<p>Searchers have  discovered a small plane that crashed  in lake Huron  17 years ago </p><p>state police said they also found  remains of  passenger  <span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16"> who have been missing </span><span>since then</span></p><p>the remains were is identified as H. Brooke Stauffer Junior who was 56 and  lived in  Washington DC</p><p>state police said private company great lake search and  recovery resumed serach effort  last OCtober at a request of family members earlier this month search team discovered the plane's wreckage </p><p> </p><p>the palne departed from Makinac cshol Island for <span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16"> a small town in <span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16">Michigan's lower peninsula  </span>  in </span> August 2007</p><p>Im Mike Hempen </p>
