참부모경 - 316. 미국 정착과 승축일 선포

참어머님께서는 1973년 2월 26일, 참아버님께서는 4월 30일 미국 영주권을 취득함으로써 미국 중심으로 세계선교를 전개할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하셨다. 특히 1972년부터 1974년까지 3년 기간은 예수님의 3년노정을 세계적인 무대에서 연결시켜야 하는 기간이라고 말씀하시고, 1973년 7월 1일 미국 벨베디아수련소에서 한국 일본 미국 대만 영국 프랑스 이탈리아 독일 네덜란드 오스트리아 등 세계 10개국 대표가 참석한 가운데 제2차 7년노정에서 세계적 승리의 발판을 닦은 것을 축하하는 기념일인 승축일(勝祝日)을 선포하셨다.

20 여러분은 세계를 위해서 살아야 됩니다. 그러니 세계 도상에 여러분을 내세워서 고생시켜야 됩니다. 이것이 얼마나 비참합니까? 여러분으로서는 모르는 사정입니다. 아버님이 원리를 알았기 때문에 죽지 않고 살아서 이 일을 하는 것입니다. 1972년부터 3년간 이렇게 함으로써 무엇을 탕감할 수 있느냐? 예수님이 공생애 3년간에 부모가 못 되었고 자녀를 못 가졌던 것이 한이 되었습니다. 그것을 수습하는 기준이 이 3년 기간에 이루어집니다. 여러분이 이스라엘 나라를 대신하고 민족을 대신할 수 있는 가정적 기반으로서 등장할 수 있기 때문에 부모님이 세계적 출발을 할 수 있는 것입니다. 그런 기반에서 부모님이 미국 땅에 들어선 것입니다.
 
21 독일 사람, 일본 사람은 미국 사람과 원수 관계입니다. 그런데 일본 사람이 미국에 와서 생명을 내놓고 미국을 구하자고 하고, 독일 사람이 와서 생명을 내놓고 미국을 구하겠다고 하는 것입니다. 주로 독일 사람과 일본 사람을 미국에 데려와서 선풍을 일으키고 있습니다. 이렇게 되니까 반대파들이 그 소식을 듣게 되었습니다. 내가 벌써 다 알고 있습니다. 1년 반 내에 기반을 못 잡는 날에는 일본과 독일에서 온 통일교회 사람들을 추방하는 것입니다. 나도 추방당한다는 것입니다. 그러나 추방당할 수 없습니다. 그렇기 때문에 1차, 2차 순회강연이 끝난 후 1973년 4월 30일에 영주권을 받았습니다. 그래서 1년 반 이내에 완전히 기반을 닦아 미국 사람들로 대치하게 된 것입니다. 그리고 경제활동을 하면서 원수 관계의 일본과 독일 사람들을 교재로 삼아 미국 청년들을 교육하였습니다.

22 1973년 부모님의 영주권 취득을 중심삼고 그야말로 영적 기반, 세계 기독교 판도를 부활시키는 기준을 이루었습니다. 그것은 전체 영계의 모든 승리적 기준을 세운 것이 됩니다. 한국에서부터 세계무대로 기독교문화권을 연결한 기준 위에 승리적인 실체 실적 기반을 연결해야 됩니다. 그러기 위해 부모님이 한국에서 축복가정들을 동원해 이룬 것을 기반으로 1971년에 미국에 가서 1973년에 정착하기 위한 준비를 한 것입니다. 그렇게 하려면 미국에서 승리한 기반이 있어야 됩니다. 승리적 기반이 없으면 안 됩니다. 그런 영적 기반을 닦아서 1973년 4월에 미국 영주권을 얻고 1974년 12월 24일에 한국에 돌아온 것입니다. 그러니까 18개월 동안에 결정적인 기반을 닦은 것입니다.
 
23 미국을 중심한 섭리를 추진시키는 것은 기독교가 통일교회를 반대함으로써 세계의 영적 기반이요 세계적 기독교 중심인 미국까지 침식받았기 때문입니다. 그러나 1970년대 초에 통일교회가 미국에 가서 반대받지 않고 환영받음으로써 기독교를 부활시킬 수 있었습니다. 대한민국은 국가적 입장에서 반대했지만 미국이 세계적 입장에서 환영했다는 조건을 세움으로써 다시 한국으로 돌아와 국가적으로 실패한 것을 연결시킬 수 있는 것입니다. 그러지 않고는 살길이 없습니다. 그래서 1972년에 미국 전역에 걸쳐 순회강연을 하고 유럽에까지 연결시키는 대회를 하면서 외적 세계의 기반을 닦아 나왔습니다. 미국의 기독교라든가 그 나라의 어느 누구도 하지 못했던 것을 단시일 내에 석권해야 됩니다. 미국을 위주로 한 전 자유세계가 여기에 기치를 높이 들고 환영하는 날에는 세계적인 권내에 있어서 통일교회를 중심삼고 축복받을 수 있는 자리에 재차 나아가지만 반대하는 날에는 피해가 크다는 것입니다. 그래서 부흥회를 시작하면서 1973년 4월 30일에 영주권을 받은 것입니다.

