'You have made known to me the paths of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence.'
[Acts 2:28, NAB]
---------------
The event of Jesus' resurrection is beyond the scope of anything people can think or imagine. It surpasses reason, knowledge, logic, wisdom and common sense. Go beyond prejudice and fear. It renders even death powerless. So finite life qualitatively changes into eternal life. Jesus of Nazareth knew this, so he was able to risk his life. Before his death, he was already free from everything. What is the source of this freedom? It is God's will. It's true. It's true. These very elements came together and led to his short life, care and living, suffering and suffering, and death on the cross. His resurrection should not inflate woman/man's vain dreams of prolonging this life or continuing her/his ego eternally.
