참부모경 - 393. 아벨유엔과 유엔 갱신의 방향

참부모님께서는 세계평화가 자국의 이익만을 대변하는 기존 유엔으로는 불가능하다고 보시고 초종교지도자들이 중심이 된 상원을 두는 것으로 유엔을 개편해야 된다고 밝히셨다. 기존의 가인권 유엔을 보완하는 차원에서 아벨유엔 창설을 제창하셨다. 그리고 2007년 9월 23일 미국 뉴욕의 맨해튼센터에서 전직 국가수반 등 회원국 대표 1천200여 명이 참석한 가운데 아벨유엔 창설대회를 개최하셨다. 참부모님께서는 가인유엔에 대비되는 아벨유엔으로 여성유엔, 청년유엔, 학생유엔, 종교유엔 등을 제시하셨다. 특히 참부모의 심정을 가지고 참부모유엔을 만들어서 인류를 품을 때 지구촌 한 가족 이상이 구현될 것으로 보셨다. 그리고 2012년 7월 16일 경기도 가평군 설악면 청심평화월드센터에서 아벨여성유엔을 창설하셨다.
 
15 이제 내가 아벨유엔을 만들 것입니다. 세계평화도서국가연합, 세계평화반도국가연합, 세계평화대륙국가연합까지 만들었습니다. 여기에 가입한 나라 지도자들이 ‘유엔을 믿지 말고 우리가 아벨유엔을 만듭시다!’라고 하면 세계가 어디를 따라갈 것 같습니까? 그 목적은 청소년과 가정을 교육하는 것입니다. 세계를 살려야 됩니다. 그렇게 교육함으로써 평화가 벌어집니다. 정치를 하는 것이 아니라 교육을 하는 것입니다.
 
16 아벨유엔을 선포해야 됩니다. 핍박이 있든 무엇이 있든 아벨유엔의 깃발을 들고 나서는 것입니다. 천하의 방방곡곡 주인이 없던 그곳에 주인이 일시에 나타나서 주인을 싫다는 사람들을 데리고 고개를 넘어가는 것입니다. 그래서 천국에 갈 수 있게 하는 훈련장에 집어넣는 것입니다. 이제는 명령을 안 들을 수 없습니다. 그렇게 넓고 큰 문을 열어 놓고 환영하며 대하는 거기에 들어와 수련을 받아야 된다는 것입니다.
 
17 세계를 수습할 수 있는 사람은 아버님밖에 없습니다. 아버님이 몇 년 동안에 그렇게 된 것이 아닙니다. 하나님이 수천년 전부터 계획해서 메시아를 보내신 것처럼 계획해서 메시아를 보내신 것처럼 재림시대를 바라보면서 그 준비를 한 것입니다. 그러니까 세계가 아버님을 부정할 수 없습니다. 영계까지 조종하는 것입니다. 그렇게 완벽한 준비를 갖춘 다음에 유엔을 수습하는 것입니다. 아버님은 유엔이나 유럽의 선진국들을 통해서 아시아 전체를 동원하여 그 준비를 하고 있습니다. 그것이 끝나면 아벨유엔이 나오게 됩니다. 아벨유엔은 제2차 세계대전 때 세계가 하나됐던 것과 같은 새로운 세계를 중심삼고 우주를 넘어서 하나님을 모시는 단체가 되는 것입니다. 그래서 충분한 준비를 갖추어 주면 한 방향으로 수습되어서 세계가 천주와 더불어 하나되지 않을 수 없습니다.
 
18 이제부터는 아벨유엔이 필요합니다. 미국이 그냥 있을 수 없습니다. 일본과 한국, 중국, 러시아도 그냥 있을 수 없습니다. 그래서 아벨유엔의 결정적인 기반을 닦지 않으면 안 된다는 것입니다. 그것을 닦으려면 제일 효과적인 곳이 미국 워싱턴이 아니라 유럽 스위스의 제네바입니다. 스위스는 조그마한 나라입니다. 정부체제도 연합적인 책임자들이 1년씩 책임져서 엇바꾸어 가면서 잘하고 있습니다. ‘이야, 이런 곳도 잇구나! 통일교회 교인들이 배워야 되겠다. 그래서 훈련장소로 적당한 곳이 이곳이다.’라고 생각한 것입니다. 그동안 교차결혼해서 연합적 체제를 만들 수 있는 곳, 그러한 주인이 될 수 있는 곳을 찾았는데 제네바가 그런 곳입니다. 원수 관계에 있는 사람들도 이마를 맞대고 서로 인사하면서 살아가더라는 것입니다. 그래서 교차결혼만 하면 진짜 한집안이 되겠다는 것을 느꼈습니다.
 