24 아버님이 이 땅 위에 재림주, 신랑으로 와서 신부 되는 어머니를 모셔서 아담 해와가 타락하던 그 자리에서 출발해야 됩니다. 통일원리로 볼 때 아담 해와가 장성기 완성급에서 타락했고 그 자리에서 사랑의 인연을 통해 자식을 번식했기 때문에 아버님이 간접주관권을 완성한 기준, 즉 직접주관권 내에서 출발할 수 없습니다. 완성기준을 남긴 장성기 완성급에서 출발함으로 말미암아 7년노정을 놓고 사탄권 내에 떨어져 들어와서 가정을 가지고 모진 풍상을 겪어야 됩니다. 부모님 가정이 제물 되는 시대가 된다는 것입니다. 미국에서 수많은 핍박을 받았습니다. 뜻을 이루지 못하고 죽은 예수님이 생전에 당하던 입장을 재현시켜 그것을 민족․국가․세계의 기준을 총합한 기반 위에서 탕감해야 됩니다. 그래서 사탄을 제거했다는 조건을 세우지 않고는 천리의 도를 순리의 기준에 연결시킬 수 있는 길이 없습니다. 그렇기 때문에 부모님은 섭리사적 운명을 짊어지고 미국을 향하지 않을 수 없었던 것입니다. 누구와 의논해서 간 것이 아닙니다. 하나님과 아버님 외에는 누구도 몰랐습니다. 1971년 미국 땅에 내리게 될 때 아버님은 무명의 한 청년 같은 모습이었지만, 3년 만에 미국을 뒤집었다 놓아야 되고 12년 이내에 하늘 편으로 돌려놓지 않으면 안 된다는 사명을 짊어지고 있었습니다. 내가 미국에서 한 것은 무엇이었느냐? 인류역사를 대표해서 누구보다도 아벨을 사랑하였습니다. 실천노정에서 승리적 패권을 쥐어야 했습니다. 하나님을 위해서, 땅을 위해서 기도하는데 나이상 심정적 기도를 한 사람이 없습니다. 하나님을 통곡시킬 수 있는 한 아들의 모습을 가지고 인류를 붙안고 해원성사란 원한의 터전을 붙들고 싸우지 않으면 안 되었습니다.
 
25 1973년 7월 1일 미국에서 ‘승축일’이라는 역사적인 기념의 날을 제정하였습니다. 지금까지 여러 기념의 날을 한국에서 제정했지만 세계에서 승리를 축하하는 날을 제정한 것은 이번이 처음입니다. 통일교회 역사에 새로운 기원을 마련한 날입니다. 승축일는 제2차 7년노정에서 남은 3년 중에 절반의 고비를 잘 넘었기 때문에 제정할 수 있었습니다. 고비를 모두 잘 넘었기 때문에 승리를 축하하는 것입니다. 이제는 아무리 사탄이 반대하더라도 반대할수록 무너져 내려갑니다. 옛날과 다르다는 것입니다. 불원한 장래에 통일교회가 전국에서 태풍 같은 바람을 일으킬 것입니다. 미국의 어떤 주권자도 빼낼 수 없는 기반을 닦아 나왔습니다.
 
26 부모님이 미국에 오자마자 손을 대서 1년 이내에 미국 교회 자체 내에 정비 기반을 닦았습니다. 우리가 활동할 수 있는 체제를 갖춘 기반을 닦았기 때문에 1973년 7월 1일에 승리를 축하하는 날인 승축일을 제정한 것입니다. 하나님의 심정을 중심삼고 이 세계에 발판을 닦을 수 있는 승리의 초점을 성사했다는 것입니다. 하나님의 심정세계에 내적인 승리의 기준을 세우기 위해서는 외적으로 승리의 결과가 반드시 나와야 됩니다. 그래서 1973년에 전 미국에서 활동을 전개했던 것입니다. 1973년과 1974년에 40개 도시에서 대강연회를 함으로써 아버님이 상당히 유명해졌습니다. 그러면서 국가기준에서 미국 대통령과 관계를 맺는 데까지 연결시켜 놓았습니다.

