SAIT - New application, payment and refund process at Trinity Western University ESLI
Effective April 1, 2011 a new application, payment and refund policy will apply to all students who apply to ESLI at Trinity Western University.
In an effort to improve on our ability to issue offer letters in a timely manner Trinity Western University is moving toward a new application and payment system. The new system will allow TWU ESLI to email scan Confirmation of Admissibility letter in less than two weeks. Once an applicant has paid a minimum of one semester tuition (C$6,785), an official acceptance letter will be couriered to you. The new process will be as follows:
- Submit application, application fee and transcripts as you always have
- Receive email scanned Confirmation of Admissibility letter & Invoice
- Make tuition deposit payment (C$6,785) by wire or credit card
- Receive official Acceptance Letter by courier
- Apply for student visa
Once payment has been received, the following refund policy will apply:
- 100% refund upon receipt of official visa rejection letter
- 50% for non-arrival or withdrawal prior to term start date.
- 25% refund during first 2 weeks of term.
- No refund after week two of the term
