<p>1. Disney is dropping its argument that a wrongful death lawsuit should be dismissed because of the fine print on a Disney+ subscription.</p><p>2. Josh DeMauro of Disney’s theme park division says that Disney will allow the lawsuit brought by Jeffrey Piccolo, whose wife died of an allergic reaction after eating at a restaurant in Disney Springs outside Orlando in October.</p><p>3. Disney had tried to argue Piccolo could not sue Disney because he had agreed to settle any lawsuits out of court when he signed up for a one-month trial subscription of Disney+ in 2019.</p><p>4. Piccolo’s lawyer had argued it was absurd to believe that anyone who signed up for the streaming service had forever waived all rights to sue. <br>I’m Margie Szaroleta with the latest.</p>
