참부모경 - 323. 구국세계대회

한국 역사상 유례를 찾아볼 수 없는 대규모 승공대회인 구국세계대회가 1975년 6월 7일 60개국 1천여 명의 대표를 비롯하여 전국 각지에서 120만 명이 서울 여의도광장에 운집한 가운데 개최되었다. 참아버님께서는 ‘세계 속의 한국’이란 주제로 강연하셨다. 특히 세계 각국 대표들은 신앙의 조국이요 성역인 한반도를 보호하기 위해서 국제의용군단을 편성해 유사시 참전할 것을 선언하는 등 구국의 함성과 열기가 충천하였다.

8 국제기동전도대가 미국에서부터 일본을 거쳐 한국을 찾아왔는데 섭리적 흐름이 그렇게 되어 있기 때문에 그런 작전을 하는 것입니다. 복귀시대이기 때문에 아버님이 미국에 가서 선풍을 일으켰던 그 모든 것이 일본을 거쳐 한국에까지 들어와야 됩니다. 그렇게 세계적인 제1차 영적 이스라엘권과 제2차 기독교 이스라엘권을 육적인 제3차 세계적 이스라엘권에 결부시키지 않고는 제3차 국가적 이스라엘권이 제3차 세계적 이스라엘권으로 발전할 수 없습니다. 이것은 섭리상의 필연적인 귀결이요 역사적인 귀추입니다. 
 
9 한국은 섭리사적인 입장에서 볼 때 종합문명권을 형성하여 통일을 해야 될 사명이 남아 있습니다. 형제끼리는 하나될 수 없습니다. 부모가 와야만 통일할 수 있습니다. 형제들이 싸우는 것을 한국이 통일사상으로 통일할 수 있다는 것입니다. 이렇게 됨으로써 하나님을 위주로 한 이상적 조국이 창건됩니다. 거기에서부터 세계는 비로소 평화의 세계, 하나의 세계, 통일의 세계, 승리의 세계로 수습되어 들어갈 것입니다. 그리하여 지상에 천국을 형성함과 동시에 하나님과 일치되어야 합니다. 천상천국의 주체 되시는 하나님을 지상에 모셔서 통일된 하나의 천국을 형성해야 됩니다. 이것이 통일신도들이 해야 될 사명입니다. 그러한 기반 밑에서 비로소 부모와 자녀가 하나됨으로써 평화의 천국생활이 시작될 것입니다. 희망의 날 대향연을 승리로 이끌었으니 여의도 구국세계대회도 승리로 이끌어야 됩니다. 여기에서 승리한 내용과 재료를 가지고 일본과 미국과 자유세계에 영향을 미쳐야 됩니다. 이 대회는 영계가 총집결하고 세계인이 총집결하여 미래에 우리 후손들이 소망의 터전으로 바라보면서 축복을 고대할 수 있는 대회가 되어야 합니다. 그렇기 때문에 하나님의 해원성사, 인류 형제의 해원성사, 앞으로 희망적인 후대의 해원성사를 전부 완결할 수 있는 대회가 바로 구국세계대회입니다. 
 
10 1975년 4월 1일부터 전국 9개 도시에서 희망의 날 대향연을 함으로써 통일교회와 통일교회 사람들이 드러나니 기독교에서는 미워하는 것입니다. 영계로부터 계시를 받은 사람이 ‘이번에 통일교회한테 지면 기독교는 마지막이다.’고 했다는 것입니다. 그저 악착같이 싸워서 통일교회를 망하게 해야 된다고 하면서 별의별 짓을 다 했지만 우리는 망하지 않았습니다. 완전히 눌러 버렸습니다. 소생인 부산에서부터 장성인 대구, 완성인 서울, 그리고 인천을 거쳐 전주 광주, 이렇게 9개 도시를 따라 다니며 반대하였습니다. 그리고 6월 7일 여의도광장 구국세계대회 때에는 비가 오라고 기도하고, 비가 안 오면 그 대신 반대로 해가 쨍쨍 내리쬐게 해 달라고 기도를 했다는 것입니다. 이런 싸움을 해서 결국 통일교회가 드러났다는 것입니다. 그래서 개인으로 드러나고 가정으로 드러나고 우리 전체로 드러나고 그다음에 민족을 드러나야 됩니다.
 
