수련장을 만들어야 되겠기 때문에 청평 땅을 사는 것입니다. 세계적인 대학을 세우기 위해서도 땅을 샀습니다. 외적으로 갖추어서 세계로 진군하지 않으면 안 될 때가 되었기 때문에 이런 때를 맞이해서 지금까지 준비해 나왔습니다. 그래서 이번에 세계순회를 가게 되면 못해도 40개국 이상에 선교부를 설치하고 돌아와야 할 사명을 느끼고 있습니다. 그리고 몇 년 이내에 120개 이상의 나라에 선교부를 만들어야 됩니다.
 
5 한국동란은 북한이 남한을 쳐서 일어난 전쟁입니다. 이때 민주세계가 한국을 후원하여 북한의 침공을 막아 주었기 때문에 한국이 승리했습니다. 여기에는 16개국이 참전하게 되었는데, 이것은 4수에다가 4수를 곱한 수입니다. 그러면 왜 민주세계의 대표 국가들이 한국에 와서 싸웠느냐? 섭리적인 차원에서 볼 때 한국은 그들의 조국과 같은 입장에 있어서 그들이 조국광복을 위해 피를 흘리지 않고는 민주세계가 살아날 길이 없기 때문입니다. 그럼으로써 민주세계가 아버님을 도와준 것같이 되었고 나라를 도와준 것같이 되었습니다. 다시 말하면 아버님을 옥중에서 나올 수 있게 만들어 주었고 나라가 망하는 것을 살려주었기 때문에 둘 다 살려준 것과 마찬가지 입장이 되었다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 민주세계가 다시 복 받을 수 있는 길이 열리게 된 것입니다. 지금 미국도 떨어져 내려가고 영국도 떨어져 내려가고 있습니다. 이런 때에 내가 그 은혜를 갚는 일을 하고 있습니다. 미국도 끌어주어야 되고 영국도 끌어주어야 됩니다. 통일교회가 신령을 중심삼고 영적 기준에서 승리할 수 있는 완전한 안팎의 기반을 닦았다는 입장에 서야만 영적 민주세계의 기독교권을 협조하여 이렇게 끌 수 있다는 것입니다. 통일교회가 그런 입장에서 세계를 연결시키기 위한 것이 제3차 세계순회 노정입니다.
 
6 1971년은 제2차 7년노정의 중간 해입니다. 이해에 부모님이 제3차 세계순회를 하고 있는데 이것은 큰 의미가 있습니다. 한국을 떠나 일본에 갔다가 캐나다를 들러서 미국에 왔습니다. 미국에 오기까지 많은 장애물과 싸워야 했지만, 그러한 어려움이 차츰 줄어들 것입니다. 캐나다는 미국에 대해 해와의 자리에 있습니다. 캐나다는 해와 자리에 있는 영국의 연장이기 때문입니다. 부모님은 한국에서 거둔 승리적 기반을 일본 캐나다 그리고 미국에 연결시켜 주려고 합니다. 캐나다를 거쳐 미국으로 오게 되었는데, 캐나다가 미국에 대해 해와 자리에 있기 때문에 그렇게 할 수 있었습니다. 부모님이 미국에 그 승리적 기반을 연결시키려고 했기 때문에 사탄은 그것을 못하게 하려고 애를 썼던 것입니다. 여기에 오는 데 많은 어려움이 있었던 이유가 거기에 있습니다. 또한 미 국무부도 그냥 있지 않았습니다. 그러한 조건들을 타파함으로써 하늘이 한국에서 복귀한 승리의 기반을 여러분이 상속받을 수 있게 되었습니다. 미국 다음에는 독일로 갈 것입니다. 영국을 거쳐서 가야 합니다. 그것이 성공하면 그러한 조건들은 없어지게 될 것입니다. 복귀섭리는 공식이 없이는 이루어지지 않습니다. 철저하게 공식을 따라가지 않으면 안 됩니다.
 
