참부모경 - 374. 남북통일운동국민연합 창설 배경

1987년 5월 15일 서울 리틀엔젤스예술회관에서 남북통일운동국민연합이 창설되었다. 이에 앞서 5월 4일부터 전국 10대 도시에서 남북통일운동국민대회가 개최되었다. 참부모님께서는 국제승공연합 활동의 기반을 남북통일운동국민연합으로 전환시키기 위해 범국민운동 차원의 남북통일운동국민연합을 세우신 것이다.
 
1 아버님은 광복 직후에 기독교와 기독교문화권을 중심삼은 나라, 가인권과 아벨권의 세계적인 국가가 하나되지 못한 것을 대신해 하나되었다는 조건을 세우고, 한국이 남과 북으로 갈라져 아버님을 추방하였지만 한국에 돌아와 다시 국민을 수습하여 탕감복귀하는 것입니다. 그래서 남북통일운동국민연합을 만들었습니다. 이스라엘 민족이 가나안 복귀노정에 있어서 요단강을 건너 가나안 땅에 들어가는 것과 마찬가지입니다. 결국은 북한으로 들어가야 됩니다. 가나안 땅에는 가나안 7족이 살았습니다. 공산권을 중심삼고 그와 같은 원수들이 우리를 노리고 있다는 것입니다. 우리가 들어가서 이들을 소화해야 됩니다.
 
2 아버님이 가는 길은 새로운 조국을 찾기 위해서 가는 길입니다. 정초석을 놓아야 할 최후의 숨 막히는 귀착점을 향하여 전진하고 있습니다. 이 나라의 1987년 4․13호헌조치로부터 6․29민주화선언까지의 그 복잡다단한 환경 속에서 남북통일운동국민연합이라는 타이틀 아래 여기에 철주를 꽂고 ‘네가 물러가느냐, 내가 물러가느냐?’하는 싸움판이 벌어졌습니다. 아버님은 오로지 혼자서 달려왔습니다. 일개 남자로서 개인을 대표하고, 일족의 족장을 대표하고, 일국의 민족을 대표하고, 세계의 만민을 대표한 자리에서, 이뿐만 아니라 역사시대에 왔다 갔던 모든 성인현철들을 대표해서 하나님의 사랑의 한을 풀어 주는 데 있어서 ‘내 본을 받지 않으면 안 된다.’는 권위를 가지고 쫓기면서도 이 길을 죽지 않고 달려왔습니다. 이 사실은 내가 잘나서 된 것이 아닙니다. 하나님도 아버님을 들어 자랑하고 싶어하는 것입니다. 원수들이 자연굴복하여 자기 아들딸보다도, 자기 일개국의 국민보다도 앞서서 찬양할 수 있는 함성이 지상으로부터 솟구쳐 오르기를 바라는 하나님이기에 아버님이 시련 무대를 극복하는 데 도와주지 않고 냅다 몰아붙인 것입니다. 거기에 역사에 없는 상을 주기 위한 하나님의 사랑이 있었다는 것입니다. 그것을 알았기 때문에 내가 죽지 않고 이 자리에까지 나온 것입니다.
 
3 북한 사람들은 김일성이 명령만 하면 남한을 침공할 무장 완비가 되어 있습니다. 그러나 무장 완비한 그 힘, 즉 욕심으로 미는 힘과 통일교회가 사랑으로 미는 힘이 있을 때 우주력은 어디를 협조할 것 같습니까? 천운은 우리를 협조한다는 것입니다. 그러니까 내 가정을 제물적 입장에서 희생시켜서라도 북한에 있는 수천수만의 가정을 구하겠다는 참된 사랑의 마음을 가져야 됩니다. 그런 마음이 싹트게 될 때에 북한은 무너지게 됩니다. 자연히 밑뿌리부터 썩게 됩니다. 생명의 요소는 다 올라오기 때문에 거기에는 죽음, 사망세계가 시작되는 것입니다. 결국 통일교회가 준비 안 되었기 때문에 북한이 남아 있는 것입니다. 그래서 이것을 준비하기 위해 아버님이 남북통일운동국민연합을 만든 것입니다.
 