11 통일교회 자체로 보게 되면 여의도광장의 구국세계대회는 하나의 모험입니다. 큰 모험입니다. 그 광장을 채운다는 것은 모험이지만, 우리가 이러한 거사를 행하는 것은 이 시대의 운세를 맞추는 것입니다. 하나님의 섭리로 볼 때 이때가 어떤 때라는 것을 알기 때문에 이 시대에 맞추어서 이런 대회를 하지 않으면 안 됩니다. 지금 한국은 전 세계가 주목하는 정세에 처해 있습니다. 한국의 움직임은 한국 자체뿐만 아니라 전 세계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 단계에 들어왔습니다. 한국이 처하고 있는 자체를 보면 민주세계가 승리로 갈 수 있는 길을 모색하느냐, 그렇지 않으면 공산세계가 승리할 수 있는 길이 이루어지느냐 하는 두 갈래 길에 서 있습니다. 여기에서 그 누가 길잡이를 하느냐 하는 것이 문제가 됩니다. 누가 먼저 여기에서 천운을 맞출 수 있는 기수의 사명을 하느냐? 민주세계가 승리하기 위해서도 어떠한 동기가 되면 개인이면 개인, 단체면 단체, 국가면 국가가 있어야 할 것입니다. 역사는 반드시 개인을 중심삼든가, 단체를 중심삼든가 혹은 국가를 중심삼든가 해서 새로운 차원으로 전환되고 발전해 나가는 것입니다. 이와 같은 긴박한 실정에서 물론 대한민국이 하늘의 운세에 맞출 수 있는 일을 해야 되겠지만 대한민국 자체는 하늘이 어떻게 대한민국을 통해서 세계로 갈 수 있느냐 하는 것을 알지 못합니다. 그렇기 때문에 오로지 이것을 알고 있는 종교를 대표한 어떤 단체가 책임지지 않으면 안 된다는 것입니다. 그 종교단체 가운데서도 통일교회가 그러한 기수의 사명을 해야 됩니다. 이러한 책임을 통일교회가 하겠다고 나선 것이 서울 여의도 구국세계대회입니다.

12 한국 정부 타도가 전 세계 공산세력의 선전 목표가 되어 있습니다. 아시아에서 마지막으로 남은 서구문명권의 기지가 바로 한국입니다. 공산세력은 그다음에 일본 해방을 주장할 것입니다. 그다음에는 미국 해방을 주장할 것입니다. 이것이 공식적으로 전개될 것임이 틀림없습니다. 그렇기 때문에 내적으로 한국 통일교회와 일본 통일교회와 미국 통일교회가 완전히 결속해 한국과 일본과 미국을 석권하여 주도적인 기치를 들어야 합니다. 이제 그럴 때가 다가왔습니다. 한국 민족은 희망의 날 대향연을 중심삼고 도탄 중에서 죽느냐 사느냐 하는 때에 있습니다. 이때 우리는 거국적인 대향연, 희망의 날을 걸고 나왔습니다. 이리하여 종교적 기준에서 통일교회를 당할 수 없다는 승리적 실적을 보여 주었습니다. 이것이 국민운동으로서 거국적으로 동포와 서울시민을 규합하여 세계에 선포하는 구국세계대회입니다.
 
13 본인은 지금까지 일본 정부를 움직이는 데에 노력했고, 미국 조야에서 새로운 문명권을 형성할 수 있는 분위기를 형성하는 데에 노력해 왔습니다. 한국은 한국 자체로서는 금후에 살 수 없습니다. 3천400만이 단결하여 북한 공산당을 타도했다 하더라도 그 뒤에 남은 중공과 소련을 극복할 수 없습니다. 오늘날 공산주의는 하나님 대신 악마의 종교 형테의 배경을 중심하고 등장하였습니다. 하나님 편 종교를 중심한 통일문화권 세계국가를 형성하여 공산주의를 굴복시키지 않고는 세계에 희망이 없습니다. 통일교회 신도들이 국가와 국민을 대표하고 민주세계에서 하나님 편 종교를 대표해서 결속해 나서야 할 때가 바로 지금입니다. 한국 통일교인들은 이번 구국세계대회로 말미암아 세계에 정신적 자세와 긍지를 심어 주어야 된다는 것을 망각해서는 안 됩니다. 바로 지금 이 활동에 한국 통일교회 식구들을 중심삼고 세계 통일교회 식구가 규합해 있습니다. 여기에서 하나되어 역사에 없는, 비로소 하나님 뜻에 의한, 하나의 통일사상을 중심삼은 승리적 기치를 드러내야 할 것이 여의도광장 대회입니다. 여기에서 승리하는 날에는 하나님이 세계문명권을 서구대륙, 나일강을 중심삼고 지중해, 로마, 영국을 거쳐 미국 대륙문명권을 형성하였던 것을 태평양문명권으로 옮기게 되는 것입니다.

14 여의도광장은 역사적 광장이기 때문에 이번 구국세계대회는 하나님 앞에 역사적 공의의 심판을 받는 입장에 서는 것입니다. 통일교회는 그야말로 세계사적 하나님 편에 선 단체냐, 민족을 살릴 수 있는 단체냐, 그렇지 않은 단체냐 하는 것입니다. 통일교회 가정들은 민족적 가정을 대표해 인도할 수 있는 주체성을 지녔느냐, 통일교회 사람들은 이 민족을 대해서 주체성을 살릴 수 있는 개인들이 되었느냐 하는 것을 구국세계대회에서 보여 주어야 합니다. 그러한 하늘로부터 공의의 판정을 받을 수 있는 좋은 기회라는 것입니다. 이뿐만 아니라 세계 인류 앞에 공의의 판정을 받는 권위를 세울 수 있는 때요, 민족 앞에 지금까지 서럽고 원통했던 역사적인 모든 것을 청산짓고 새로운 수난의 대가로서 선의의 공적에 의한 혜택, 은덕을 받을 수 있는 때라는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 이 순간이야말로 심각한 것입니다.