真のお母様は一九七三年二月二十六日、真のお父様は四月三十日、アメリカの永住権を取得することにより、アメリカを中心に世界宣教を展開できる基礎を整えられた。特に、「一九七二年から七四年までの三年期間は、イエス様の三年路程を世界的な舞台で連結させる期間である」と語られ、一九七三年七月一日、アメリカのベルベディア修練所において、韓国、日本、アメリカ、台湾、イギリス、フランス、イタリア、ドイツ、オランダ、オーストリアなど、世界十カ国の代表が参加する中、第二次七年路程で世界的勝利の足場を築いたことを祝う記念日として、「勝祝日」を宣布された。
 
 20 皆さんは、世界のために生きなければなりません。ですから、世界の途上、皆さんを前に立てて苦労させなければなりません。これがどれほど悲惨でしょうか。皆さんには分からない事情があるのです。お父様は原理を知ったので、死なずに生きてこのことをしているのです。
 
一九七二年から三年間、このようにすることによって、何を蕩減できるのでしょうか。イエス様は、公生涯の三年間で父母になることができず、子女をもてなかったことが恨になりました。それを収拾する基準が、この三年の期間に立てられるのです。皆さんは、イスラエルの国に代わり、民族に代わる家庭的基盤として登場できるので、父母様は世界的出発をすることができるというのです。そのような基盤のもとに、父母様はアメリカの地に入ったのです。
 
 21 ドイツ人、日本人は、アメリカ人と怨讐関係です。ところが、日本人がアメリカに来て命を懸けて「アメリカを救おう」と言い、ドイツ人が来て命を懸けて「アメリカを救おう」と言うのです。主にドイツ人と日本人をアメリカに連れてきて、旋風を巻き起こしています。このようにしているので、反対派の人たちがその知らせを耳にするようになりました。
 
私は既に、すべて知っています。一年半以内に基盤を築くことができなければ、日本とドイツから来た統一教会の人々が追放されるというのです。私も追放されます。しかし、追放されるわけにはいきません。ですから、第一次、第二次の巡回講演が終わったあと、一九七三年四月三十日に永住権を取得しました。そのようにして一年半以内に完全に基盤を築き、アメリカ人を（リーダーとして）代わりに立てるようになったのです。そして、経済基盤をつくりながら、怨讐関係の日本とドイツの人々を教材として、アメリカの青年たちを教育しました。
 
 22 一九七三年、父母様の永住権取得を中心として、それこそ霊的基盤、世界のキリスト教版図を復活させる基準を立てました。それは、霊界全体のすべての勝利的基準を立てたことになるのです。韓国から世界舞台にキリスト教文化圏を連結した基準の上で、勝利的な実体の実績基盤を連結しなければなりません。そのために、父母様が韓国で祝福家庭を動員して成し遂げたことを基盤として、一九七一年にアメリカに行き、七三年に定着するための準備をしたのです。そのようにしようとすれば、アメリカで勝利した基盤がなければなりません。勝利的基盤がなければならないのです。そのような霊的基盤を築き、一九七三年四月にアメリカの永住権を得て、七四年十二月二十四日に、韓国に帰ってきたのです。ですから、十八カ月の間に決定的な基盤を築きました。
 
 23 アメリカを中心とした摂理を推進させるのは、キリスト教が統一教会に反対することにより、世界の霊的基盤であり、世界的キリスト教の中心であるアメリカまでも侵食されたからです。しかし、一九七〇年代の初めに統一教会がアメリカに行き、反対を受けずに歓迎されることによって、キリスト教を復活させることができました。大韓民国は国家的立場で反対しましたが、アメリカが世界的立場で歓迎したという条件を立てることにより、再び韓国に帰ってきて、国家的に失敗したことを連結させられるのです。そのようにしなければ、生きる道がありません。ですから、一九七二年にアメリカ全域にわたって巡回講演を行い、ヨーロッパにまで連結させる大会をしながら、外的世界の基盤を築いてきました。アメリカのキリスト教や、その国の誰一人としてできなかったことを、短期間のうちに席巻して果たさなければなりません。アメリカを中心とした全自由世界が、ここで旗印を高く掲げて歓迎すれば、世界的圏内で統一教会を中心に祝福を受けることができる場に再び進んでいきますが、反対すれば、被害が大きいというのです。それで、復興会を始めながら、一九七三年四月三十日に永住権を取得したのです。
 
