참부모경 - 390. 모스크바대회

참부모님께서는 워싱턴 모뉴먼트대회 직후 선언하신 모스크바대회를 1990년 4월 9일부터 13일까지 개최하셨다. 모스크바 국제무역센터에서 열린 이 대회는 전․현직 국가수반 40여 명을 비롯해 60개국의 언론인 정치인 학자 등 600여 명이 참석했으며 제11차 세계언론인회의와 제3차 세계평화정상회의, 제9차 중남미통일연합 회의 등이 함께 진행되었다.
 
6 소련 국민 앞에 제일 필요한 것은 하나님입니다. 무신론으로 인해 패망자가 되었으니 이제 하나님을 알아야 된다는 것입니다. 하나님이 그렇게 만들었고 아버님을 세워 통고하라고 하시는 그 심정을 알았기 때문에 어제는 원수였지만 자기 사랑하는 아버지 어머니와 형제를 대하는 이상의 마음을 가지고 그들을 대했습니다. 73년간 갈라섰던 불효자식이 탕자의 신세가 되었다가 부모를 찾아오는 것과 마찬가지입니다. 그 탕자를 대하는 부모가 가락지와 옷을 준비해서 끼워 주고 입혀 준 것과 마찬가지로 아버님이 그 일을 한 것입니다.
 
7 아버님이 모스크바대회를 선포했기 때문에 모스크바에 가기 위한 준비를 하고 있습니다. 그래서 과학통일회의와 세계언론인회의, 약소민족협회를 만들고 그다음에는 전 수상협회를 구성해서 소련을 방문하려고 합니다. 방문할 때에는 전직 국가수반 및 총리 50여 명을 데리고 아버님이 단장으로 갈 텐데, 손을 내밀면 공산당 서기장이 악수를 안 할 수 없습니다. 그때 우리 유럽 기동대원 수 천 명을 데리고 들어가서 모스크바대회를 할 수 있습니다. 그 일을 위해서 준비하고 있습니다.
 
8 고르바초프가 개혁․개방 정책을 표방한 이후로 소련 모스크바를 들었다 놓는 대회를 하는 것은 1990년 4월에 치르는 세계언론인회의와 세계평화정상회의가 처음입니다. 소련 외무부와 KGB, 노보스티통신사 등을 중심삼고 들었다 놓는 것입니다. 고르바초프의 중요한 측근자 한 사람이 아버님에게 얘기한 것이 있습니다. 아버님이 40년 동안 핍박받으며 수고했지만, 자기가 소련에 돌아가 원리강론을 쉽게 번역해서 당을 통해서 3천만 권만 젊은 사람들에게 나누어 주면 통일교회가 40년 동안 전도한 이상의 젊은 사람들이 순식간에 생긴다는 것이었습니다.
 
9 아버님이 소련에 가서 소련을 칭찬하고 글라스노스트(개방)와 페레스트로이카(개혁)에 대해 찬양한 것이 아닙니다. ‘하나님을 모르면 소련은 멸망한다.’고 한 것입니다. 하나님이 바라보고 있고 모든 영인들이 지금 어떻게 되는가 하고 바라보는 숨가쁜 판국인데, 거기에 가서 소련을 칭찬하면 꼴이 뭐가 되겠습니까? ‘내 말을 들어라! 하늘을 섬겨라!’라고 해야 됩니다. 그래야 영계에서 ‘오케이!’라고 하는 것입니다.
 
10 모스크바대회가 노보스티통신사의 예상보다 10배 이상 성공했다고 말합니다. 상상을 뒤엎었다는 것입니다. 소련 역사상에 없는 기록을 깬 것입니다. 또 이번 이 일로 말미암아 소련의 KGB라든가 정치국, 노보스티통신을 비롯한 언론계 등 각계 기관장들이 놀랍다고 한 것입니다. 일을 어떻게 저렇게 할 수 있느냐는 것입니다. 공산당이 제일인 줄 알았는데, 각성을 한 것입니다. 그런 의미에서 아버님을 참 존경하더라는 것입니다. 노보스티통신사가 귀빈으로 정식 초청해서 선물을 증정하고, 그렇게 고마워할 수 없었습니다. 그렇게 소련을 한번 들었다 놓고 왔습니다. 그러니까 탕감조건은 세우고도 남은 것입니다.
 
