  봉사활동은 동물의 세계 중에서 유일하게 인간세계에서만 볼 수 있는 숭고한 활동이다.

  봉사활동이란 남을 위하여 자신을 돌보지 않고   힘을 바쳐 애쓰는 모든 활동을 말한다.

  봉사활동은 크게 세 종류로 분류된다.

 (첫째) 시간 봉사활동---일손돕기

 (둘째) 금전 봉사활동---금품 또는 물품돕기

 (셋째) 생명 봉사활동---헌혈 이나 장기 기증