7 아시아에서 한국․일본․대만의 3개 국가를 중심삼고 이어 나오려고 했던 것이 아버님의 작전이었습니다. 그것이 이제는 세계시대로 넘어갑니다. 아시아에서 방어하지 못했기 때문에 그것이 세계에까지 미치는 것입니다. 이것을 제2 전선인 미국이 방어해야 됩니다. 미국에서 방어하지 못하면 제3 전선은 독일이 됩니다. 1977년은 1917년에 공산당이 출발한 지 60년이 되는 해입니다. 그래서 아버님이 미국에 가서 ‘1977년, 1978년이 되면 미국은 공산세계의 위협을 막을 수가 없을 것이다.’라고 이야기했습니다. 그렇게 되기 전에 통일교인들은 3년 동안에 그 일을 준비하자는 것입니다. 3년 동안 준비해서 완전히 방어전선을 확대하기 위한 것이 아버님의 제3차 세계순회의 중심적인 계획이었습니다. 아시아의 일본과 한국과 대만에 이어 제2 방어선을 준비해야 되기 때문에 서양에서 자유세계를 대표한 국가를 중심삼고 아담 국가형, 해와 국가형, 천사장 국가형을 마련해야 됩니다. 이 나라가 미국과 영국과 독일입니다. 그래서 지금까지 한국이 닦아 나온 터전을 거기에 심어 주는 것입니다. 연결시키는 것입니다. 이제는 부모님이 한국에서만 살지 않아도 될 때가 왔습니다. 제3차 세계순회 노정을 끝마치고 한국 땅에 돌아와 책임을 하고 나면 한국의 시대는 지나갑니다.
 
8 기독교는 영적 구원의 종교입니다. 실체를 잃어버렸습니다. 지금까지는 종 복귀의 역사, 다시 말해서 천사장 복귀역사였습니다. 지금까지의 영계 역사가 그렇습니다. 예수님은 죽어서 영계에 가 있지만 사랑받을 수 있는 아들의 사명을 했습니다. 아들이 되면 아버지의 집에 가야 될 텐데 아버지 집에 못 들어가고 낙원에 들어가 있기 때문에 천사장 복귀의 사명을 책임지고 해 나오는 것이 기독교의 영적 구원섭리입니다. 그러니 앞으로 통일교회가 영육을 중심삼고 예수님이 쫓겨 가던 이상의 기준만 만들어 놓으면 천사장 세계는 굴복하게 마련입니다. 예수님이 아버지 집에 못 들어간 것은 국가기준에서 승리하지 못하였기 때문입니다. 국가기준을 벗어날 수 있는 기준만 되면 천사장 세계는 땅에 절대복종하게 되는 것입니다. 그렇게 되면 영적 아담을 중심한 본연의 세계권이 이루어집니다. 그 기준을 이루기 위한 것이 제3차 세계순회 노정입니다.
 
9 통일교회는 영육을 중심삼고 국가 기준에서 아직까지 아벨적인 승리의 기반을 못 닦았습니다. 그러나 영적인 기준에서 국가기준과 세계기준을 볼 때 사상적인 면에서는 우리가 첨단에 섰습니다. 우리 이론은 누구도 못 당합니다. 종교로 말하면 통일교회가 안팎으로 공인될 수 있는 때에 왔습니다. 그러니 외적으로는 못 되었지만 내용으로는 그렇게 되었다는 것입니다. 영적 기준에서 국가를 넘어선 아벨기준을 복귀했다는 것입니다. 영적 기준에서 아벨복귀를 완성했기 때문에 영적 기준에서 가인복귀를 완성하기 위한 출발을 볼 수 있습니다. 아버님이 제3차 세계순회 노정에서 영적 가인세계인 기독교문화권 앞에 ‘회개하라. 천국이 가까웠다.’라고 선포하였습니다. 미국은 가인 국가의 대표국이기 때문에 그 대표국 앞에 선전포고를 한 것입니다. 옛날 예수님시대에는 영육을 중심삼은 아벨의 입장을 선포하였다가 예수님이 죽음을 당하였습니다. 따라서 국가에 대해 영적인 입장에서 선포하였는데 죽음을 당하지 않고 반대받지 않고 돌아오는 날에는, 환영 받았다는 입장에 서는 날에는 육적 복귀의 출발시대로 들어간다는 것입니다. 원리가 그렇습니다. 그것을 위해서 한 것이 제3차 세계순회 노정입니다. 그렇게 해서 돌아오게 되면 한국은 육적 복귀의 내적 기반이 닦아져 나온다는 것입니다.
 