19 아벨유엔은 가인유엔을 투쟁해서 때려잡는 것이 아니고 있는 정성을 다해서 안 따라갈 수 없게 해야 됩니다. 지금 나라 나라가 전부 가인과 아벨의 두 패로 되어 있는데, 가인은 아벨, 하늘의 권속 앞에 따라오면서 절대신앙․절대사랑․절대복종해서 만물을 지었던 그 기준 위에 올라가야 됩니다. 통일교회보다도 충성을 더 해야 될 것이 가인세계입니다. 가인유엔이 안 할 수 없습니다. 지금까지 얼마나 잘못했는가 하는 것을 알고 아벨을 위해 피를 흘리면서 아벨 개인시대, 아벨 가정시대, 아벨 종족시대, 아벨 민족시대, 아벨 국가시대, 아벨 세계시대까지 위해야 됩니다. 유물론자, 공산주의자들이 나와서 ‘하나님이 죽었다. 하나님은 없다.’라고 하면서 유심세계를 쫓아내려고 별의별 짓을 다 했습니다. 그렇지만 쫓아내지 못했습니다. 그것을 방어하는 부모님이 있기 때문에 못한 것입니다. 그것을 참부모가 와서 수습했기 때문에 참부모의 핏줄을 그대로 이어받아 미래의 국가와 세계가 더 번창할 수 있는 기원을 만들어야 됩니다. 여러분 가정들이 만들어야 됩니다.
 
20 우리는 각 나라에서 유엔에 파송한 요원들과 일심일체가 되어 유엔에 협조함과 동시에 그들에게서 아벨유엔에 가입한다는 결의문과 결의서를 받아 놓아야 됩니다. 부모님은 아벨유엔과 모든 평화기구를 중심하고 한반도에 평화지역을 만들기 위한 준비를 하고 있습니다. 북한의 어려운 정세를 무마시키기 위해서는 빠른 시일 내에 아벨유엔을 한국에 만들어야 합니다. 그러면 남북한의 경계선 전체가 전 세계 국가들이 보호할 수 있는 지역이 되는 것입니다.
 
21 아벨유엔을 만들어야 됩니다. 이것을 판문점 평화지대 내에 설정하는 것입니다. 부모님은 제3 이스라엘인 한반도에 세울 것을 준비해 왔습니다. 그 최후의 결말을 짓기 위한 것이 2003년 8월 15일 세계평화정상회의에서 발표한 서울평화선언, 즉 제3 이스라엘선언입니다. 제1 이스라엘, 제2 이스라엘, 제3 이스라엘이 정착하는 시대이기 때문에 미국까지도 거기에 협조하고 주변 국가도 협조하지 않으면 안 된다는 것입니다.
 
22 아벨유엔과 가인유엔을 하나로 만들어야 됩니다. 그래서 평화유엔을 중심삼고 통일적인 대가족을 확장한 하나의 국가 형태의 세계로 돌아가야 지상․천상천국이 이루어집니다. 아담시대의 타락의 흔적이 없는 사랑의 정착시대를 세계 정상의 자리에서 회복해서 맞추는 자리이니만큼 천지의 해방권 시대가 되는 것입니다.
 
23 아벨유엔 설정은 가인유엔을 포섭하기 위한 것입니다. 지금 유엔 자체가 우리를 반대하고 있지만 모르기 때문에 그렇습니다. 우리는 유엔의 갈 길을 보호해야 됩니다. 아벨유엔이 형님의 자리에 서서 부모님이 가진 모든 권한을 넘겨줄 수 있는, 상속해서 형님 것까지도 넘겨줄 수 있는 마음만 가지면 순식간에 세계적인 것이 됩니다. 그래서 그 고개를 넘을 수 있는 일을 해서 평화유엔을 설정해야 됩니다. 평화유엔이라는 것은 하나된 것을 말합니다. 유엔이라는 말은 국가 개념이 있지만, 아벨유엔이라는 말은 국가 개념, 국가연합이라는 개념이 없어진다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 평화통일세계로 넘어가는 것입니다. 지상에 나라가 하나밖에 없어야 됩니다. 지금 세상에는 왕권 제도도 있지만 대통령제도 있습니다. 사탄세계의 왕권이 무너져 형제시대로 들어와서 이제 가정을 중심삼은 왕권시대로부터 국가․세계․천주 왕권시대로 넘어간다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 평화왕권 세계를 바라보는 통일교회의 모든 제도는 이제부터 아벨유엔권에 들어가는 것입니다.
 