4 한국을 통일한다는 것은 세계 전체를 통일하는 것만큼이나 힘든 일입니다. 그러나 이것이 역사적인 초점으로 되어 있기 때문에 모두가 하나되어야 합니다. 하나되기 위해서는 둘이라는 과정을 거쳐야 됩니다. 그래야 둘을 다 소화할 수 있는 능력을 지니게 됩니다. 그 터전 위에 하나의 존재로 남아지게 됩니다. 그러니 여러분은 죄악이 가득한 이 세계를 통일해야 됩니다. 죄악 된 세계를 통일하기 위해서는 먼저 죄악 된 세계에서 누룩이 되어야 합니다. 누룩이 되려면 어떻게 해야 되느냐? 그것은 힘으로 하는 것이 아닙니다. 사랑으로 하는 것입니다. 눈물과 피땀을 통해서 해야 됩니다. 그러니 우리는 책임을 다해야 됩니다. 그 책임을 다하게 되면 통일의 이념이 이 땅 위에 세워지게 됩니다. 따라서 우리가 해야 될 일은 우리 이념을 기반으로 하여 삼천리반도에서 공산당을 몰아내는 것입니다. 아시아에서 몰아내야 합니다. 이 땅에서 몰아내야 합니다.

5 한반도의 남북한만 통일되면 민주세계와 공산세계가 하나되는 것입니다. 이것은 유대문화와 그리스문화가 하나되는 것과 같습니다. 이것이 하나되면 동서가 통일되는 것입니다. 종교세계와 문화세계, 신본주의와 인본주의, 모든 것이 통일되는 것입니다. 북한에서는 김일성을 아버지라 하고 남한에서는 나를 아버지라고 해서 두 아버지가 싸우고 있습니다. 하나는 사탄 편 메시아이고 다른 하나는 하늘 편 메시아입니다. 두 메시아가 싸우는 것입니다. 그래서 아버님이 올라가고 김일성은 내려가는 것입니다. 이렇게 됨으로써 세계 문제는 전부 끝나는 것입니다.
 
6 오늘날 우리는 북한과 대치해 있습니다. 그러므로 언제든지 북한이 남한에 간첩을 침투시키려고 하는데 어디에 침투시키느냐? 통․반에 침투시키는 것입니다. 그것을 점으로 해서 선을 타고 중앙에까지 올라가는 것입니다. 중앙의 맨 꼭대기는 지도체제가 하나입니다. 그곳을 향해 가는 것입니다. 그래서 어느 정도까지 수가 확보될 때에는 지하조직을 상부에서부터 편성해서 통일적 체제를 이루는 것입니다. 그렇게 편제 일원화를 도모하는 것이 공산주의의 전략입니다. 그렇기 때문에 우리가 주목해야 될 것은 적이 어디로 침투해 들어 오느냐 하는 것입니다. 통․반을 통해서 침투해 온다는 것입니다. 그러니 이 통․반을 어떻게 조직화하느냐가 문제입니다. 내가 남북통일운동국민연합을 만들어 놓고 통일교회 조직, 국제승공연합 조직, 남북통일운동국민연합 조직, 이 세 조직으로 새롭게 편성을 했습니다. 통일교회가 머리이고 국민연합은 발입니다. 그런데 복귀시대에는 머리에서부터 하는 것이 아니라 발에서부터 하는 것입니다. 대한민국 국민이 같은 축을 중심삼고 돌아야 됩니다. 그런 의미에서 국민연합을 중심삼고 하나되라고 하는 것입니다. 국민연합을 중심삼되 통․반에 가서 하나되라는 것입니다.

真の父母経 - 374. 「南北統一運動国民連合」創設の背景

一九八七年五月十五日、ソウルのリトル、エンジェルス芸術会館において、「南北統一 運動国民連合」が創設された。これに先立ち、五月四日から韓国の十大都市で、南北統一運動国民大会が開催された。真の父母様は、「国際勝共連合」の活動基 盤を南北統一運動に転換させるため、汎国民運動である「南北統一運動国民連合」を立てられたのである。

1     お父様は、光復直後にキリスト教とキリスト教文化圏を中心とした国、カイン圏とアベル圏の世界的な国家が一つになれなかったことに代わって、一つになった という条件を立てるとともに、韓国が南北に分かれてお父様を追放したので、韓国に戻ってきて再び国民を収拾して蕩減復帰するのです。それで、「南北統一運 動国民連合」をつくりました。

カナン復帰路程で、イスラエル民族がヨルダン川を渡ってカナンの地に入るのと同じです。結局は、北朝鮮に入っていかなければなりません。カナンの地 にはカナン七族が暮らしていました。共産圏を中心として、そのような怨讐たちが私たちを狙っているというのです。私たちが入っていって、彼らを消化しなけ ればなりません。

2     お父様が行く道は、新しい祖国を求めていく道です。定礎石を据えるべき最後の息詰まる帰着点に向かって前進しています。この国で行われた一九八七年の 「四・一三護憲措置」から「六・二九民主化宣言」までの多事多端な環境の中で、「南北統一運動国民連合」というタイトルのもと、ここに鉄柱を差し、「あな たが退くか、私が退くか」という闘いを繰り広げたのです。