11 공산당을 내 손으로 녹여냈습니다. 그것은 세계가 다 공인하는 것입니다. 민주세계도 이제 아버님의 손으로 구해 줘야 됩니다. 또 소련의 고르바초프를 구해 줘야 됩니다. 그 모험을 무릅쓰고 탕자와 같은 자리에 선 사람을 부모의 마음을 가지고 구해 주는 것입니다. 김일성도 그렇습니다. 1987년에 고르바초프와 김일성이 아버님을 죽이겠다고 암살 계획을 세웠습니다. 그런 원수 중의 원수입니다. 그 사건의 조사도 아직 끝나지 않았는데 백주에 모스크바에 가고 북한에 간 것입니다. 미국의 CIA와 FBI가 놀라서 제발 가지 말라고 한 것입니다. 그러나 종교지도자로서의 책임이 있습니다. 아버님이 가서 그 사람들을 구해 줄 수 있는 키를 돌려놓아야 됩니다.

12 1990년 4월 9일부터 13일까지 있었던 모스크바대회 승리 후에 우리가 전국적으로 참부모 환영대회를 개최했습니다. 모스크바대회를 승리했으면 승리했지 그 승리한 것이 한국 백성과 무슨 관계가 있습니까? 모스크바대회를 승리한 것은 아버님 개인을 위한 것이 아니고 통일교회를 위한 것이 아닙니다. 그것은 한국에 승리를 가져온 것이고, 아시아에 승리를 가져온 것이고, 세계에 승리를 가져온 것입니다. 아무리 큰 세계적 승리도 세계에서 시작되어 내려오는 것이 아니라 개인에서부터 시작해서 세계로 올라가는 것입니다. 지금까지 이뤄진 역사가 아무리 크다 하더라도 그 시작은 개인에서부터 하는 것입니다. 모스크바대회의 시발을 일으킨 아버님은 도대체 무엇을 하는 사람이냐? 섭리를 경륜하시는 하나님의 뜻은 자유세계, 민주세계를 하나 만드는 것입니다. 하나님의 뜻은 남북한을 하나되게 하는 것입니다. 하나님의 뜻은 갈라져 싸우는 종교를 하나 만드는 것입니다.

真の父母経 - 390. モスクワ大会

真の父母様は、一九九〇年四月九日から十三日まで、ワシントン大会の直後に宣言され たモスクワ大会を開催された。モスクワ国際貿易センターで開催されたこの大会では、元職・現職国家首班四十数人をはじめ、六十ヵ国から来た言論人、政治 家、学者など、六百人以上が参加する中、第十一回「世界言論人会議」と第三回「世界平和サミット」、第九回「中南米統合機構」会議などが行われた。

6     ソ連の国民に一番必要なものは神様です。無神論によって敗北者となったので、今からは神様のことを知らなければならないというのです。神様がそのように導 き、お父様を立てて「通告せよ」と言われるその心情を知ったので、きのうは怨讐でしたが、自分の愛する父、母、兄弟に接する以上の心をもって、彼らに接し たのです。

七十三年間別れていた親不孝者が、放蕩息子の身の上になって父母を訪ねてくるのと同じです。その放蕩息子と向き合った父母が、指輪と服を準備してはめてあげ、着せてあげたのと同じように、お父様がそのようなことをしたのです。

7     お父様はモスクワ大会を宣布したので、モスクワに行くための準備をしています。それで「科学の統一に関する国際会議」、「世界言論人会議」、「弱小民族協 会」を設立し、その次に元首相協会を構成して、ソ連を訪問しようと思います。

訪問するときは、五十人以上の元国家首班および総理を連れて、お父様が団長として行くのですが、手を差し出せば、共産党の書記長が握手せざるを得な いのです。その時、私たちのヨーロッパ伝道機動隊員数千人を連れていって、モスクワ大会ができるのです。そのために準備をしています。

8     ゴルバチョフが改革・開放政策を標榜したのちに、ソ連のモスクワを大きく揺さぶる大会を行うのは、一九九〇年四月に行う「世界言論人会議」と「世界平和の ための頂上会議」が初めてです。ソ連の外務省、KGB、ノーボスチ通信社などを中心として摇さぶるのです。