24 평화유엔은 가인유엔과 아벨유엔이 하나됐다는 것입니다. 가인유엔은 이미 무력한 유엔이 됐습니다. 하나님의 뜻 가운데 세계에 평화의 기준을 세울 수 있는 조건이 없습니다. 그러한 때가 왔기 때문에 비로소 가인유엔과 아벨유엔이 하나된 평화유엔이 나온 것입니다. 가인과 아벨이 하나되어 참부모를 중심삼고 망할 수 있는 유엔이 아니라 세상을 구할 수 있는 유엔의 자리에 왔기 때문에 평화유엔이 나오는 것입니다.
 
25 유엔이라는 것이 먼 나라가 아닙니다. 내 나라입니다. 그 위에 내가 서야 됩니다. 유엔의 주인입니다. 아담 해와가 유엔의 주인입니다. 하나님도 그렇습니다. 그 자리에 올라가야 됩니다. 평화유엔을 부모님이 주장하지만 여러분 각자의 것으로 받아들여야 합니다. 부모님이 고생해서 사탄세계에 자연굴복의 환경을 다 만들었으니, 그 만들어 준 환경에 질서를 세워 자유 평준화가 되게 하여 행복의 기틀이 될 수 있는 세계 대표의 기관을 만들어야 합니다. 그것이 평화유엔입니다. 하늘나라의 왕권 중심기반입니다. 그것을 부모가 만든 것이 아니라 내가 만들었다고 생각해야 됩니다. 자기 일이라는 것입니다.
 
26 평화유엔을 위해서는 먼저 가정이 결속되어야 합니다. 가정이 없이는 사탄세계의 가인유엔 기반을 대등하게 넘어갈 수 없습니다. 그러니 가정들이 연합한 국가 형태가 있어야 합니다. 단위가 가정이라는 것입니다. 그런데 축복가정, 세계 가정을 중심하고 국가를 넘는 기준으로 해서 평화유엔을 세웠다는 것입니다. 이것은 놀라운 사실입니다.
 
27 아벨유엔은 부모유엔이 되어야 합니다. 가인 아벨이 하나되어서 통일되어야 합니다. 화합․통일․평화가 이루어져야 합니다. 화합하지 못하는 사람은 통일이 없습니다. 그런 의미에서 아벨유엔이 아니고 부모유엔이 되어야 하는 것입니다. 부모유엔의 왕이 참부모입니다.

28 앞으로 가인유엔 시대를 지나고 아벨유엔의 시대를 지나서 참부모유엔의 시대로 넘어가는 것입니다. 유엔 둘이 싸우는 시대가 아닙니다. 참부모를 중심한 새로운 평화통일을 위한 참부모유엔시대입니다.
 
29 이제 개인에서부터 전 세계가 부모유엔을 중심한 새로운 세계로 넘어가야 됩니다. 그때는 하늘나라의 법이 나와야 됩니다. 헌법시대로 들어갈 것입니다. 법 없이 살고, 제멋대로 행동하던 시대는 안 됩니다. 그러니까 그것을 실천하지 않으면 안 됩니다. 부모님이 걸어온 그 길을 중심삼고 여러분도 같은 발걸음, 같은 고개를 넘어선 같은 세계에 들어가야 됩니다. 개문된 천국의 세계에서 지옥문과 천국문의 두 문이 아니라 한 문으로 결정되는 것입니다.
 
