참부모경 - 388. 미국 예비역 장성과 국회의원 교육

미국 지도자들을 위한 카우사 교육이 예비역 장성과 목사, 국회의원 등을 중심으로 실시되었다. 공산주의 위험성을 알리고 미국인의 각성을 촉구하는 이 교육은 카우사 1천만 회원모집 운동과 함께 전개되었다. 그 당시 미국의 지식인․언론인들에게 유행하던 좌경화한 진부사조는 소련을 배후로 한 국제공산주의의 세계적화운동과 맞물려 자유세계 전체를 위협하고 있었다. 참부모님은 이 문제를 심각하게 보시고 혼신을 다해 승공사상운동을 지도하신 것이다. 그런 노력의 결과로 공산세력 확산이 저지되고 쇠퇴하게 되었다.
 
10 공산주의를 이기려면 먼저 사상전에서 이겨야 됩니다. 사상전에서 이기려면 대국이라는 미국에서 그것을 다 밟고 올라가야 됩니다. 그래서 7천 명의 미국 주 상원의원 가운데 1986년 6월 전까지 3천 명의 교육을 끝낼 것입니다. 미 상․하의원들이 카우사 교육을 받습니다. 통일교회 사상을 배우는 것입니다. 하나님주의를 배우는 것입니다. 그리고 미국의 퇴역 장성, 육․해․공군의 사성장군들이 카우사 교육을 받고 있습니다. 1986년 3월이면 50개 주에서 수많은 장성들이 재향군인회 고문이 되어서 재향군인들을 교육할 수 있는 체재가 됩니다. 세계 공산당을 하루속히 제거하기 위한 첨단에서 치열한 투쟁의 기수가 되어 있다는 것입니다. 여러분이 사상전의 첨단에 서서 패자가 되지 않고 승자의 기수를 지금까지 유지했다는 것은 놀라운 사실입니다.
 
11 내가 미국에서 재향군인연합 운동을 하고 있습니다. 그래서 미국 퇴역 장군들을 모아서 교육하는 것입니다. 재향군인회장단의 사람들을 고문단으로 하여 지방별로 50개 주에서 육․해․공군의 퇴역장군들을 모아서 자기 고향을 중심으로 향토방위를 위한 활동을 강화하라고 했습니다. 나이가 많다고 그냥 흘러갈 것이 아닙니다. ‘내가 나이가 많더라도 나라를 위하는 데에 이런 여생을 보내겠다고 하면 그것을 누가 반대하겠느냐? 애국해야 되겠다.’고 했습니다. 내가 댄버리 감옥에 있으면서 1985년 국제향토방위연합을 창설했습니다. 그때부터 시작해서 미국 내의 퇴역장성들 교육이 다 끝나는 단계에 있습니다. 공산주의를 방어하기 위해서는 승공사상이 아니면 안 된다는 것이 이미 결정적인 단계에 들어왔습니다. 그렇게 되니까 행정부가 영향을 받게 되고, 그다음에는 정치하는 사람들이 영향을 받게 되는 것입니다.
 
12 남미를 구하기 위해서 미국의 장성들로 구성된 군사고문단을 남미에 배치하는 것입니다. 공산당을 막아야 되기 때문에 이 군사고문단을 중심삼고 군사정보와 게릴라전에 대해 훈련을 시켜야 됩니다. 오늘날 자유주의 세계의 저명인사들은 아버님의 영향권 안에 있습니다. 그래서 이 계획을 국제적으로 실현하기 위해 국제향토방위연합을 창설한 것입니다. 그것이 언제냐? 1985년 6월 7일 댄버리 감옥에 있을 때입니다. 하나님의 뜻, 선민역사관을 종결지어야 할 천명이 있음을 아버님이 알기 때문에 이 일을 하는 것입니다.
 
13 미국에서 공군 육군 해군의 상이군인, 장성급 이상은 이미 우리 카우사 교육을 받고 있습니다. 대장으로부터 누구누구 할 것 없이 유명한 사람은 모두 카우사 교육을 받고 있습니다. 거기에다 미국 재향군인 전체조직의 장까지 연결시키는 운동을 촉진하고 있는 실정입니다. 그리고 중남미통일연합(AULA), 아울라라는 기구를 창설했습니다. 지금까지 미국의 권위 있는 장성들은 중남미를 지도해 왔지만 중남미를 위하는 장성들은 없었습니다. 이제부터는 중남미를 위할 수 있는 미국의 사성장군 출신들을 31개국에 파송할 것입니다. 아버님이 월급을 줘서라도 파송할 것입니다. 공산주의 게릴라를 박멸하기 위해서 31개국을 연합하여 게릴라 훈련과 더불어 정보 책임자들을 교육해서 초중남미적 군대 편성을 해야 됩니다. 그러지 않고는 중남미가 살 수 없다고 보는 것입니다. 이미 아울라 조직이 편성돼 나왔기 때문에 그것만 되는 날에는 경제문제는 이 연합기구를 통해서 자동적으로 해결됩니다. 공산주의를 남북미 기준에서 방어하지 않고는 세계를 적화 위기에서 구할 수 없다고 보기 때문입니다. 그러면서 유럽연합기구와 아시아연합기구를 편성하지 않으면 안 됩니다. 이렇게 공산당이 있을 때가 세계적 기구를 편성할 수 있는 절호의 기회라고 보는 것입니다. 이처럼 아버님은 남들이 꿈도 꾸지 않는 일을 지금까지 해왔습니다.

