Passes can be collected from Guest Services on hill. Any passes not collected by the end of the season will be mailed out to purchaser address. Please login and check that your mailing address is correct (including unit number if applicable). If you do not receive your Season Pass by the beginning of November, please email Guest Services atinfo@mtseymour.ca.

Terms and Conditions:

Reservations required on weekends/holidays. Holidays. Dec 19, 2026-Jan 3, 2027; Feb 13-15, 2027. All Season Pass sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE unless the Pass Protection/90 Day Guarantee was purchased and your claim is eligible as per the Terms & Conditions of the Pass Protection/90 Day Guarantee policy. Family Season Passes restricted to one purchase per household, and all pass holders must reside at the same address. Mt Seymour is not responsible for usage by passholder. Photos will be taken and kept on file for all Season Pass Holders. I will present my Season Pass for inspection upon request. If I lose or break my Season Pass, I will notify Mt Seymour immediately, and if the pass is not found, I will be required to pay a $15 replacement fee. I understand that Mt. Seymour reserves the right to deny pass re-prints. I forget my Season Pass, on the first occasion I can receive a complimentary Area Pass, but on all subsequent occasions I will be required to pay a $5 fee. Season Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility Code or any of our other Terms & Conditions. Use of this season pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the season pass, including the creation of counterfeit passes will result in cancellation of that pass as well as fines of up to $500 to the pass holder and any other individuals involved. Pass holders may also incur further consequences up to and including legal action. The personal information that you provide when purchasing your season pass is collected for processing your season's pass application, delivering information and materials related to your season's pass purchase, for other promotional purposes, and for contact purposes in case of emergency. This information is collected for Mt Seymour's internal use and will not be disclosed except as may be permitted or required by law.