10 이번에 미국에서 대중 집회를 열게 된다면 그것은 아버님 생전에 처음 있는 일이 될 것입니다. 적어도 7개 도시에서 이러한 집회를 가질 계획입니다. 각 도시에서 3일간씩 해서 21일이 걸릴 것입니다. 이것은 공적으로 말씀을 선포하는 노정의 첫출발입니다. 여러분은 이 계획에 대한 책임감을 가져야 합니다. 반대나 핍박이 있을 것입니다. 또한 환영하는 사람도 있을 것입니다. 그러니 라디오와 신문을 이용하라는 것입니다. 그래서 여러분이 각 도시의 세부 계획과 일정을 세우면 아버님이 말씀을 할 것입니다. 또한 독일과 영국에서도 집회를 개최할 것입니다. 이것은 역사적인 사건입니다. 이번이 제3차 세계순회이기 때문에 아버님이 직접 말씀해야 됩니다. 아버님은 이 날을 기다려 왔습니다.
 
11 부모님이 한국을 떠나게 될 때에는 영적 기준에 있어서 이미 한국을 넘어선 것입니다. 한국이 통일교회의 방향을 따라 나오지 않을 수 없는 영적 기준을 이미 설정해 왔다는 것입니다. 그것은 현 정부나 기독교가 통일교회의 움직임과 가는 길을 표방하지 않을 수 없는 단계에 들어왔다는 말입니다. 영적 기준에서는 기독교의 권위를 넘어 국가기준을 넘어설 수 있는 탕감조건을 성사시킬 수 있었습니다. 1972년 1973년 1974년의 3년노정 기간에 한국을 떠나 민주세계의 중심국가인 미국을 중심삼고 전 세계에 연결시키는 일을 해야 됩니다. 기독교 민주세계를 두고 보면 아담 국가형이 미국이요, 해와 국가형이 영국이요, 천사장 국가형이 독일입니다. 그렇기 때문에 영적인 면에서 이 3개국을 연결시키는 운동을 하기 위한 것이 1972년 3개국을중심한 강연회였습니다. 이것은 예수님 당시에 유대교를 중심삼고 로마까지 연결시켜야 했던 것처럼 그 상대적 국가를 중심삼고 연결시킬 수 있는 새로운 복음 선포의 공격전입니다.

12 미국의 7개 도시를 비롯하여 영국과 독일에서 강연회를 개최하였습니다. 왜 미국에서 7개 도시를 택하였느냐? 미국은 세계적 주도국이기 때문에 세계에 영향을 줄 수 있는 이 지역을 택함으로써 영국이나 독일에 하나의 기준이 되겠기 때문에 그러한 작전을 하지 않을 수 없었습니다. 이것은 어디까지나 영적인 운동입니다. 그러므로 육적 기준을 연결하려면 이러한 일을 통해 한국과 연결해야 됩니다. 1972년에 들어와 그러한 기반을 중심삼고 내가 새로이 출발하면서 일본 식구와 독일 식구와 영국 식구들을 동원한 것입니다. 미국을 중심삼고 미국 식구는 물론이요 영국 식구, 독일 식구, 일본 식구 등 주도적인 국가의 식구들이 동원되었습니다. 아버님이 닦은 그 영적인 1차 기반 위에 1972년부터 1974년까지 전 세계 통일교회 교인들을 데려다가 이 기반과 일치시키는 운동을 해 나온 것입니다. 영적으로 하는 것이지 육적으로 하는 것이 아닙니다. 아버님만 영적 기반을 닦으면 되는 것이 아니라 식구들이 상대적으로 영적 기반에 하나되어야 합니다.

真の父母経 - 312. 世界的宣教基盤を築いた第三次巡回

真の父母様は、一九七一年十二月五日から七二年五月八日まで、十五カ国を対象に第三次世界巡回を行われ、この期間、特にアメリカ、イギリス、ドイツの三カ国の主要都市で講演会を主宰された。真の父母様は、アメリカのビザの問題で日本とカナダを経曲し、十二月十八日、紆余曲折の末、アメリカに入国したのち、巡回譴演をされるなど、目覚ましい活動を展開された。そして、一九七二年三月十六日にイギリスのロンドンに到着し、二十日から二十二日まで巡回講演を行われ、三月二十三日にはドイツのエッセンに到着して、二十八日から三十日まで巡回講演を行われた。三月三十一日、オランダに到着された真の父母様は、フランス、オーストリア、イタリア、ギリシャ、イスラエル、イラン、インド、タイ、台湾、日本などの地を経由して、帰国の途に就かれた。真の父母様は、第三次世界巡回を通してアメリカに滞在しながら、その間、個別的に行われていた宣教活動を組織化し、食口たちを直接、教育することによって、宣教の新しい時代を開かれた。
 