お父様はたった一人で走ってきました。一介の男として、個人を代表し、一族の族長を代表し、一国の民族を代表し、世界の万民を代表する立場で、それ だけでなく、歴史時代に来ては逝ったすべての聖人、賢哲たちを代表して神様の愛の恨を解いてさしあげることにおいて、「私を手本にしなければならない」と いう権威をもち、追われてもこの道を死なずに走ってきました。

この事実は、私が優れていたからできたのではありません。神様もお父様を持ち上げて、誇りたいというのです。怨讐たちが自然屈伏し、自分の息子、娘 よりも、自国の国民よりも先にたたえる歓声が、地上から湧き上がることを願う神様なので、お父様が試練の舞台を克服するとき、助けるのではなく激しく追い 立てたのです。そこに、歴史にない賞を与えるための神様の愛があったというのです。それを知ったので、私は死ぬことなくこの場まで来たのです。

3     北朝鮮の人々は、金日成主席が命令さえすれば韓国を侵攻できる武装を完備しています。しかし、武装完備したその力、すなわち欲心によって押す力と、統一教 会が愛によって押す力があるとき、宇宙の力はどちらを協助すると思いますか。天運は、私たちを協助するというのです。

ですから、「私の家庭を祭物の立場で犠牲にしてでも、北朝鮮にいる数千、数万の家庭を救おう」という真の愛の心をもたなければなりません。そのよう な心が芽生えるときに、北朝鮮は崩れるようになります。自然に根の下のほうから腐るようになります。生命の要素はすべて(根から)上がってくるので、そこ では死、死亡の世界が始まるのです。結局、統一教会が準備できていないために、北朝鮮が残っているのです。ですから、これを準備するために、お父様は「南 北統一運動国民連合」をつくりました。

4     韓国を統一するというのは、世界全体を統一するのと同じくらい大変なことです。しかし、これが摂理的な焦点になっているので、すべてが一つにならなければ なりません。一つになるためには、二つになるという過程を経なければなりません。そのようになってこそ、二つをすべて消化できる能力をもてるのです。その 基盤の上に、一つの存在として残るようになります。

ですから、皆さんは罪悪に満ちたこの世界を統一しなければなりません。罪悪の世界を統一するためには、まず罪悪の世界で麴にならなければなりませ ん。麴になろうとすれば、どのようにしなければならないのでしょうか。それは、力でするのではありません。愛でするのです。涙と血と汗を通してしなければ なりません。

ですから、私たちは責任を果たさなければなりません。その責任を果たせば、統一の理念がこの地上に立てられるのです。したがって、私たちがやらなけ ればならないことは、私たちの理念を基盤として、三千里半島から共産党を追い出すことです。アジアから追い出さなければなりません。この地から追い出さな ければならないのです。

5     韓半島の韓国と北朝鮮さえ統一されれば、民主世界と共産世界が一つになるのです。これは、ユダヤ文化とギリシャ文化が一つになるのと同じです。これが一つ になれば、東西が統一されるのです。宗教世界と文化世界、神本主義と人本主義、すべてのものが統一されます。

北朝鮮では金日成主席を「父」と言い、韓国では私を「父」と言って、二人の父が闘っています。一人はサタン側のメシヤであり、もう一人は天の側のメ シヤです。二人のメシヤが闘うのです。そうして、お父様は上がっていき、金日成主席は下がっていきます。このようになることによって、世界の問題はすべて 終わるのです。

6     今日、私たちは北朝鮮と峙しています。ですから、常に北朝鮮が韓国にスパイを浸透させようとするのですが、どこに浸透させるのでしょうか。統と班に浸透さ せるのです。それを点として線で結び、それに乗って中央にまで上がっていくのです。中央の頂上は指導体制が一つです。そこに向かっていくのです。それで、 ある程度まで数が確保されるときには、地下組織を上部から編成し、統一的体制を形成します。そのようにして編制一元化を企てることが共産主義の戦略です。

ですから、私たちが注目すべきことは、敵がどこから浸透してくるかということです。統と班を通して浸透してくるというのです。それゆえ、この統と班 をどのように組織化するかが問題です。私は「南北統一運動国民連合」をっくって、統一教会の組織、「国際勝共連合」の組織、「南北統一運動国民連合」の組 織、新たにこの三つの組織に編成しました。

統一教会が頭であり、国民連合は足です。しかし、復帰時代には、頭からするのではなく足からするのです。大韓民国の国民が同じ軸を中心として回らな ければなりません。そのような意味で、国民連合を中心として一つになりなさいというのです。国民連合を中心とするのですが、統と班に行って、一つになりな さいということです。

From May 4, 1987, Citizens' Rallies for the Unification of North and South Korea were held in ten cities throughout South Korea. On May 15, 1987, the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea was established at the Little Angels' Performing Arts Center. True Parents founded the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea so that the educational work of the International Federation for Victory Over Communism could bear fruit as a national movement to unify North and South Korea. 
 