 24 お父様は、この地上に再臨主、新郎として来て、新婦となる母を迎え、アダムとエバが堕落した、その位置から出発しなければなりません。「統一原理」から見るとき、アダムとエバが長成期完成級で堕落し、その位置で愛の関係を通して子女を繁殖したので、お父様は間接主管圏を完成した基準、すなわち直接主管圏内から出発することができません。完成基準を残した長成期完成級から出発することによって、七年路程を前にしてサタン圏内に降りていき、家庭をもって激しい風霜を経なければならないのです。
 
父母様の家庭が祭物となる時代になるというのです。アメリカで、数多くの迫害を受けました。み旨を成し遂げることができずに亡くなったイエス様が生前に遭った立場を再現させ、それを民族、国家、世界の基準を総合した基盤の上で蕩減しなければなりません。ですから、サタンを除去したという条件を立てなければ、天理の道を道理にかなった基準に連結させる道がないのです。そのため、父母様は摂理史的な運命を背負い、アメリカに向かわざるを得なかったのです。誰かと相談して行ったのではありません。神様とお父様以外には、誰も知りませんでした。
 
一九七一年、アメリカの地に降り立つ時、お父様は無名の一人の青年のような姿でした。しかし、三年でアメリカをひっくり返しておかなければならず、十二年以内に天の側に向かわせなければならないという使命を背負っていたのです。
 
私がアメリカでしたことは、何だったのでしょうか。人類歴史を代表して、誰よりもアベルを愛しました。実践路程で勝利的覇権を握らなければならなかったのです。神様のために、地のために祈ることにおいて、私以上に心情的な祈りをした人はいません。神様を痛哭させる一人の息子の姿で人類を抱き締め、解怨成就という怨恨の基盤をつかんで闘わなければなりませんでした。
 
 25 一九七三年七月一日、アメリカで「勝祝日」という歴史的な記念日を制定しました。今まで様々な記念日を韓国で制定しましたが、世界で勝利を祝う日を制定したのは、今回が初めてです。統一教会の歴史に、新たな起源を備えた日です。「勝祝日」は、第二次七年路程における残り三年のうち、半分の峠を無事に越えたので、制定することができました。峠をすべて無事に越えたので勝利を祝うのです。
 
今からはいくらサタンが反対しても、反対するほど（逆に）崩れ落ちていきます。昔と違うというのです。遠くない将来、統一教会が全米で台風のような旋風を巻き起こすでしょう。アメリカのいかなる主権者でも抜き取ることのできない基盤を築いたのです。
 
 26 父母様は、アメリカに来るやいなや手を付けて、一年以内にアメリカ教会自体の中に整備基盤を築きました。私たちが活動できる体制を備えた基盤を築いたので、一九七三年七月一日に勝利を祝う日、「勝祝日」を制定したのです。神様の心情を中心として、この世界に足場を築くことのできる勝利の焦点を成立させたというのです。
 
神様の心情世界に内的な勝利基準を立てるためには、必ず外的に勝利の結果が現れなければなりません。それで、一九七三年にアメリカ全土で活動を展開したのです。一九七三年と七四年に、四十カ都市で大講演会をすることによって、お父様がとても有名になりました。そのようにしながら、国家基準でアメリカの大統領と関係を結ぶところまで連結させておいたのです。

