Kevin St. Laurent & Jo Hoffberg (USA)
Jo and Kevin live and breathe Lindy Hop with their passion for celebrating life through dance. They travel globally teaching and performing dances from the Jazz Era of the 1920's to 1940's. Since their partnership began in 2007 they have taught in 28 Countries across 5 continents! Together they hold titles at the International Lindy Hop Championships, European Swing Dance Championships, American Lindy Hop Championship, and many others. With clear and humorous instruction, these two creative and versatile dancers will entertain, inspire and help you become the best dancer you can be.
Adamas (Kang Seok Kim) & Dingul (KOREA)
Swing dancer and swing event organizer, Adamas started swing dancing since 2003 and went full time after participating in the 2007 ULHC.
While in the US, he met and learned from the legendary Frankie Manning and the best instructors, to spread advanced swing dancing within the Korean scene.
Adams is a prolific performer and the main organizer of Korea's largest swing dance camp in Korea - Camp Swing It. These efforts have resulted in Adamas being selected as a Frankie Manning Ambassador.
Adamas is also a popular instructor in Korea and throughout Asia, having done workshops in Beijing, Taipei and other cities. His fun, clear style have won the hearts and feet of students around Asia, bringing Korean-style Lindy Hop to more and more people.
Zhenya (Evgeny Demchenko) & Johanna Zeller (Russia, France)
Zhenya - Since Zhenya started dancing in Moscow he's actively practiced a variety of American vernacular jazz dances including Lindy Hop, Tap, Charleston, Balboa, Authentic Jazz and Blues among others.
He has years of experience teaching group and private classes and workshops in Russia, China, Korea and Vietnam. Zhenya is currently based in Beijing teaching and performing swing and tap with lindyhoppers in China.
He has won more than 14 Lindy Hop and Charleston competitions in Russia including two first places at the Russian Lindy Hop Championships (2005 and 2007).
Zhenya is known for his methodical approach to dancing, he likes to focus on the technique and natural movement to make the dance look easy and powerful at the same time.
Johanna - Johanna started dancing and performing early in life, practicing mainly Modern Jazz, Ballet and Contemporary Ballet. Later on she moved to China and discovered swing dance which quickly became a new form of expression in her exploration of art through dance.
She has since strengthened her Lindy Hop skills through international dance camps with solid training from the best swing teachers. She has since moved on to Charleston, Authentic Jazz, Blues, Burlesque and most recently Tap dance, adding to her versatility as a dancer and performer.
Johanna is an active member of the Beijing Swing Dance community and has been been involved in mentoring and encouraging other dancers to develop, as well as training and performing with the Swing Beijing Performance Group. She remains a passionate love of all dances and dedicated to exploring the art of swing dance with people from all around the world.