15 구국세계대회에는 사람들이 많이 모일 것입니다. 그리고 영계에서 수천억이 모인다는 것입니다. 여러분 한 사람이 만 사람도 될 수 있는 결의, 60개국을 대표한 여러분의 나라 국민 전체가 모였다는 것입니다. 여러분의 조상과 영계가 동원해서 얼마나 주목하겠습니까? 여러분은 ‘나는 프랑스 사람이다.’ ‘나는 독일 사람이다.’는 감정을 빼 버려야 됩니다. 초민족적인 감정을 가져야 됩니다. 하나님의 이름 가운데서는 그런 것이 있을 수 없습니다. 그러니 여러분은 60개국을 대표한 대표자로서 참석했다는 긍지를 가져야 됩니다.
 
16 1975년 6월 7일에 국제기동대를 중심삼고 여의도 구국세계대회 때 기독교와 통일교회 사이에 큰 싸움이 벌어졌습니다. 우리 기동대는 전세계의 젊은이가 참여해 조국광복을 위해 입성해서 반대하는 기독교, 반대하는 주권, 반대하는 그 무엇을 대해서 싸웠습니다. 그때는 탕감복귀할 때입니다. 주권적인 기준 앞에 이제는 가정을 찾았으니 나라와 부딪쳐야 됩니다. 그래서 부모님을 중심삼고 정부와 하나되어야 합니다. 정부와 하나되어서 전부를 움직여야 됩니다. 국가 판도를 중심삼고 부산 대구 대전 서울의 4대 도시에서 기독교와 통일교회가 정면충돌하였습니다. 그래서 ‘지금 국제적으로 후원하는 가운데 부흥회를 하는데 왜 반대하느냐?’라고 해서 완전히 기독교가 손을 들게 하였습니다. 이렇게 되어 120만이 모였습니다. 그때 한국 정부도 놀랐습니다. 60여 개국 사람들이 와서 ‘우리 신앙의 모국을 침범할 때에는 우리가 수호한다.’고 선포하였습니다. 그래서 실질적인 면에서 나라와 영육을 중심삼고 내가 주도적인 자리에 서는 것입니다.

17 여러분이 군대 훈련을 받을 때에는 대한민국을 위한다는 관념을 가지고 받았지만 이제는 아닙니다. 이제 여러분은 전도해서 의용군단을 만들어야 됩니다. 지서장과 면장, 군수를 동원해 의용군을 편성해서 어떻게 하든지 그들을 교육해야 됩니다. 앞으로 유사시에는 마을을 대신하고 군을 대신한 하나의 의용군단을 편성해서 몇 천, 몇 만을 지도할 수 있는 내가 되어야 되겠다는 배포를 가지십시오. 아버님은 이 시급한 때에 국제의용군단을 만들어 유사시에 대비한 주도적인 기반을 필요로 하기 때문에 지시를 내린 것입니다. 앞으로 통일교회를 중심삼고 기독교인들과 모든 종교인들까지 규합해서 ‘의용군단 편성운동을 합시다.’라고 하는 것입니다. 그때 군수와 경찰서장까지 초청해서 ‘이것은 통일교회를 위해서가 아니다. 실권은 여러분이 쥐고 훈련만 내가 시켜 주겠다. 간부들까지 정신무장은 내가 해주겠다.’고 하라는 것입니다. 이런 일을 해야 될 때가 왔습니다.

18 예수님이 십자가에 돌아간 것은 3년 공생애노정의 2년 때부터 엇갈렸기 때문입니다. 그래서 예수님은 거꾸로 떨어졌지만 지금은 2년 과정에서부터 반대로 엇갈려서 올라갑니다. 1975년 1976년 1977년의 3년 기간은 세계적인 영적 승리의 기반 위에 육적 승리의 기반을 연결시키는 때입니다. 서울 여의도광장 구국세계대회를 통해 국가기준을 중심삼고 영육 승리의 조건을 세웠기 때문에 그것이 가능합니다. 그런 승리의 조건을 세웠기 때문에 누가 아무리 반대하더라도 우리를 몰아내지 못합니다. 우리를 아무리 쳐도 그들이 승리하지 못한다는 원리적인 절대 권한을 내가 알기 때문에 배짱을 가지고 지금 싸우고 있는 것입니다.
 
19 대한민국은 세계 운세를 맞을 수 있는 때가 왔기 때문에 반대해서는 안 됩니다. 민족적인 출동을 할 수 있는 때가 왔기 때문에 1975년에 비로소 세계의 젊은이들을 한국에 데리고 들어와 한국 젊은이와 합해서 희망의 날 대향연이란 역사에 없는 거국적인 대행사를 거행할 수 있었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 희망의 날 대향연에는 자기도 모르게 바람에 밀려서 수많은 사람들이 모였습니다. 어떠한 종교 집회가 당할 수 없는 역사적 기록을 깨뜨린 것이 1975년의 희망의 날 대향연이었습니다. 이러한 기반을 터전으로 해서 국가적인 승리의 터전으로 연결하였습니다. 예수님시대에 영육을 중심삼고 국가와 세계를 연결하지 못한 것을 1975년에 영육을 중심삼고 국가기준과 세계기준을 완결해야 됩니다. 이러한 섭리관이 있기 때문에 1972년부터 부모님이 본격적으로 미국에서 활동한 것입니다. 한국 통일교회가 영적 기준에서는 국가보다 높은 자리, 주도적 입장에 섰습니다. 기독교가 반대해도 통일교회가 문제의 중심이요 모든 사람들의 관심을 일으킬 수 있는 종교가 되어 영적 국가적인 승리의 터전 위에 영적 세계기준의 기독교를 연결하기 위한 것이 미국에서의 3년 작전이었습니다. 그래서 1975년에 승리의 영적 기반을 세계적으로 연결하여 비로소 대한민국에 와서 영육을 중심삼은 승리의 기준을 결정하는 싸움을 한 것이 여의도광장의 구국세계대회입니다.