True Mother acquired her United States permanent residence status on February 26,1973, and True Father acquired his on April 30. This was the basis for their world mission work centering on the United States. True Father stated that the three-year period from 1972 to 1974 corresponded to Jesus' three-year public ministry, and that during this time he had to connect it to the world level. On July 1, 1973, at the Belvedere Training Center, in the presence of representatives from ten nations: Korea, Japan, the United States, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, True Parents declared a victorious day of celebration, commemorating their laying the cornerstone for worldwide victory in the second seven-year course. 20 You must live for the sake of the world. This is why I make you go forward all over the world and make you suffer. How pitiful this is! These are circumstances you cannot understand. I am still alive and doing this work because I know the Principle. What did I indemnify by doing so for three years from 1972? Jesus could not become a parent and have children during his three-year public course. Those three years became a source of his sorrow. In these three years we set the standard to remedy this. Because you now can appear on the family foundation, representing the nation of Israel and its people, True Parents can make a start on the world level. 21 The Germans and Japanese were Americas enemies. However, Japanese and Germans are coming to America and putting their lives on the line to save it. I brought mostly Germans and Japanese to America, and it created a sensation. It drew those who opposed me to find out what's going on. I knew what they were thinking. If we failed to establish a foundation in one and a half years, they would expel the Japanese and German members. I too would be expelled. This could not happen. That is why, after finishing my first and second speaking tours, I was granted permanent residency, on April 30, 1973. Thus, I completely established the foundation in one and a half years and could hand it over to Americans. While developing our economic foundation, I also contributed to international harmony through these Japanese and Grmans, who formerly had a hostile relationship with America, but now were educating American youth. 22 Through the acquisition of green cards in 1973, True Parents have indeed established the standard for resurrecting the spiritual foundation for the global Christian domain. This accomplished all victorious standards throughout the spirit world. Having now connected the Christian cultural realm from Korea to the world, we needed to attach substantial results to this victory. This was why I mobilized Korean blessed families and, on the foundation of their achievements, went to the United States in 1971. My plan was to settle there by 1973, but for this settlement we needed a victorious foundation in America. We could not do so without this foundation of victory. By laying that foundation, which was a spiritual foundation, we acquired green cards in April of 1973 and returned to Korea on December 24, 1974. We laid down a decisive foundation in 18 months. 23 I am carrying out this providence centered on the United States because the United States, which is the spiritual foundation of the world and the center of world Christianity, is being eaten away. The cause was the Christian opposition to the Unification Church. However, when the United States did not oppose the Unification Church, but welcomed it in the early 1970s, I was able to resurrect Christianity. Korea opposed us on the level of a nation, but the United States welcomed us on the world level. Therefore, I could come back to Korea and redress that national-level failure. This will allow us to live. I went on a speaking tour across the United States in 1972 and held rallies that connected it to Europe to lay the external world foundation.

I need to complete, in the shortest time possible, everything that Christianity, or anyone else, was unable to achieve in the United States. On the day the people of the free world under the leadership of the United States raise banners and welcome us, they will receive a blessing on the world level, centering on the Unification Church. If, on the other hand, they oppose us, they will suffer great damage. So I began revival meetings, and that is why I received the green card on April 30,1973. (110-129, 1980/11/10)

24 I came to this earth as the Lord at the Second Advent and Bridegroom. I have to find the Bride who is to become the Mother and together with her begin anew from the place where Adam and Eve fell. Based on the Unification Principle, Adam and Eve fell at the completion level of the growth stage and multiplied their children through their love relationship from that position.

Therefore I cannot start from the realm of God's direct dominion. I cannot build upon a standard of having perfected the realm of God's indirect dominion. By beginning at the completion level of the growth stage, which is prior to the standard of completion, we have to go through a seven-year course in Satan's world, form a family, and experience trials and suffering. It is the era in which True Parents' family is made into a sacrificial offering.

We received much persecution in America. We have to go through the same position as Jesus who died without being able to realize the Will. We need to indemnify this on the foundation of being a united people, nation and world. Without setting this condition of eliminating Satan, there is no way to connect the path of heavenly law to the standard of natural law. That is why True Parents had to go to America, carrying the fate of this historical providence.

I did not consult with anyone before going there. No one knew except God and I. When I set foot on American soil in 1971, I was a nameless young man, but I had on my shoulders the mission to turn the United States around in three years, and to bring it to heaven's side in 12 years.

What was it that I did in America? Representing human history, I loved Abel more than anyone ever has. And on the practical level, I had to attain complete victory. No one has prayed in greater earnest for God and for the earth. As a Son who can bring God to tears, I had to hold on to humanity and to the cause of God's pain and sorrow. I had to fight fiercely to liberate humanity from this position. (136-239, 1985/12/29)

25 On July 1, 1973, I established the historic day of commemoration, the "Victorious Day of Celebration" in America. Until now, I have established many such commemorative days in Korea, but this was the first such day celebrating a world-level victory. This day marks a new beginning in the history of the Unification Church. I could establish this victorious day of celebration because I went beyond half of the three-year period that remained in the second seven-year course. We are celebrating the fact that I was able to overcome all hardships successfully.

From now on, the more Satan opposes us, the more he will be destroyed. It is different from the past. In the near future, the Unification Church will raise a storm across this nation. We have established a foundation that American power cannot take away. (068-159, 1973/07/29)

26 We started working as soon as we came to America, and within a year we have completed the foundation for the American church. With this foundation to carry out our activities, I established the Victorious Day of Celebration on July 1,1973 to celebrate our victory. We have reached the focal point of victory, by which we can establish our foothold in this world, centering on the heart of God. In order to establish the victorious standard internally in the world of God's heart, first there must be victorious external results. That is why in 1973 we carried out our activities across the United States. By giving public speeches in 40 cities in 1973 and 1974,1 became quite famous.