ゴルバチョフの重要な側近の一人が、お父様に話したことがあります。お父様は四十年間迫害を受けながら苦労したのですが、(その人が言うには、)自 分がソ連に帰って『原理講論』を分かりやすく翻訳し、党を通して三千万冊だけ若い人々に分け与えれば、統一教会が四十年間で伝道した以上の若者たちが一瞬 のうちに伝道されると思うということでした。

9     お父様はソ連に行って、ソ連を称賛したり、グラスノスチ(情報公開)とペレストロイカ(改革)に対して称賛したりしたのではありません。「神様を知らなければ、ソ連は滅亡する」と言ったのです。

神様が見つめていて、すべての霊人たちが今、「どのようになるか」と見つめている息詰まる局面なのに、そこに行ってソ連を称賛すればどうなるでしょ うか。「私の話を聞きなさい！天に仕えなさい！」と言わなければなりません。そのようにしてこそ、霊界で「OK！」と言うのです。

10    モスクワ大会について、ノーボスチ通信社が「予想より十倍以上、成功した」と言っています。想像を覆したというのです。ソ連の歴史上にない、記録破りの大 会でした。また、今回のことで、ソ連のKGBや政治局、ノーボスチ通信をはじめとする言論界などの各界の機関長たちが驚いたというのです。どのようにし て、あのようなことをやってのけるのかというのです。共産党が一番だと思っていたのですが、覚醒したのです。

そのような意味で、お父様を本当に尊敬していたというのです。ノーボスチ通信社の貴賓として正式に招請され、プレゼントを贈呈されました。非常に感謝していたというのです。そのように、ソ連を一度揺さぶってきました。ですから、蕩減条件は余るほど立てたのです。

11    共産党を私の手で溶かしました。それは、世界がすべて公認するのです。民主世界も、今やお父様の手で救ってあげなければなりません。また、ソ連のゴルバ チョフを救ってあげなければなりません。その冒険を顧みず、放蕩息子のような立場に立った人を、父母の心で救ってあげるのです。

金日成主席もそうです。一九八七年に、ゴルバチョフと金日成主席がお父様を亡き者にしようと暗殺計画を立てました。そのような、怨讐の中の怨讐で す。その事件の調査もまだ終わっていないのに、白昼にモスクワに行き、北朝鮮に行ったのです。アメリカのCIAとFBIが驚いて、「どうか行かないでほし い」と言ったのです。しかし、宗教指導者としての責任があります。お父様が行って、その人々を救ってあげられるように舵を切っておかなければなりません。

12    一九九〇年四月九日から十三日まで行われたモスクワ大会を勝利したあと、私たちは全国的に真の父母歓迎大会を開催しました。モスクワ大会を勝利したなら勝利したで、その勝利が韓国の国民と何の関係があるのでしょうか。

モスクワ大会を勝利したのは、お父様個人のためではなく、統一教会のためでもありません。それは、韓国に勝利をもたらし、アジアに勝利をもたらし、 世界に勝利をもたらしたのです。いくら大きな世界的勝利も、世界から始まって降りてくるのではなく、個人から始まって世界に上がっていくのです。今まで形 成された歴史がいくら大きくても、その始まりは個人からです。

モスクワ大会を始めたお父様は、いったい何者なのでしょうか。摂理を経綸される神様のみ旨は、自由世界、民主世界を一つにすることです。神様のみ旨は、韓半島を一つにすることです。神様のみ旨は、分かれて争う宗教を一つにすることなのです。

Russia hosts media representatives From April 9 to 13, 1990, True Parents hosted an assembly in Moscow, as they had proclaimed they would, on the heels of the Washington Monument Rally. Forty-one current and former heads of state and more than 600 guests, including media officials, politicians and scholars from 60 nations, gathered at the International Trade Center in Moscow to attend the combined 11th World Media Conference, 3rd Conference of the Summit Council for World Peace and 9lh Conference of the Association for the Unity of Latin America (AULA). 
 
