Welcome H.E. Vicki Treadell CMG MVO-British High Commissioner to Malaysia

Ten years ago, we were delighted to welcome H.E. Vicki Treadell CMG MVO, then British High Commissioner to Malaysia, to officially open our new Secondary Campus Sports Complex. The impressive new complex featured a world-class range of sporting facilities, including an 8-lane synthetic athletics track certified by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). Alice Smith was the first international school in Malaysia and the third in the world to receive this standard of certification. A decade on, these spaces remain an important part of school life, providing our students with opportunities to develop their skills, build teamwork and discover a lifelong love of sport.

10년 전, 우리는 H.E.를 맞이하게 되어 매우 기뻤습니다. 당시 말레이시아 주재 영국 고등판무관이었던 비키 트레델 CMG MVO가 새 중등 캠퍼스 스포츠 단지의 공식 개장을 진행했습니다. 이 인상적인 신축 단지는 국제육상경기연맹(IAAF) 인증을 받은 8레인 합성 육상 트랙을 포함해 세계적 수준의 스포츠 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 앨리스 스미스는 말레이시아 최초이자 전 세계에서 세 번째로 이 인증 기준을 획득한 국제학교입니다. 10년이 지난 지금도 이 공간들은 학교 생활의 중요한 부분으로 남아, 학생들이 기술을 발전시키고 협동심을 키우며 평생 스포츠를 사랑하게 될 기회를 제공합니다.