韓国の歴史上、類例を見いだせないほど大規模な勝共大会である救国世界大会が、一九七五年六月七日、六十カ国から来た千人以上の代表をはじめ、全国各地から百二十万人がソウルの汝矣島広場に詰めかける中で開催された。真のお父様は、「世界の中の韓国」というテーマで講演された。特に、世界各国の代表が、信仰の祖国であり、聖域である韓半島を保護するために国際義勇軍を編成し、有事の際には参戦することを宣言するなど、救国の喊声と熱気が天をつく大会となった。
 
８ 国際（伝道）機動隊がアメリカから日本を経由して韓国を訪れたのですが、摂理的な流れがそのようになっているので、そのような作戦をするのです。復帰時代なので、お父様がアメリカに行って旋風を巻き起こしたそのすべてのものが、日本を経て韓国にまで入ってこなければなりません。そのように、世界的な第一次霊的世界イスラエル圏と第二次キリスト教イスラエル圏を、肉的な第三次世界的イスラエル圏に結びつけなければ、第三次国家的イスラエル圏が第三次世界的イスラエル圏に発展することはできません。これは、摂理上における必然的な帰結であり、歴史的な帰趨です。
 
９ 韓国は、摂理史的な立場から見るとき、総合文明圏を形成して統一しなければならない使命が残っています。兄弟同士では一つになれません。父母が来てこそ、統一することができます。兄弟たちが争うのを、韓国が「統一思想」によって統一できるというのです。このようになることにより、神様を中心とした理想的な祖国が創建されます。そこから世界は、初めて平和の世界、一つの世界、統一の世界、勝利の世界に収拾されていくでしょう。そうして、地上に天国を形成すると同時に、神様と一致しなければなりません。天上天国の主体であられる神様を地上にお迎えし、統一された一つの天国を形成しなければなりません。これが、統一信徒たちが果たすべき使命です。そのような基盤のもとで、初めて父母と子女が一つになることにより、平和の天国生活が始まるでしょう。「希望の日」フェスティバルを勝利に導いたので、汝矣島での救国世界大会も勝利に導かなければなりません。ここで勝利した内容と材料をもって、日本とアメリカと自由世界に影響を及ぼさなければなりません。この大会は、霊界が総結集し、世界の人が総結集して、未来において私たちの子孫が希望の基盤として眺めながら、祝福を待ち望む大会にならなければなりません。ですから、神様の解怨成就、人類兄弟の解怨成就、今後の希望的な後代の解怨成就をすべて完結できる大会が、正に救国世界大会なのです。


 10 一九七五年四月一日から全国九カ都市で「希望の日」フェスティバルをすることによって、統一教会と統一教会の人々が表に出たので、キリスト教ではそれを憎むのです。霊界から啓示を受けた人が、「今回、統一教会に負ければ、キリスト教は終わりだ」と言ったというのです。「ひたすらがむしゃらに闘って統一教会を滅ぼさなければならない」と言いながら、ありとあらゆることをしましたが、私たちは滅びませんでした。完全に圧倒してしまったのです。蘇生の釜山から長成の大邱、完成のソウル、そして、仁川を経て全州、光州、このように九つの都市に付いて回りながら反対しました。とにかく、彼らは、もはや思い残すことはないでしょう。
 
そして、六月七日、汝矣島広場の救国世界大会の時には、「雨よ、降れ」と祈り、「雨が降らないなら、その代わり、反対に太陽が燦々と照りつけるようにしてほしい」と祈ったというのです。このような闘いをして、結局、統一教会が表に出たというのです。そうして、個人として現れ、家庭として現れ、私たち全体として現れ、その次に民族として現れなければなりません。
 
 11 統一教会自体で見れば、汝矣島広場の救国世界大会は一つの冒険です。大きな冒険です。その広場を満たすというのは冒険ですが、私たちがこのような大掛かりなことを行うのは、この時代の運勢に合わせることになるのです。神様の摂理から見るとき、この時がどのような時かが分かるので、この時代に合わせて、このような大会をしなければなりません。
 
今、韓国は全世界が注目する情勢に直面しています。韓国の動きは、韓国自体だけでなく、全世界に影響を及ぼすことができる段階に入ってきました。韓国が直面していること自体を見れば、民主世界が勝利へと進む道を模索するか、もしくは共産世界が勝利する道が形成されるかという、分かれ道に立っているのです。
 