１ 第三次七年路程が一九七五年から出発するので、三年前から基盤を築かなければなりません。その基盤を築くことができなければ、世界的な第三次七年路程で、有効かつ適切な勝利を収めることができないのです。それで、一九七二年から三年間を準備期間に定めたのです。三年の間に、この峠を乗り越えなければなりません。
 
父母様は、第三次七年路程を通して、大韓民国を世界に連結させる責任を果たさなければならないので、今まで大韓民国で築いた基盤を中心として、一九七二年にアメリカなど、世界の重要な国家に相対的な基盤を築いて帰ってこなければ第三節第三次世界巡回ならないのです。その基盤を築くのが第三次世界巡回路程です。
 
２ 一九七〇年、十カ国が参加する中、韓国で七百七十七双の祝福結婚式が行われました。それは、第三次世界巡回を準備するためのものでした。また、韓国で築いた基盤をその国々に連結させるためのものであり、その基盤を他の国々に横的に拡大するためのものでした。したがって、この祝福結婚式に参加した人々は、韓国に来なければならなかったのです。
 
３ お父様は、第三次世界巡回路程において世界的な計画を立てています。今までは韓国のキリスト教を救おうとしましたが、これからは韓国のキリスト教よりも、世界のキリスト教とアメリカを救ってあげなければなりません。ですから、新しい角度に方向を定め、国際的な活動を準備しようと思います。そのようにするためには、相当な資源が必要です。そして、講師たちや若い人々を準備しておかなければなりません。
 
遠くない将来に、韓国を代表する世界的な復興団が出現する時が来るでしょう。全世界を代表する復興団が世界を歴訪するでしょう。そして、国家を代表する復興団が世界を歴訪できる組織を、遠くない将来につくります。そのようにして、何カ国かの復興団が一つのチームとしても活動し、あるいは何カ国かにおいて同時に活動する作戦も実施しようと思います。
 
４ 今からは、世界的な基盤を築くための準備をしなければなりません。国内外で統一教会が追われる時は過ぎていきます。私たちが世界に旋風を巻き起こさなければなりません。共産党が新たな整備をして世界進出を夢見るのと同じように、これに備えて天の側も新たに整備し、外的な世界に影響を及ぼしていかなければなりません。ですから、世界本部を建てようと汝矣島の土地を買い、世界的な修練所を造らなければならないので、清平の土地を買うのです。世界的な大学を建てるためにも土地を買いました。外的に備えて世界に進軍しなければならない時になったので、このような準備をしてきたというのです。ですから、今回、世界巡回に出れば、少なくとも四十カ国以上に宣教部を設置して帰ってこなければならないという使命を感じています。そして、数年以内に百二十以上の国に宣教部をつくらなければなりません。
 
５ 「六・二五動乱」は、北朝鮮が韓国を打つことによって起きた戦争です。この時、民主世界が韓国を支援し、北朝鮮の侵攻を防いでくれたため、韓国を守ることができたのです。ここには十六カ国が参戦したのですが、これは四数に四数を掛けた数です。それでは、なぜ民主世界の代表国家が韓国に来て戦ったのでしょうか。摂理的な次元から見るとき、韓国は彼らの祖国のような立場なので、彼らが祖国光復のために血を流さなければ、民主世界が生き残る道がないからです。それによって、民主世界がお父様を助けてくれたことのようになり、国を助けてくれたことのようになりました。
 
言い換えれば、お父様が獄中から出てくることができるようにしてくれ、国が滅びるところを助けてくれたので、その両方を助けてくれたのと同じ立場になったというのです。ですから、民主世界が再び福を受ける道が開かれるようになったのです。
 
今、アメリカも落ちていき、イギリスも落ちていっています。このような時に、私がその恩を返す活動をしているのです。アメリカも引き上げてあげなければならず、イギリスも引き上げてあげなければなりません。統一教会が神霊を中心として、霊的基準において勝利できる完全な内外の基盤を築いたという立場に立ってこそ、霊的民主世界のキリスト教圏を協助し、このように引き上げることができるというのです。統一教会がそのような立場で世界を連結させるためのものが、第三次世界巡回路程です。
 
６ 一九七一年は、第二次七年路程の中間の年です。この年に父母様は、第三次世界巡回をしているのですが、これには大きな意味があります。韓国を出発して日本に行き、カナダに寄ってアメリカに来ました。アメリカに来るまで多くの障害物と闘わなければなりませんでしたが、そのような困難は次第に減っていくでしょう。
 
