도룡 국사의 지혜를 나누는 글

제목 : 우리의 삶은 오늘 지금, 현재가 가장 중요하다는 것을 깨달아야 할 것입니다.

인간에게 어제는 인생에서 하나의 꿈에 지나지 않을 것이며, 밝아오는 내일은 하나의 환상일 뿐이라는 것을 하루라도 빨리 깨달아야 성공할 수 있을 것입니다.(To a human being, yesterday will be just a dream in life, and a bright tomorrow will only be an illusion, so we will be able to succeed only by realizing as soon as possible.)

그러나 인간에게 최선을 다해 노력한 오늘은 어제를 행복의 꿈으로 만들게 될 것이며, 모든 내일은 희망의 버전으로 삶을 바꾸어 놓을 것입니다.(However, today, when we do our best for humans, we will make yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow will change our lives into a version of hope.)

그리고 과거의 노예에 사로잡혀 사는 사람은 세상에서 가장 어리석은 사람일 것이며, 그 이유는 비전보다 꿈을 먹고 살아가고 있기 때문이라는 것입니다.(and the person who lives in the slavery of the past is probably the most foolish person in the world, because he lives on his dreams rather than his vision.)

이와 반대로 삶에서 미래만 생각하는 사람은 전혀 지혜롭지 못함을 의미하는 것이며, 오로지 도전과 개혁보다는 환상에 붙잡혀 현재를 개척하지 못하기 때문에 더 이상의 발전을 기대할 수 없기 때문입니다.(On the contrary, it means that people who only think about the future in life are not wise at all, and they cannot expect further development because they are caught in fantasy rather than challenge and reform.)

그래서 인간은 미래에 자신의 희망을 계획한 대로 완벽하게 실현하기 위해서는 언제나 오늘 자신이 가지고 있는 영향력을 다해서 최선을 다하는 것이 올바른 행동이라는 것입니다.(So, in order to fully realize our hopes for the future as we planned, it is always the right thing to do with the power we have today to do our best.)

지금 이 시대가 요구하는 바로 그런 사람에게 다가오는 미래의 비전과 요구하는 희망을 꿈꿀 수 있는 것입니다.( You can dream of the vision of the future and the hope that it demands from the very person that this era demands.)

현존하는 인간인 우리가 인식해야 할 중요한 현실은 현재라는 것을 절대로 잊지 말아야 할 것입니다.(it should never be forgotten that the important reality that we, existing humans, should recognize is the present.)