1 Directly after Korea gained its independence from Japan in 1945, I established a condition representing the unity of Christianity and the nations of the Christian cultural realm, as the world-level Abel and Cain realm, but they could not unite with me. As a result, Korea was divided into north and south and I had to leave my homeland. I have recently returned to Korea and am gathering together and restoring the people through paying indemnity. Accordingly, I created the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea. This compares to the course to restore Canaan. We are in the position of the Israelites crossing the Jordan River and entering into Canaan. Ultimately we have to enter North Korea. There were seven tribes residing in the land of Canaan. There are enemies in the Communist bloc who are glaring at us today. We have to go in there and assimilate them. (164-273, 1987/05/17)
 
2 I am walking the path to recover a new fatherland. Filled with pain and suffering, I am moving toward the final destination. Once there, I will lay the cornerstone. While this nation was suffering in great turmoil between the April 13, 1987 enactment of the Measure to Protect the Current Constitution and the Declaration of Democratization ten weeks later, on June 29,1 waged the ultimate battle. Establishing the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea, I emerged as the last one standing. As one man, I represented the individual, the head of the tribe, the people, the nation, and everyone in the world, including all the saints and sages that have gone to the spirit world. I liberated the heart of God that was filled with resentment due to the misuse of love.

I know I have to be a model for all to follow. I came this far, avoiding death, although people have chased me away all my life. I have my position not because I am a talented person, but because God wants to raise me high and take pride in me. Since God wants His enemies to voluntarily surrender, and wants to hear them shout His praises from the earth—even more than their praises for their sons and daughters or for their own nation—He did not help me but pushed me harshly to overcome the most difficult challenges. This is the love of God, who wants to award a prize that never before has been given in history. I have made it to this day without dying because I knew this. (174-045, 1988/02/23)
 
3 North Koreans are fully armed and ready to invade South Korea. All they need is Kim Il-sung's order. Right now, two forces are in conflict—the power of arms, which results from greed, and the power of love, which the Unification Church utilizes. Which side do you think universal energy will support? Do you think the energy of the universe will help us or Kim Il-sung? To which side will heavenly fortune flow? You must have a heart of true love that is willing to save the millions of families in North Korea, even if you have to sacrifice your own family. When you can have such a heart of true love, North Korea will collapse and its root will naturally rot. As life elements ascend, the world of death falls behind. In the end, North Korea persists only because the Unification Church is not yet prepared. 1 have established the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea for the sake of this preparation. 4 The task of unifying Korea is as difficult as that of uniting the whole world. This is the focal point of human history, so we must be united for this mission. For unity to come about, we have to work with the two sides and gain the ability to integrate them. On that foundation, Korea will remain as one entity.

Given all of that, we have to unite this world that is filled with sin. To unite this sinful world, first we must enter it and become its leaven. How do we become leaven? It is not done through power, but through love. It has to be done through tears, sweat and blood. We have to fulfill our responsibility. Once we do that, the Unification teachings will be established in this land. Through our philosophy, we have to drive the Communist Party from the Korean Peninsula, from Asia, and from the earth itself. (021-237, 1968/11/24)
 
5 The democratic world and the communist world will unite once North and South Korea are unified. This is the same as the unification of the Jewish and Greek cultures. When they unite, east and west will unite as well. The worlds of religion and culture, Godism and humanism, and everything else, will unify.

Kim Il-sung is called the father in North Korea, whereas I am the father in South Korea, so the fathers are in conflict. One is the messiah on Satan's side, and the other is the Messiah on heaven's side. It is a fight between two messiahs, and I am ascending while Kim Il-sung is descending. This eventually will solve all the problems in the world. (243-263, 1993/01/17)
 
6 We are in a confrontation with the North today. Therefore, North Korea always infiltrates South Korea by sending spies. Where are they infiltrating? They are infiltrating on the local level. That is the starting point; then they will organize into groups in each neighborhood. The neighborhoods will be organized around one center at the top. They are moving in that direction. Once they have secured a certain number of people, they will form an underground organization, starting with a head, and then create a unified system. Communism's strategy is to develop a centralized, unified system.

Our greatest concern is over where these enemies will infiltrate. They will infiltrate the neighborhoods, the grassroots-level community. For this reason, we have to organize on the grassroots level. I am doing this through a three-part system: the Unification Church, the International Federation for Victory Over Communism, and the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea. The Unification Church is the head and the Citizens' Federation is the foot. In the age of restoration, however, restoration begins at the bottom, not at the top. The people of the Republic of Korea have to revolve around one axis. In that sense, I tell the other two to unite with the Citizens' Federation.