カナダは、アメリカに対してエバの立場にあります。カナダはエバの立場にあるイギリスの延長だからです。父母様は、韓国で収めた勝利的な基盤を、日本、カナダ、そして、アメリカに連結させようとしていました。カナダを経由してアメリカに来たのですが、カナダがアメリカに対してエバの立場にあるので、そのようにすることができたのです。
 
父母様がアメリカにその勝利的基盤を連結させようとしたので、サタンはそれをさせないようにしようと全力を尽くしたのです。ここに来るのに多くの困難があった理由が、そこにあります。また、アメリカの国務省もじっとしてはいませんでした。そのような条件を打破することによって、天が韓国で復帰した勝利の基盤を皆さんが相続できるようになったのです。
 
アメリカの次は、ドイツに行く予定です。イギリスを経由して行かなければなりません。それが成功すれば、そのような条件はなくなるでしょう。復帰摂理は、公式なくしては成し遂げられません。徹底的に公式に従わなければならないのです。
 
７ アジアで、韓国、日本、台湾の三カ国を中心として連結してこようとしたのがお父様の作戦でした。それが今や、世界時代に越えていきます。アジアで防ぐことができなかったため、それが世界にまで及ぶのです。これを、第二戦線であるアメリカが防がなければなりません。アメリカで防げなければ、第三戦線はドイツになります。
 
一九七七年は、一九一七年に共産国家が出発してから六十年がたつ年です。それで、お父様はアメリカに行き、「一九七七年、七八年になれば、アメリカは共産世界の脅威を防ぐことができなくなるだろう」と話しました。
 
そのようになる前に、統一教会員たちは三年間でそれを準備しようというのです。三年間準備して完全に防御戦線を拡大することが、お父様の第三次世界巡回の中心的計画でした。
 
アジアの日本と韓国と台湾に続き、第二防御線を準備しなければならないので、西洋で自由世界を代表する国家を中心として、アダム国家型、エバ国家型、天使長国家型を備えなければなりません。これらの国が、アメリカとイギリスとドイツです。
 
ですから、今まで韓国が築いてきた基盤を、そこに植えてあげるのです。連結させるのです。今や、父母様が韓国だけに住まなくてもよい時が来ました。第三次世界巡回路程を終えて韓国の地に帰り、責任を果たせば、韓国の（国家レベルの摂理）時代は過ぎていきます。
 ８ キリスト教は、霊的救いの宗教です。実体を失ってしまいました。今までは僕復帰の歴史、言い換えれば、天使長復帰の歴史だったのです。今までの霊界の役事がそうです。
 
イエス様は、亡くなって霊界に行っていますが、愛を受けられる息子の使命を担いました。息子になれば、父の家に行かなければならないのですが、父の家に入ることができずに楽園に入っているので、天使長復帰の使命に責任をもってきたのが、キリスト教の霊的救援摂理です。ですから、これから統一教会が霊肉を中心として、イエス様が追われていったとき以上の基準さえつくっておけば、天使長世界は屈服するようになっています。
 
イエス様が父の家に入れなかったのは、国家基準で勝利できなかったからです。国家基準を抜け出すことができる基準さえ立てば、天使長世界は地上に絶対服従するようになるのです。そのようになれば、霊的アダムを中心とした本然の世界圏が形成されます。その基準を立てるためのものが、第三次世界巡回路程です。
 
９ 統一教会は、霊肉を中心として、国家基準で、いまだにアベル的な勝利の基盤を築くことができていません。しかし、霊的な基準で国家基準と世界基準を見るとき、思想的な面では私たちが先頭に立ちました。私たちの理論は、誰にも負けません。宗教で言えば、統一教会が内外に公認される時が来ました。ですから、外的にはまだですが、内容ではそのようになったというのです。霊的基準で、国家を越えたアベル基準を復帰したというのです。
 
霊的基準でアベル復帰を完成したので、霊的基準でカイン復帰の完成に向かって出発できるのです。お父様社第三次世界巡回路程で、霊的カイン世界であるキリスト教文化圏に「悔い改めよ、天国は近づいた」と宣布しました。アメリカはカイン国家の代表国なので、その代表国に宣戦布告をしたのです。
 
