What a truly unforgettable weekend!

From the very first day at Summit Academy Schools, the warm welcome from all the teachers and students made me feel as if we had known each other for years — not like it was our first meeting at all.

As I walked through the halls, I could hear little voices from far down the corridor calling out, “GM Kim!” or “Kim!” with bright smiles. Some even peeked through classroom doors with shining eyes and laughter. The teachers, too, greeted me with such kindness that I was honestly moved.

I think I might have become a bit of a celebrity here 😄 — even appearing in the local newspaper with the students! It truly feels like my popularity has skyrocketed, haha.

But behind all of this beautiful connection stands Lisa, whose passion, dedication, and tireless effort made everything possible. Her heart and leadership brought everyone together — from Minnesota, Georgia, New York, Maryland, and Alabama — to share this meaningful time.

Our connection with Summit Academy Schools is now more than a visit — it’s a promise.
We will continue this journey every year, growing and learning together.