6 What the citizens of the Soviet Union need most is God. Since atheism has destroyed their value as individual persons, now they must understand God. This is the unfolding of God's plan. Since I know that the heart of God yearns for these citizens to be informed, I have treated them with a heart greater than my heart for my father, mother, brothers and sisters.

This situation is akin to that of a prodigal son who ran away and then returned home after 73 years. I fulfilled the role of the parent who welcomed the prodigal son, clothed him, placed a ring on his finger and fed him. (202-049, 1990/05/01)
 
7 I proclaimed that we would hold a rally in Moscow, and therefore I have been preparing to visit there. This is why, before visiting the Soviet Union, I launched the International Conference on the Unity of the Sciences, the World Media Association, Minority Alliance International and the Summit Council for World Peace. When visiting Moscow, I will lead a delegation of 50 former heads of state and prime ministers. It means that if I extend my hand, the General Secretary of the Communist Party will not be able to refuse my handshake. Entering the country accompanied by several thousand of our European frontline church members, we will be able to hold a rally in Moscow. I am preparing for this event. (114-149, 1981/10/18)
 
8 Following Gorbachevs announcement of glasnost and perestroika, the conferences held in April 1990 by the World Media Association and the Summit Council for World Peace were the first events that outsiders held in Moscow. Representatives from the Soviet Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the KGB, Novosti Press Agency and others attended the event.

A senior aide to Gorbachev told me that he was aware that I had worked tremendously hard over the past 40 years despite great persecution. He said that he could return to the Soviet Union, translate the Divine Principle into simple language and distribute 30 million copies to young people through the Communist Party. If he did that, he said he could gather more young people than the Unification Church had witnessed to in the past 40 years. (201-180, 1990/04/01)
 
9 I did not go to the Soviet Union to praise it or to glorify the policies of glasnost and perestroika. I declared, "The Soviet Union will perish unless it knows about God." God and the entire spirit world were closely observing what was going on. What would become of me if I praised the Soviet Union? I had to say, "Listen to me! Serve Heaven!" That was the only way the spirit world could say, "Okay!" (201-231, 1990/04/22)
 
10 According to the Novosti Press Agency, the conference in Moscow was ten times more successful than they initially predicted. We set a record unprecedented in Soviet history. Furthermore, members of the Soviet KGB, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Novosti Press Agency, as well as the heads of various agencies expressed their amazement over this event. They wondered, how did they accomplish this? They thought the Communist Party was the best, but this was a wake-up call for them. From this perspective, they recognized that I am a person who deserves great respect. Officials of the Novosti Press Agency invited me as a VIP, gave me gifts and expressed how grateful they were. Thus, I held the Soviet Union in my hands. We could see the fruit born of the indemnity conditions we had established. (201-245, 1990/04/28)
 
11 I met the members of the Communist Party and melted their hearts. The whole world recognizes this. The democratic world also needs to be saved by my hands. Gorbachev of the Soviet Union must be saved as well. In order to succeed in this daring venture, we have to save these people, who are in the position of prodigal children, with the heart of a parent. It is the same with Kim Il-sung. In 1987, Gorbachev and Kim II-sung planned to assassinate me. They were my enemy among enemies. Even while that attempt on my life was still under investigation, I visited Moscow and North Korea in broad daylight. In the United States, the FBI and CIA were shocked and beseeched me not to go. However, as a religious leader, I have a responsibility. I had to go and turn the key that would lead to the salvation of their people. (248-311, 1993/10/03)
 
12 Following the victorious conference held in Moscow from April 9 to 13, 1990, we hosted rallies to welcome True Parents all over the nation of Korea. The Moscow meeting may have been a victory, but what is its relevance to the Korean people? The victory of the Moscow assembly is neither my victory as an individual nor a victory for the Unification Church. This assembly brought victory to Korea, victory to Asia, and victory to the world. However great a global victory it may be, it did not begin at the global level and then trickle down. It began at the individual level and rose up to the global level. Although the history that has unfolded since then may be considered tremendously great, this history began on the individual level.

What kind of person am I, the person who initiated the Moscow events? God leads the providence, and His Will is to unite the free world, the democratic world, into one. God's Will is for North and South Korea to become one. God's Will is for religions, which are filled with schisms, to become one.