昔、イエス様の時代には、霊肉を中心としたアベルの立場を宣布して、イエス様は命を奪われました。したがって、国家に対して霊的な立場で宣布をしたのですが、命を奪われることなく、反対されずに帰ってくるとき、そして、歓迎を受けたという立場に立つときには、肉的復帰の出発時代に入っていくというのです。原理がそうなっています。そのために行ったのが第三次世界巡回路程です。そのようにして帰ってくれば、韓国は肉的復帰の内的基盤がつくられていくというのです。


 10 今回、アメリカで大衆集会を開くようになれば、それはお父様の生前において初めてのことになるでしょう。少なくとも、七カ都市でこのような集会を行う計画です。各都市で三日間ずつ行い、二十一日かかるでしょう。これは、公的にみ言を宣布する路程の最初の出発です。皆さんは、この計画に対して責任感をもたなければなりません。反対や迫害があるでしょう。また、歓迎する人もいるでしょう。ですから、ラジオと新聞を利用しなさいというのです。そうして、皆さんが各都市の細部計画と日程を立てれば、お父様がみ言を語るでしょう。また、ドイツとイギリスでも集会を開催します。これは、歴史的な事件です。今回が第三次世界巡回なので、お父様が自ら語らなければなりません。お父様は、この日を待ってきたのです。
 
 11 父母様が韓国を出発する時には、霊的基準で既に韓国を越えていたのです。韓国が統一教会の方向に従ってこざるを得ない霊的基準を、既に設定してきたというのです。それは、現政府やキリスト教が、統一教会の活動と行く道を標榜せざるを得ない段階に入ってきたということです。霊的基準では、キリスト教の権威を越えて、国家基準を越える蕩減条件を成就することができました。一九七二年、七三年、七四年の三年路程の期間に、韓国を離れ、民主世界の中心国家であるアメリカを中心として、全世界に連結させなければなりません。キリスト教民主世界について見てみれば、アダム国家型がアメリカであり、エバ国家型がイギリスであり、天使長国家型がドイツです。ですから、霊的な面でこの三カ国を連結させる運動のために行ったのが、一九七二年の三カ国を中心とした講演会でした。これは、イエス様の当時に、ユダヤ教を中心としてローマまで連結させなければならなかったように、その相対的国家を中心として連結させる、新しい福音宣布の戦争なのです。
 
 12 アメリカの七カ都市をはじめ、イギリスとドイツで講演会を開催しました。なぜアメリカで七カ都市を選んだのでしょうか。アメリカは世界的主導国なので、世界に影響を与え得るこれらの地域を選ぶことによって、イギリスやドイツにとって一つの基準になるため、そのような作戦をせざるを得ませんでした。これは、どこまでも霊的な運動です。ですから、肉的基準を連結しようとすれば、このようなことを通して、韓国と連結しなければなりません。一九七二年に入り、そのような基盤を中心として私が新たに出発し、日本食口とドイツ食口、そしてイギリス食口たちを動員したのです。アメリカを中心として、アメリカ食口はもちろんのこと、イギリス食口、ドイツ食口、日本食口など、主導的な国家の食口たちが動員されました。お父様が築いたその霊的な一次基盤の上に、一九七二年から七四年まで、全世界の統一教会員たちを連れてきて、この基盤と一致させる運動をしてきたのです。霊的にするのであって、肉的にするのではありません。お父様だけが霊的基盤を築けばよいのではなく、食口たちが相対的に霊的基盤で一つにならなければなりません。

Foundation for the global mission From December 5,1971 to May 8,1972, True Parents conducted their third world tour, visiting 15 nations. They held public speaking engagements in three major countries: the United States, Great Britain and Germany. In the United States, True Father spoke publicly and significantly expanded True Parents' activities there.

True Parents traveled to London on March 16,1972, where True Father addressed the public from March 20 to 22. The next day, March 23, they traveled to Essen, Germany, where Father delivered addresses from March 28 to 30. True Parents proceeded to the Netherlands on March 31, continued their speaking tour through France, Austria, Italy, Greece, Israel, Iran, India, Thailand, the Republic of China and Japan, and finally returned home. Through this third world tour, they were able to spend some time in America directly educating members. They also improved the system for missionary activities in the US, preparing for a new era of mission work.
 