ここで、誰が道案内をするかが問題になります。誰が先に、ここで天運に合わせられる旗手の使命を果たすのでしょうか。民主世界が勝利するためにも、ある動機となる個人なら個人、団体なら団体、国家なら国家が存在しなければなりません。
 
歴史は、個人を中心としたり、団体を中心としたり、あるいは国家を中心とするなどして、必ず新しい次元に転換されて発展していくのです。このような緊迫した実情において、もちろん大韓民国が天の運勢に合わせようとしなければなりません。しかし、大韓民国自体は、天がどのようにして、大韓民国を通して世界に行こうとしているのかが分かりません。
 
ですから、ひとえに、これを知っている、宗教を代表したある団体が責任をもたなければならないというのです。その宗教団体の中でも、統一教会がそのような旗手の使命を果たさなければなりません。このような責任を統一教会が果たそうといって進み出たのが、ソウルの汝矣島における救国世界大会です。
 
 12 韓国政府打倒が、全世界の共産勢力の宣伝目標になっています。アジアで最後に残った西欧文明圏の基地が、まず韓国です。共産勢力は次に、日本解放を主張するでしょう。その次には、アメリカ解放を主張するでしょう。これが、公式的に展開されるのは間違いありません。ですから、内的に韓国の統一教会と、日本の統一教会と、アメリカの統一教会が完全に結束し、韓国と日本とアメリカを席巻して、主導的な旗印を掲げなければなりません。今や、そのような時が近づきました。韓民族は、塗炭の苦しみの中で死ぬか生きるかという時点にいます。そのため、今、私たちは国を挙げた「希望の日」フェスティバルを掲げて現れました。こうして、宗教的基準で統一教会にはかなわないという勝利的実績を見せてあげたのです。これが、国民運動として、国を挙げて同胞とソウル市民を糾合し、世界に宣布する救国世界大会です。
 
 13 私は、今まで日本の国を動かすために努力し、アメリカの朝野で、新しい文明圏を形成できる雰囲気をつくるために努力してきました。韓国は、韓国自体だけでは、今後、生きていくことができません。三千四百万が団結して北朝鮮の共産党を打倒したとしても、その後ろに残った中共とソ連を克服できないのです。今日の共産主義は、神様に代わり、悪魔を中心とする宗教形態を背景として登場しました。神側の宗教を中心とした統一文化圏の世界国家を形成して、共産主義を屈服させなければ、世界に希望はありません。統一教会の信徒たちが、国家と国民を代表し、民主世界において神側の宗教を代表し、結束して進み出るべき時が、正に今です。韓国の統一教会員たちは、今回の救国世界大会によって、世界に精神的姿勢と誇りを植えてあげなければならないことを忘れてはいけません。正に今、この活動において、韓国の統一教会の食口たちを中心として、世界の統一教会の食口が結集しています。ここで一つとなり、歴史にない、神様のみ旨による一つの「統一思想」を中心とした勝利的旗印を、初めて表すべき場が汝矣島広場における大会です。ここで勝利すれば、世界文明圏において、神様が西欧大陸、ナイル川を中心として地中海、ローマ、イギリスを経て、アメリカ大陸で形成した文明圏を、太平洋文明圏に移すようになるのです。
 
 14 汝矣島広場は歴史的な広場なので、今回の救国世界大会は、神様のみ前に歴史的公義の審判を受ける立場に立つのです。統一教会は、それこそ世界史的な神側に立った団体か、民族を生かすことのできる団体か、そうではない団体かというのです。
 
統一教会の家庭は、民族的家庭を代表して導くことのできる主体性をもったのか、統一教会の人々は、この民族と向き合って主体性を生かし得る個人個人になったのかを、救国世界大会で見せてあげなければなりません。そのような天からの公義の判定を受ける良い機会だというのです。
 
これだけではなく、世界人類の前に公義の判定を受けた権威を立て得る時であり、民族の前に今まで悲しく恨めしかった歴史的なすべてのものを清算し、新しい受難の代価として善意の功績による恵沢、恩徳を受けられる時だというのです。ですから、この瞬間こそが深刻なのです。
 
 15 救国世界大会には、大勢の人々が集まるでしょう。そして、霊界から数千億が集まるというのです。皆さん一人で一万人にもなれるという決意（をもち）、六十カ国を代表する皆さんの国の国民全体が集まったというのです。皆さんの先祖と霊界が動員して、どれほど注目するでしょうか。
 
皆さんは、「私はフランス人だ」、「私はドイツ人だ」という感情を抜き取ってしまわなければなりません。超民族的な感情をもたなければなりません。神様の名のもとには、そのようなものがあり得ません。ですから、皆さんは、六十カ国を代表する代表者として参加したという誇りをもたなければならないのです。
 
 16 一九七五年六月七日、国際（伝道）機動隊を中心として汝矣島で救国世界大会を行った時、キリスト教と統一教会の間に大きな争いが起きました。私たちの（伝道）機動隊は、全世界の若者が参加し、祖国光復のために入城して、反対するキリスト教、反対する主権、反対するその何ものかに対して闘ったのです。
 