アメリカの指導者のためのカウサ教育は、予備役将軍と牧師、国会議員などを中心に実 施された。共産主義の危険性を知らせ、アメリカ人の覚醒を促すこの教育は、カウサ一千万会員募集運動とともに展開された。その当時、アメリカの有識者と言 論人に流行していた左寄りの進歩思潮は、背後にソ連がいる国際共産主義の世界赤化運動とかみ合い、自由世界全体を脅かしていた。真の父母様は、この問題を 深刻に考えられ、全力を尽くして「勝共思想」運動を指導されたのである。そのような努力の結果として、共産勢力の拡大が阻止され、衰退するようになった。

10    共産主義に勝とうとすれば、まず思想戦で勝たなければなりません。思想戦で勝とうとすれば、大国と言われるアメリカで、それをすべて踏み越えて上がらなければなりません。

ですから、七千人のアメリカの州上院議員のうち、一九八六年の六月前までに、三千人の教育を終えるつもりです。アメリカの上下両院議員たちがカウサ教育を受けます。統一教会の思想を学ぶのです。「神主義」を学ぶのです。

また、アメリカの退役将軍、陸・海・空軍の四つ星将軍たちが、カウサ教育を受けています。一九八六年三月になれば、五十州で大勢の将軍たちが在郷軍人会の顧問になって、在郷軍人たちを教育できる体制ができます。

世界の共産党を一日も早く取り除くための最前線で、熾烈な闘争の旗手になっているというのです。皆さんが思想戦の先頭に立ち、敗者にならず、今まで勝者の旗手の立場を維持してきたというのは驚くべき事実です。

11    私は、アメリカで在郷軍人連合の運動をしています。それで、米軍の退役将軍たちを集めて教育するのです。在郷軍人会長団の人々を顧問団にして、地方別に五 十州から陸・海・空軍の退役将軍たちを集め、「自分の故郷を中心に郷土防衛のための活動を強化しなさい」と言いました。年を取っているからといって、ただ そのまま流れていくのではありません。「『私は年を取っていても、国のためにこのように生きて余生を送る』と言えば、それに誰が反対するだろうか。国を愛 さなければならない」と言ったのです。

私はダンベリーの監獄にいながら、一九八五年、「国際郷土防衛連合」を創設しました。

その時から始めて、アメリカの退役将軍たちの教育がすべて終わる段階にあります。共産主義を防ぐためには、「勝共思想」でなければならないことが、 既に決定的な段階に入ってきました。そのようになるので、行政府が影響を受けるようになり、その次には、政治家たちが影響を受けるようになるのです。

12    南米を救うために、アメリカの将軍たちによって構成された軍事顧問団を南米に配置するのです。共産党を防がなければならないので、この軍事顧問団を中心と して、軍事情報とゲリラ戦に対して訓練させなければなりません。今日、自由主義世界の著名人たちは、お父様の影響圏内にあります。

それで、この計画を国際的に実現するため、「国際郷土防衛連合」を創設したのです。それがいつでしょうか。一九八五年六月七日、ダンベリーの監獄に いる時です。神様のみ旨、選民歴史観を終結させなければならない天命があることをお父様は知っているので、このことをするのです。

13    アメリカで、空軍、陸軍、海軍の傷痍軍人、将軍クラス以上の人は、既に私たちのカウサ教育を受けています。大将から、誰彼を問わず、有名な人はみな、カウ サ教育を受けているのです。そこに、アメリカの在郷軍人全体の組織の長まで連結させる運動を促進している状況です。そして、「中南米統合機構 (AULA)」という機構を創設しました。

今まで、アメリカの権威ある将軍たちが中南米を指導してきましたが、中南米のことを考える将軍たちはいませんでした。これからは、中南米のために生きることができるアメリカの四つ星将軍出身者を、三十一ヵ国に派遣するつもりです。お父様が月給をあげてでも派遣するのです。