1 The third seven-year course begins in 1975, and we must start laying a foundation three years beforehand. If we cannot prepare this foundation, the worldwide seven-year course will be neither effective nor victorious. Therefore, I have set a three-year period of preparation starting this year, 1972. During this time, we must overcome all obstacles. I am responsible to connect Korea to the rest of the world through the third seven-year course. I will establish a foundation with important nations in the world, such as America, so that they can engage in reciprocal relationships with Korea. I will not return to Korea until I have done so. 2 We conducted a marriage Blessing Ceremony in Korea in 1970, for 777 Couples from ten different nations. This Blessing was bestowed in order to prepare for the third world tour. In addition, it had the purpose of connecting other nations to the foundation in Korea, thereby expanding that foundation horizontally. 3 I am planning to institute a global strategy through the third world tour. I have been trying to save Christianity in Korea, but from now on I must work to save America and Christianity on the world level. Therefore, I am preparing to work from a new angle and direction internationally. To do this, I need considerable resources. I have to prepare lecturers and young missionaries for this purpose.

The time will soon come when I will create a worldwide revival team representing Korea. We will have an organization that can dispatch revival teams all over the world. In the near future, I will create another organization to form revival teams representing other nations to travel the world. 4 We must prepare to set up a global foundation. Both at home and abroad, the time has passed for the Unification Church to be driven into a corner. We must shake up the world. Just as communism has realigned in order to advance into different parts of the world, so too must we realign heaven s side in order to expand globally.

To this end, I purchased the Yeouido property. My intention is to build the world headquarters there. I bought the Cheongpyeong land in order to create a global training center. And I bought land to establish an international university. We are in a time when we cannot advance into the world without being equipped externally, so I have been working to prepare our movement. I feel that my mission during this world tour is to establish missionary outposts in at least 40 nations before I return to Korea. Then, within the next several years, we must set up missionary departments in more than 120 nations. (050-236, 1971/11/07)
 
5 The Korean War started when North Korea attacked South Korea. At that time, the democratic world helped South Korea stave off North Korea's assault. Sixteen nations came to South Korea's aid, and this number comes from multiplying 4 by 4. So why did these representative nations of the democratic world come and fight in Korea? From the providential perspective, Korea stands as their homeland, and they fought because the democratic world would not have been able to survive had they not shed blood for their homeland's independence. By doing so, the democratic world helped both me and their own nations. The democratic world helped me by liberating me from prison, and they helped themselves by protecting their own nations from providential failure. Because of this, a path was opened that allowed the democratic world to receive God's blessings once again.

Now, however, America is declining, as is England. At this point, I am working to repay a debt to the democratic world. I have to lead America and England out of decline. Only if the Unification Church completely establishes internal and external foundations for victory according to the proper spiritual standard, centering on the Holy Spirit, will it be able to lead the spiritual Christian realm in the democratic world. 6 The middle year of the second seven-year course is 1971. The third world tour that I have launched this year has great significance. I departed from Korea, traveled to Japan, and entered America via Canada, because Canada, an extension of England, the Eve nation, is in the position of Eve to America. I overcame many obstacles to arrive in America, but difficulties will gradually diminish as time goes by.

True Parents are working to extend the victorious foundation that we harvested in Korea to Japan, Canada and America. Satan worked hard to prevent True Parents from connecting America to our victorious foundation in Korea. This is why I faced so many difficulties in coming here, including resistance from the US State Department. But since I broke through these difficult conditions, you were able to inherit the victorious foundation of restoration that heaven has built in Korea.

After my work in America, I will go to Germany, but I must first pass through England. If I can do all of this successfully, the difficult conditions will recede. The providence of restoration cannot be accomplished without adhering to the proper formula. We have to follow the formula precisely. (052-070, 1971/12/22)
 
7 My initial, frontline strategy was to connect the world together focusing on three Asian nations: Korea, Japan and the Republic of China. Now, however, we are entering a global age. Because we could not defend Asia against communism, the entire world is being affected. America, as the second front line, must defend itself against the communist advance. If America cannot do so, it will be Germany's turn, as the third front line to confront communism. The year 1977 marks the 60th year since the Communist Party began in 1917. That's why I went to America and said, "In 1978, America will no longer be able to defend itself against the threat of the communist world." Before this comes to pass, I am suggesting that Unificationists undertake a three-year period to completely prepare and expand our defensive front line. My third world tour is the cornerstone of this three-year preparation.

