The reality TV star-turned-law student, 42 - who recently spoke at the TIME100 Summit - wowed in a silky white gown that clung to her hourglass frame.

She was drenched in diamonds and carried a gorgeous pearlescent clutch as she posed for a sea of adoring photographers.
