L3-4: Diffuse bulging disc, bilateral facet arthropathy, ligamentum flavum thickening.
L4-5: Diffuse bulging disc, bilateral facet arthropathy, ligamentum flavum thickening, disc space
        narrowing with bilateral lateral recess narrowing(Lt>Rt).
        Degenerative disc.