To follow up on my initial Japan-Korea-Republic of China strategy in Asia, we need to prepare a second line of defense. It should be an international phalanx in the form of Adam, Eve and the archangel, based on three nations of the free world in the West. These countries are America, England and Germany. This is why I have been implanting Korea's foundation in so many countries around the world. I am connecting them to Korea. Now the time has come when True Parents do not have to live only in Korea. Once the third world tour is over and I have returned to Korea and completed my responsibility here, the age of my living and working primarily in Korea will pass. (055-212, 1972/05/09)
 
8 Christianity is a religion of spiritual salvation, so its truth has been elusive. The history of restoration up until now has been a history of restoring the archangel, the realm of spirit. This is the reality of the history of the spirit world up until now. Jesus died and is now in the spirit world. He accomplished the mission that enables him to receive the love of God. A son should be able to go to his Father's house, but Jesus cannot enter there. He remains in paradise. Therefore, the providence of spiritual salvation through Christianity took on the responsibility and mission of restoring the archangel.

So if the Unification Church, in terms of the spirit and the flesh, can create an ideal greater than that wfiich Jesus created, as he was hounded to his death, the archangelic world will surely fall into submission. The reason Jesus could not enter his Father's house is that there was no victory on the national level, and thus no decisive victory over the archangel. For this reason, if we can break through the national level, the archangelic world will become absolutely obedient. If this happens, we will realize the original realm of the spiritual Adam. 9 The Unification Church has yet to establish a victorious foundation on the national level, in terms of both the flesh and the spirit. However, if you look at the national and world levels from a spiritual and philosophical standpoint, we are standing at the apex of the world. No one can match our ideas. The Unification Church will soon be officially recognized as a bona fide religion. Externally, we may not have everything prepared, but in terms of content we are more than prepared.

We have restored an Abel-type standard beyond the national level, and with that in place, we can begin to work on the Cain-type restoration. During my third world tour, I visited key nations of the Christian cultural sphere, which stands in the position of the spiritual Cain-type world, and proclaimed, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." I made this proclamation to America because it is the nation that represents the Cain-type world.

After proclaiming the position of Abel centering on spirit and flesh, Jesus was crucified. Therefore, we will start to enter the new era of physical restoration on the day I make a proclamation about this nation from a spiritual position without risking my life or facing opposition, the day when I can stand in this position and be welcomed. This is how the Principle works. I commenced the third world tour to expand such a foundation. Since I have accomplished this, Korea will be able to establish the internal foundation for physical restoration. (060-191, 1972/08/17)
 
10 This time in America will be the first time in my life to hold large-scale crusades. I plan to hold them in at least seven cities. If I spend three days in each city, the speaking tour will take 21 days. This is the very beginning of our journey in proclaiming the Word publicly. You must all feel responsible for these plans. There will be opposition and persecution. But there will also be those who welcome us. Therefore, I am asking you to promote these rallies through the radio and newspapers. If you can prepare a detailed plan and schedule for each city, I will speak there. I am also going to hold rallies in Germany and England. This is a historic effort. 11 From a spiritual perspective, True Parents' leaving Korea indicates we have already gone beyond Korea. A spiritual milestone has been achieved whereby Korea must now follow the direction of the Unification Church. This is because we have risen to the level where the present government and Christianity must support our path and movement.

From a spiritual perspective, we accomplished the indemnity condition to surpass the national level, going beyond the achievement of Christianity. During the three-year course of 1972,1973 and 1974,1 had to leave Korea and connect to the whole world based on my work in America, which is the world s central democratic country. When you look at the Christian democratic world, the Adam nation is America, the Eve nation is England and the archangelic nation is Germany. The 1972 speaking tour in these three nations was the effort to connect them from a spiritual perspective. Jesus had to connect to Rome through Judaism. Corresponding to that, this was an aggressive tactic to proclaim the new gospel and connect it to the nations. (073-249, 1974/09/22)
 
12 In addition to seven cities in America, I spoke in England and Germany. Why did I choose cities in these three nations? It is because these countries are world leaders, with influence on other nations. However, no matter what, this is still a spiritual movement. Therefore, in order to connect the spiritual foundation with the physical realm, a connection must be made to Korea through these speaking tours.

As we entered 1972 on such a foundation, I started anew, mustering members from the leading nations of England, Germany and Japan. On the basis of the spiritual foundation I made during the first world tour, between 1972 and 1974 I gathered Unification Church members from around the world. I brought them into harmony through this foundation. This is work that is done spiritually, not physically. I am not the only one who must make a spiritual foundation; the members too must do so as they become one.