その時は、蕩減復帰をする時です。主権的な基準の前に、今や家庭を取り戻したので、国とぶつからなければなりません。そうして、父母様を中心として、政府と一つにならなければなりません。政府と一つになり、すべてを動かさなければならないのです。国家版図を中心として、釜山、大邱、大田、ソウルの四大都市でキリスト教と統一教会が正面衝突をしました。それで、「今、国際的に後援を受ける中で復興会をしているのに、なぜ反対するのか」と言って、完全にキリスト教を降参させました。このようになって百二十万が集まったのです。
 
その時、韓国政府も驚きました。六十カ国以上の人々が来て、「私たちの信仰の母国を侵犯する時には、私たちが守護する」と宣布したのです。それで、実質的な面において、国と霊肉を中心として私が主導的な位置に立つのです。
 
 17 皆さんが軍隊の訓練を受けるときには、「大韓民国のために」という観念をもって受けましたが、今からは違います。これから皆さんは、伝道して義勇軍をつくらなければなりません。支署長と面（ミョン）長、郡守（クンス）を動員して義勇軍を編成し、何としてでも彼らを教育しなければなりません。
 
今後、有事の際には、村に代わり、郡に代わって一つの義勇軍を編成して、何千、何万の人を指導できる自分にならなければならないという気概をもってください。お父様は、この緊急な時に、国際義勇軍をつくって有事の際に備える主導的な基盤が必要なので、指示を下したのです。
 
今後、統一教会を中心として、キリスト教徒たちとすべての宗教者たちまで糾合し、「義勇軍編成運動をしよう」と主張するのです。その際、郡守と警察署長まで招請し、「これは統一教会のためではない。実権は皆さんが握り、訓練だけ私がしてあげよう。幹部たちの精神武装まで私がしてあげよう」と言いなさいというのです。このようなことをしなければならない時が来ました。
 
 18 イエス様が十字架で亡くなったのは、三年の公生涯路程の二年目の時からかみ合わなかったからです。そうして、イエス様は逆さまに落ちていきましたが、今は二年目の過程から、かみ合わずに反対に上がっていきます。一九七五年、七六年、七七年の三年の期間は、世界的な霊的勝利の基盤の上に、肉的勝利の基盤を連結させる時です。ソウルの汝矣島広場で救国世界大会を通して、国家基準を中心として霊肉勝利の条件を立てたので、それが可能なのです。そのような勝利の条件を立てたので、誰がいくら反対しても、私たちを追い出すことはできません。私たちをいくら打っても、彼らは勝利できないという原理的な絶対権限を私は知っているので、腹を決めて今闘っているのです。
 
 19 大韓民国は、世界の運勢を迎えられる時が来たので、反対してはいけません。民族的な出動をする時が来たので、一九七五年に初めて世界の若者たちを韓国に連れてきて、韓国の若者と一緒になって、「希望の日」フェスティバルという、歴史にない、国を挙げた大行事を挙行することができました。ですから、「希望の日」フェスティバルには、我知らず、勢いに押されて数多くの人々が集まりました。どんな宗教の集会もかなわない歴史的な記録を破ったのが、一九七五年の「希望の日」フェスティバルでした。このような基盤を基にして、国家的な勝利の基盤に連結したのです。イエス様の時代に、霊肉を中心として国家と世界を連結できなかったので、一九七五年に霊肉を中心として、国家基準と世界基準を完結しなければなりません。
 
このような摂理観があるので、一九七二年から父母様が本格的にアメリカで活動したのです。韓国の統一教会が、霊的基準では国家より高い位置、主導的な立場に立ちました。キリスト教が反対しても、統一教会が問題の中心となり、すべての人々の関心を呼び起こせる宗教となって、霊的な国家的勝利基盤の上に、霊的世界基準のキリスト教を連結するためのものが、アメリカにおける三年間の作戦でした。そうして、一九七五年に勝利の霊的基盤を世界的に連結し、ようやく大韓民国に来て、霊肉を中心とした勝利の基準を決定する闘いをしたのが、汝矣島広場の救国世界大会です。

Chambumo Gyeong - 323. World Rally for Korean Freedom


The World Rally for Korean Freedom, which was a massive Victory Over Communism rally, was held on June 7, 1975, at Yeouido Plaza, Seoul. There, 1.2 million people gathered from all parts of Korea, in addition to more than 1,000 representatives from 60 nations. True Father gave a speech entitled "Korea in the World." The representatives from nations across the world in particular passionately cheered for Korean freedom. They declared that, if war broke out and it became necessary to defend the Korean Peninsula, their fatherland of faith and a holy land, they would organize international volunteers to fight for Korea.
 
8 The International One World Crusade came from America, and moved through Japan to Korea. I implemented this specific course because it accords with the providential flow. Since this is the era of restoration, the sensation I caused in America has to pass through Japan and then come to Korea. To allow the third national realm of Israel to become the third worldwide realm of Israel, I had to connect it to the first spiritual realm of Israel and the second Christian realm of Israel. 9 From the viewpoint of providential history, Korea has yet to complete its mission to form an integrated cultural realm and achieve unification. Brothers cannot become one by themselves. Only when the parents arrive can brothers unite. Conflicting brothers are destined to harmonize and become a united Korea through Unification Thought. In this way we can establish a God-centered, ideal fatherland. From there we can finally transform the world into a world of peace, harmony and unity, and a world of victory.