30 이제는 가인․아벨유엔이 아니라 부모유엔의 시대로 넘어가야 됩니다. 부모유엔은 가인 아벨유엔을 알아야 부모유엔 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 그 교육을 지금 시작했습니다. 그래서 책임분담 해방․석방권 선언교육입니다. 책임분담 해방권 선언을 교육하라는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 하나님이 하나님 역할을 하고, 참부모가 참부모 역할을 하고, 하나님과 참부모와 하나되어 참가정 역할을 할 수 있는 것입니다. 참종족․참민족․참국가․참세계로 갈 수 있습니다. 참부모님의 참사랑 평화통일 조국광복은 부모유엔 천국나라 실현이라는 것입니다. 그 한마디에 다 들어갑니다. 하나님의 조국이 없었습니다. 참부모님이 찾고 있는 평화통일 조국광복은 참부모님의 유엔 천국입니다. 그 나라를 위해서 총동원해야 됩니다.
 
31 우리가 해야 될 것은 세계평화연합, 세계평화종교연합, 세계평화여성연합, 세계평화청년연합을 유엔에 가입시키는 것입니다. 이들을 유엔에 가입시키면 통일의 세계로 넘어 가는 데 문제없다는 것입니다. 세계평화여성연합은 강력한 단체입니다. 하나밖에 없습니다. 따라서 어머니를 중심삼고 완전히 하나되어야 합니다. 어머니가 중심이기 때문에 여성연합이 유엔에 들어가는 날에는 이것이 문제없습니다. 퍼스트레이디들이 여성연합의 회원으로 유엔에 들어가게 된다면 통일 유엔은 문제가 없다는 것입니다. 유엔은 뿌리가 없고나라도 없습니다. 어머니가 지도자세계, 정치세계, 대학세계 그리고 젊은이의 세계를 이끌고 있습니다. 세계의 퍼스트레이디들이 여성연합의 회원이 된다고 한다면 그 퍼스트레이디를 자동적으로 유엔 대사로 보내는 것입니다.
 
32 여성유엔이 벌어지면 세계에 싸움이 없어지는 것입니다. 본래 여자는 싸움을 좋아하지 않기 때문입니다. 그 싸움을 못하게 만드는 지도자가 아버님입니다. 싸움을 해서는 안 된다는 논리와 해설을 해줄 수 있는 능력이 있는 사나이라는 것입니다. 그럴 수 있다면 하나되는 것입니다. 그래서 앞으로 여성유엔이 생기면 각 나라의 대통령 부인, 총리 부인들이 그 나라 여성유엔의 대표자가 되는 것입니다.

真の父母経 - 393. アベル国連と国連刷新の方向性

真の父母様は、世界平和は自国の利益だけを代弁する既存の国連では不可能であると考 えられ、「超宗教指導者たちを中心とした上院を置く組織に改編しなければならない」と語られた。既存のカイン圏の国連を補完するアベル国連の創設を提唱さ れたのである。そして、二〇〇七年九月二十三日、アメリカ、ニューヨークのマンハッタンセンターで、元国家首班など、会員国の代表千二百人以上が参加する 中、アベル国連創設大会を開催された。真の父母様は、カイン国連と対比されるアベル国連として、女性国連、青年国連、学生国連、宗教国連などを提示され た。そして、特に、真の父母の心情をもち、真の父母国連をつくって人類を抱くとき、地球村一家族理想の具現が早まると考えられたのである。真の父母様は、 二〇一二年七月十六日、京畿道加平郡雪岳面の清心平和ワールドセンターにおいて、アベル女性国連を創設された。

15    今から、私がアベル国連をつくります。「世界平和島嶼国家連合」、「世界平和半島国家連合」、「世界平和大陸国家連合」までつくりました。ここに加入した 国の指導者たちが、「国連を信じないで、私たちがアベル国連をつくりましょう！」と言えば、世界はどこに付いていくと思いますか。

その目的は、青少年と家庭を教育することです。世界を生かさなければなりません。そのように教育することによって、平和が広がるのです。政治をするのではなく、教育をするのです。

16    アベル国連を宣布しなければなりません。迫害があっても何があっても、アベル国連の旗を掲げて立ち上がるのです。天下の津々浦々で、主人のいなかった所に 主人が一時に現れ、主人を嫌う人々を連れて峠を越えていくのです。そうして、天国に行けるようにする訓練場に放り込むのです。今や、命令を聞かざるを得ま せん。そのように広く、大きな門を開いておき、歓迎してもてなす、そこに入ってきて修練を受けなければならないというのです。

