창균아, 안녕~ 또 누나야~

오랜만이죠? Since 9월, now that I think about it...창균아, 누나 보고 싶어? 😅

We’ve…both been working really hard, haven’t we? This is the first weekend for me in a while that I have a moment to sit down and write this out…누나 has been living a rather eventful and busy life ㅋㅋㅋ But 창균아, even though I don’t write often, 창균이는 누나가 잊지 않은 거 알죠? Actually now that I think about it, 창균이 아버지 would understand what kind of life I’m living right now. Oh, since we’re on this topic, I did read some things about the research he does. Wow…창균이 아버지는 정말 멋지다! His work is so interesting, and even though I’m not in the exact same field, I like learning about other scientific research going on.

It’s comeback season, and I’m really liking the “No Limit” album. All of the songs are very good, and I’m glad to see that you, 형원이, and 주헌이 participated a lot. I knew I’d like “Autobahn” and “Just Love” before the mood sampler came out, because you and your crew always make such good music – I was happy to know I was right again! Also…if it makes you feel any better, I did not mishear anything in “Just Love.” I heard things exactly as you meant it 😌 All of the songs on the album set such a good mood when I’m driving…especially at night under the lights. Can you picture it? A chilly night with light snow, driving under the lights. I guess now you know I have that kind of side to me 😅 You’ll get to see the same sight when you visit my hometown for the world tour 😊 I’ll get to that in a little bit! I want to talk about 심야아이들 first!

I’ve really been enjoying starting my day with you and 기현오빠 – it’s morning where I am when 심야아이들 airs. I like seeing a different side to you both, and learning more about you in each episode. You’re doing a great job, and you make the guests feel comfortable – and you are a good 선배 to the younger ones. It’s really sweet, and I can tell you are kind people 😊 The most memorable episode for me so far was for 주헌이 생일. My friend (the one who posts my letters for me) and I always laugh so much at the 노래방 segment 🤣 창균아, I’m also an “I” and have a lot of “E” friends, so I can 100% understand the situation you were in 🤣 I actually do the same thing in situations like that – just sit there quietly and watch, but still have fun that way. And I do get really tired at the end too. I need some alone time after to recharge, you know? ㅋㅋㅋ

Ok, now back to the tour. So…my friend and I have tickets, and you’re coming to our hometown on one of the stops! We’re really looking forward to it, and it’ll be really nice to see you all on stage in person 😊 As for where our hometown is…wouldn’t it be more fun to make it a surprise? Ok fine, I’ll give you one hint: VROOM VROOM SKRRRR. Have fun figuring it out and let me know what your guess is 😁 If you guess correctly, hmm…if you guess correctly, what do you want for a prize? 😆 But that’s not all. You all surprised us with the Jingle Ball announcement…so we have tickets for that too 😅 As for which show we’ll be at…umm…your hint…과일…maybe more specifically, 복숭아. Ok, no more hints! Point is, not only are we seeing you once, but twice, and that’s quite the blessing for us 😊

Oh…wait…one more thing…we have tickets for The Dreaming. You all keep us so busy on top of everything else we have in our own lives 🤣 And my friend and I have other things planned too…I hear you like watching Monbebe vlogs. Will I remain a faceless and voiceless 누나 to you? I guess you’ll have to wait and find out later 😉

It’ll be Thanksgiving soon where I am, so in the spirit of that, I want to say that I am thankful for you, thankful for Monsta X. You bring a lot of joy in our lives, so I hope that you also experience that same joy in your own lives – you’re human too, after all…just like me 😊 I’m also thankful that each of you were born and that each of you exist, and I’m glad my friend helped me become a Monbebe.

창균아, I hope you have a good morning/good day/good night, and remember that even though you can’t see my face or hear my voice, and I don’t write all that often, I’m always cheering you on and praying for your success and happiness. I’m always in your corner, wanting for you to become the 임창균 that you want to be, and that you’re satisfied with. I say these words with a sincere heart, hoping that it gives you strength, comfort, encouragement, or whatever else it is you need at a particular time. I know I say this every time I write to you, but it’s because I really mean it 💜