So the kingdom of heaven should be built on earth and, at the same time, it needs to become one with God. God, who is the subject partner of the kingdom of heaven in heaven, should be brought down to earth in order to build one united heaven. This is the mission of Unification Church members. When the parents and children finally become one on such a foundation, their life in the kingdom of heaven of peace can begin.

Since we have successfully hosted the Day of Hope rallies, we should likewise host a victorious World Rally for Korean Freedom at Yeouido. Having accomplished this, we need to use the substance of these victories to influence Japan, the United States and the free world. So, the World Rally for Korean Freedom should bring together the entire spiritual world and the physical world, so that our descendants will have hope and eagerly look forward to the Blessing. In this way, the World Rally for Korean Freedom will liberate God from His sorrows, liberate human beings from their sorrows, and liberate generations to come from their sorrows. 10 When we hosted the Day of Hope rallies in nine cities in Korea beginning April 1, 1975, the Unification Church and its members became known publicly, and the Christian churches rose up against us. This was partly because there was someone who received a spiritual revelation, "If Christianity cannot overcome the Unification Church at this time, it will be the end of Christianity." Those churches fought furiously and tried everything to bring the Unification Church to ruin, but we did not perish. In fact, we defeated them completely.

From the formation stage, Busan, to the growth stage, Daegu, to the completion stage, Seoul, and from there to Incheon, Jeonju and Gwangju, they followed us through all nine cities to oppose us. They did everything they could to discourage us. They prayed for rain when we held the World Rally for Korean Freedom at the Yeouido Plaza on June 7, and they prayed that if it did not rain, there would be blistering, blinding sunlight. Through these battles, the Unification Church became well known. We needed to be known first as individuals, then as families, as a group, and as a people. (079-111, 1975/06/22)
 
11 When you consider the current situation of the Unification Church, holding this World Rally for Korean Freedom at the Yeouido Plaza is a significant risk. It is a big risk. It is a risk for us to try to fill that plaza, but we are meeting this considerable challenge in accordance with the fortune of the age. From the viewpoint of God's providence, we know the significance of the era in which we are living, and are aware that this rally aligns with this time.

Currently, Korea is under world scrutiny, and so movements in Korea influence the entire world as well as the nation. Korea is standing at a crossroads and must decide whether to seek the path that leads to victory for the democratic world, or the path of victory for the communist world. The issue here is: Who will serve as the guide? Who will be the first one to work in accord with heavenly fortune? Who will fulfill the mission of the flag bearer? For the democratic world to be victorious, there should be a prominent individual, organization or nation that can provide the vision. History always develops and moves forward to a new level through an individual, organization or nation.

In this urgent state, it is clear that Korea has to work in accordance with heavenly fortune, but Korea itself does not understand how heaven will work through it to reach the world. That is why a particular organization, which represents religion and has this vision, needs to shoulder this responsibility. This is to declare that, among religious organizations, the Unification Church must take on the mission of flag bearer. The Unification Church has stepped forward to fulfill this responsibility by hosting the World Rally for Korean Freedom at the Seoul Yeouido Plaza. (078-206, 1975/05/25)
 
12 Communist forces across the world have targeted their propaganda to overthrow the South Korean government. The Republic of Korea is the leading bastion of western civilization in Asia. As their next step, the communist forces will proclaim the liberation of Japan, after which they will proclaim the liberation of the United States. I am certain that this is their formula and strategy.

That is why the Unification churches in Korea, Japan and the United States need to unite as one internally. Then they can inspire true dominion in Korea, Japan and the United States, carrying high the banner of leadership. The time to do so is approaching. Now the Korean people need to decide, centering on the Day of Hope rallies, whether they will live victoriously or die in misery.

At this time, we have stepped forward with these national Day of Hope rallies. We have demonstrated through these rallies that no one can defeat the Unification Church on the religious level. The Day of Hope rallies gave birth to the World Rally for Korean Freedom, a national movement through which we have brought together our brethren and the citizens of Seoul and made our declaration to the world. 13 I have been working all along to move the Japanese government, and also to create an atmosphere in which to form a new realm of civilization for the government and people of the United States. Korea cannot survive by itself. Even if the 34 million Korean people unite as one to overthrow the communists in North Korea, they would not be able to overcome communist China and the Soviet Union. Communism emerged with the form of a religion, but of the Devil, not of God. The world has to unite as one nation within a cultural realm centered on the religion of God, and then subjugate communism. Otherwise, it has no hope.

Now is the moment when the members of the Unification Church need to unite as one and step forward as representatives of Korea and its people and as representatives of the religion of God in the democratic world. Unification Church members in Korea should never forget that, through this World Rally for Korean Freedom, they need to foster a new spiritual attitude and new pride in the world. To carry out this work, Unification Church members from around the world have gathered together to work with Korean members. They need to unite as one here through the rally at Yeouido Plaza, so that they can unfurl the victorious banner of Unification Thought, which is unique, unprecedented in history, and based on God's Will.

