? 큰 덮개를 태커버(takeover)라고 하는데 이번엔 큰 덮개를 떠맡았다.

? 어떤 것에 딱 들어붙어 하나하나를(over) 모두, 전반적으로 점검하니(take) →인수하다, 떠맡다의 뜻.

(그 합작회사가 경영난을 겪고 있는 그 회사를 인수했다.)