共産主義ゲリラを撲滅するために三十一ヵ国を連合し、ゲリラ訓練とともに情報責任者たちを教育して、超中南米的軍隊を編成しなければなりません。そのようにしなければ、中南米が生きることはできないと考えるのです。

既にアウラ組織が編成されてきたので、それさえできれば、経済問題はこの連合機構を通して自動的に解決されます。共産主義を南北米基準で防がなければ、世界を赤化の危機から救うことはできないと考えるからです。

そのようにしながら、ヨーロッパ連合機構とアジア連合機構を編成しなければなりません。共産党が存在する時が、世界的機構を編成できる絶好の機会だと考えるのです。

このようにお父様は、他の人々が夢にも思わないことを今までしてきました。

Chambumo Gyeong - 388. Seeking support in the US

The CAUSA seminars for American leaders, such as retired generals and admirals, ministers and members of Congress, focused on revealing the dangers of communism and called upon Americans to rise up and oppose it. This led to a signature campaign that registered ten million CAUSA supporters. At the time, leftist views and ideas were gaining popularity among intellectuals and media personalities in the United States. This trend coincided with global communist expansion backed by the Soviet Union. The entire free world was in danger. True Parents viewed these developments seriously, and completely invested themselves in leading the Victory Over Communism movement, which diminished the power of communism and halted communist expansion. 
 
10 To defeat communism, we must first win the ideological battle. To win this struggle, we need to go through critical steps in this great nation of the United States. This is why, by June 1986, I will educate 3,000 out of the 7,000 state legislators in the United States. In addition, members of the US House of Representatives and Senate are receiving CAUSA education. They are learning Unification teachings and becoming acquainted with Godism. Furthermore, retired US Army, Navy and Air Force generals and admirals are receiving CAUSA training.

To expand this education, in March 1986, generals and admirals from the 50 states will form a veterans association and become advisers to it. They are becoming the flag bearers on the front line of the fierce battle to defeat global communism as quickly as possible. The fact that they are standing on the front line of the ideological battle and raising high the flag of victory instead of falling in defeat is truly remarkable. (138-031, 1986/01/13)
 
11 lam carrying out activities through an association of veterans in the United States. I gathered them, including many retired generals and admirals, and trained them. I am forming an advisory board to lead this veterans' association. In each of the 50 states, I gathered retired officers from the army, navy and air force and asked them to strengthen national defense activities in their hometowns. Although they are old, they are not rejecting this challenge. They say, "Even if I am old, if I decide to spend the rest of my life in this way for the sake of the nation, who can stop me? I must serve my country." I told them, "We should love our country."

When I was in Danbury Prison in 1985,1 launched an international coalition dedicated to homeland defense. At that time, I had completed the education of these high-ranking military officers. In order to defeat communism, we need to teach Victory Over Communism. Next we will come to the stage when we will impact both the executive and legislative branches. (142-199, 1986/03/09)
 
12 In order to save Latin America, I asked retired US generals and admirals to meet their counterparts there. Their background in military intelligence and guerrilla warfare is essential for stopping the communists. Renowned people in todays free world are within my sphere of influence. This is why, in order to carry out this plan on the worldwide level, I founded an international coalition dedicated to homeland defense on June 7, 1985. This was while I was in Danbury Prison. I did so because, from a historical perspective, I understood I had received heaven's appointment to realize God's Will for the destiny of the chosen people. (139-138, 1986/01/28)


13 Retired US Army, Navy and Air Force generals and admirals attend CAUSA seminars. Our seminars are instructing and inspiring many well-known people, beginning with these highest-ranking officers. Right now, we are carrying out the movement to connect with the highest-level veterans' leaders in the US. Furthermore, I founded AULA. Until now, military juntas allied with the United States guided Latin America, but none of them are really acting for the sake of their countries.

I will send retired US generals and admirals to 31 Latin American nations to work for the sake of that continent. 1 will send them even if it means I must pay them a salary. They will build teamwork among the 31 nations and advise on how to defuse communist guerrilla warfare. They will instruct the leaders of their intelligence agencies so that they can develop military forces appropriate to the challenges facing Latin America. Unless we do this, there is no way for the region to survive.

The organizational structure for AULA has been drafted. As a consequence of uniting Latin America, the day will come when economic issues will be resolved naturally. So we are going to put this organization into action. Unless we stop communism in North America and Latin America, there is no way to protect the world from becoming communist; it would be inevitable. Furthermore, we must form a structure for Europe and Asia. The time when the Communist Party exists is the best opportunity to form a viable global system.