On that day of victory, God will bring the culmination of global civilization based on a providence that has passed through the Mediterranean region beginning on the Nile River, moved through Rome to Britain, formed a continental civilization in the United States, and transitioned to the Pacific Rim. 14 Yeouido Plaza is a historic venue, so the World Rally for Korean Freedom stands in the position to receive God's historic, unbiased judgment. It will determine whether or not the Unification Church is an organization that stands on God's side in world history and is truly able to save the peoples of the world. Through this World Rally for Korean Freedom, Unification Church families need to show whether they have the leadership capability to guide and represent the people, based on families, and whether the Unification Church members can demonstrate leadership when dealing with this nation's people.

This event, then, is a good opportunity to receive heaven's unbiased judgment. Not only that, this is also a time for establishing our authority by receiving the world's unbiased judgment, for cleansing all the historical sorrows and resentments of this people, and for receiving benefits and blessings in return for the hardships endured for the public good. 15 Many people will gather at the World Rally for Korean Freedom. In addition, billions of people in the spirit world also will attend. Each of you should have the resolution to represent 10,000 people, which means that the citizens of the 60 nations you represent are gathered here. Can you imagine how closely your ancestors and others in the spirit world who have been mobilized are paying attention? You should rid yourself of the sentiment that "I am French" or "I am German." You need to feel you are transcending your native people, otherwise your affection for your country can impede your work for God. You should feel proud that you are each participating in this rally as a representative of 60 nations. (078-242, 1975/06/06)
 
16 On June 7,1975, there was a major confrontation between other churches and the Unification Church at the Yeouido World Rally for Korean Freedom, centered on the International One World Crusade. This international team consisted of young people who were participating in the restoration of God's fatherland. There was confrontation with opposing churches as well as other opposing powers. It was clearly a time of restoration through indemnity.

Now that we have established the family foundation, we need to win the nation. That is why you need to become one with the government, making True Parents your focus. We as a movement need to become one with the government and move everyone. In the national domain, other churches collided with the Unification Church in the four cities of Busan, Daegu, Daejeon and Seoul. I confronted them, asking, "We are now holding revival meetings with international support, so why are you opposing us?" In response, their members had no choice but to raise their hands in surrender.

On this foundation, over 1.2 million people came together. At that time, even the Korean government was surprised. People from 60 nations came and proclaimed, "When you invade the motherland of our faith, we will defend it." Substantially, we stand in a leadership position, both spiritually and practically, in relation to the nation. (191-123, 1989/06/24)
 
17 When you received military training, you received it with the idea that you would use it to serve the Republic of Korea, but now this is no longer the case. From now on, you need to witness to people in order to form a volunteer corps. You need to mobilize police chiefs, heads of townships and county magistrates to participate in a volunteer corps, educating them in different ways. From now on, you should determine to form a volunteer corps and lead thousands of people who can mobilize on behalf of townships or counties in case of emergency. I am giving you this direction to create an international volunteer corps at this urgent time, because it is necessary to cultivate a foundation of leadership in case of emergencies.

We should bring together Christians and all religious believers in association with the Unification Church and invite them to form a volunteer corps. Invite the police chiefs and county magistrates, explaining to them, "This is not for the Unification Church. You maintain the real authority, and we will carry out the internal training. Further, we will provide even the top officials with spiritual armament." The time to do this has arrived. (079-054, 1975/06/16)
 
18 Part of the reason Jesus died on the cross is that he came into conflict with others from the second year of his three-year public ministry. From the middle of the second year of a three-year providential course, we are overcoming the reversals Jesus suffered during his second year of public life. The three years of 1975, 1976 and 1977 are a time for connecting a physical victory to our worldwide spiritual victory. We established the conditions for spiritual and physical victory, defending the national standard, through the World Rally for Korean Freedom held at the Yeouido Plaza in Seoul. Because of these victorious conditions, people might oppose us but they cannot drive us out. I am well aware that they cannot be victorious no matter how much they strike us, and that is why I am fighting against them courageously, with absolute principled authority. (082-229, 1976/01/31)
 
19 Because the time has come for the Republic of Korea to inherit world fortune, it should not oppose us. Because the time has come for us to take action as a people, I was finally able to bring youth from around the world here in 1975. Together with Korean youth, I hosted these historically unprecedented nationwide events, the Day of Hope rallies. A providential wind brought many people to these events without their conscious decision. The 1975 Day of Hope rallies set a historic record that no religious gathering can break. I connected that success to everything else as the basis for national victory. The nation and the world were unable to connect to Jesus in spirit and flesh during his lifetime, so that connection needs to be completed in 1975.

Based on this providential understanding, True Parents began full-scale work in the United States in 1972. In terms of its spiritual standard, the Unification Church of Korea stands in a higher position than the nation, and in a leadership position. The three-year strategy in the United States was for the Unification Church to become a religion that attracts everyone's attention, despite being at the center of a commotion and despite Christian opposition; moreover, it was to connect its national-level spiritual victory to Christianity on the world level. Not until I had connected my victorious foundation to the world in 1975 could I come to Korea and fight the battle to determine the standard of victory both spiritually and physically.
