종북 세력이 전시작전통제권(이하 "전작권") 단독 행사에 목을 매는 것은 종전 선언 평화협정이며 최종 목적은 북한고려연방제입니다.

종북 세력은 북한의 치밀한 연출에 의하여 움직이는 바지며 배우들일 가능성이 매우 높습니다.

이들은 목적을 이루기 위하여 전작권 미국 배제 단독 행사, 종전 선언, 평화협정, 지방 권력 장악, 개헌 등을 추진하고 있으며, 상황에 따라 민노총 전교조 등 홍위병을 동원한 대규모 미군 철수 시위를 지속적으로 할 것입니다.

이러한 위중한 체제 전복 상황 속에 전작권 전환 문제는 이재명 정권이 자유대한민국의 발전과 국민의 생명과 재산을 지켜 주지 않는 북한을 추종하는 종북 정권일 가능성이 높으며, 문재인 윤석열 이재명으로 이어져 온 국군 무력화 및 해체와 국가 안보의 심각성, 종북 세력의 발호와 북한의 핵무기 보유 및 계속적인 도발과 협박을 놓고 볼 때 자유대한민국의 생존 문제라 하겠습니다.

미국이 전작권을 이재명 종북 정권에게 넘긴다는 것은 바로 자유대한민국의 멸망이며,북한의 대한민국 장악이라 보아도 지나침이 없을 것입니다.

한미연합사령관의 전시작전통제권을 이재명 종북 정권이 단독 행사하도록 이양하는 것을 반대합니다.

[Statement by the National Emergency Countermeasures Committee and the Taegeukgi  National Movement Headquarters]

The reason pro-North Korean forces are obsessed with the independent exercise of Wartime Operational Control (hereafter “OPCON”) is to achieve an end-of-war declaration and a peace treaty, with their ultimate goal being North Korea’s "Koryo Federation" system.

There is a very high possibility that these pro-North Korean forces are merely puppets and actors operating under the meticulous direction of North Korea.

To achieve their objectives, they are pushing for the independent exercise of OPCON by excluding the United States, an end-of-war declaration, a peace treaty, the seizure of local governance, and constitutional revision. Depending on the situation, they will continuously stage large-scale demonstrations demanding the withdrawal of U.S. troops by mobilizing “Red Guard”-like groups such as the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) and the Korean Teachers and Education Workers Union (KTU).

Amid this grave situation of systemic subversion, the issue of transferring OPCON indicates a high probability that the Lee Jae-myung administration is a pro-North Korean regime that follows North Korea, failing to protect the development of the free Republic of Korea as well as the lives and property of its citizens. Considering the continuous weakening and dismantling of the Republic of Korea Armed Forces that has persisted through the Moon Jae-in, Yoon Suk Yeol, and Lee Jae-myung administrations; the severity of national security concerns; the rampant activities of pro-North Korean forces; and North Korea’s possession of nuclear weapons along with its continuous provocations and threats, this is a matter of survival for the free Republic of Korea.

If the United States hands over OPCON to the pro-North Korean Lee Jae-myung regime, it will directly lead to the demise of the free Republic of Korea, and it would not be an exaggeration to view it as North Korea taking full control of the Republic of Korea.

We strongly oppose transferring the ROK-U.S. Combined Forces Commander's Wartime Operational Control to the pro-North Korean Lee Jae-myung regime for its sole, independent exercise.