17    世界を収拾できる人は、お父様しかいません。お父様が数年間でそのようにしたのではありません。神様が数千年前から計画してメシヤを送られたように、再臨 時代を見つめながら、その準備をしたのです。ですから、世界がお父様を否定できません。霊界までコントロールするのです。そのように完璧な準備をしたあと に、国連を収拾するのです。お父様は、国連やヨーロッパの先進国を通してアジア全体を動員し、その準備をしています。それが終われば、アベル国連が現れる のです。

アベル国連は、第二次世界大戦の時に世界が一つになったのと同じような新しい世界を中心として、宇宙を越え、神様をお迎えする団体になるのです。ですから、十分な準備をしてあげれば、一つの方向に収拾されて、世界が天宙と共に一つにならざるを得ません。

18    これからはアベル国連が必要です。アメリカが(このまま)じっとしていることはできません。日本と韓国、中国、ロシアも、じっとしていることはできませ ん。ですから、アベル国連の決定的な基盤を築かなければならないというのです。それを築こうとすれば、最も効果的な所はアメリカのワシントンDCではな く、ヨーロッパのスイスにあるジュネーブです。

スイスは小さな国です。政府の体制も、連合的な責任者たちが一年ずつ責任をもち、交替しながらうまくやっています。「いやあ、このような所もあるのだな！統一教会員たちも学ばなければならない。そして、訓練場所に適した所がここだ」と思いました。

これまで、交叉結婚をして連合体制をつくることができる所、そのような主人になれる所を探し求めていたのですが、ジュネーブがそのような所です。怨 讐関係にある人々も、額を突き合わせ、互いに挨拶をしながら生きているというのです。ですから、交叉結婚さえすれば、本当に一つの家族になるだろうと感じ ました。

19    アベル国連は、カイン国連に対して闘争を仕掛け、打ち倒すのではなく、精誠の限りを尽くして、付いていかざるを得ないようにしなければなりません。今、国 と国がすべてカインとアベルの二つの群れになっていますが、カインは、アベルである天の一族に付いていきながら、絶対信仰、絶対愛、絶対服従をして万物を 造ったその基準の上に上がらなければなりません。

統一教会よりもさらに忠誠を尽くさなければならないのがカイン世界です。カイン国連がせざるを得ないのです。今までどれほど誤っていたかを理解し、 アベルのために血を流しながら、アベル個人時代、アベル家庭時代、アベル氏族時代、アベル民族時代、アベル国家時代、アベル世界時代まで、ために生きなけ ればなりません。

唯物論者や共産主義者たちが現れて、「神は死んだ。神はいない」と言いながら、唯心世界を追い出そうと、ありとあらゆることをしました。しかし、追 い出すことはできませんでした。それを防ぐ父母様がいるので、できなかったのです。それを真の父母が来て収拾したので、真の父母の血統をそのまま受け継 ぎ、未来の国家と世界がさらに繁栄できる起源をつくらなければなりません。皆さんの家庭がつくらなければならないのです。

20    私たちは、各国から国連に派遣された要人たちと一心一体となって、国連に協助すると同時に、彼らから「アベル国連に加入する」という決意文と決意書を受け取らなければなりません。

父母様は、アベル国連とすべての平和機構を中心として、韓半島に平和地域をつくるための準備をしています。北朝鮮の困難な情勢を鎮めるためには、早 急にアベル国連を韓国につくらなければなりません。そうすれば、韓国と北朝鮮の境界線全体が、全世界の国々が保護できる地域になるのです。

21    アベル国連をつくらなければなりません。これを、板門店の平和地帯内に設定するのです。父母様は、第三イスラエルである韓半島に立てることを準備してきました。

その最後を締めくくるためのものが、二〇〇三年八月十五日「世界平和のための頂上会議」で発表したソウル平和宣言、すなわち第三イスラエル宣言で す。第一イスラエル、第二イスラエル、第三イスラエルが定着する時代なので、アメリカまでもそれに協助し、周辺国家も協助しなければならないというので す。

22    アベル国連とカイン国連を一つにしなければなりません。そうして、平和国連を中心として、統一的な大家族を拡張した一つの国家形態の世界に戻ってこそ、地 上・天上天国が成就されます。アダム時代の、堕落の痕跡がない愛の定着時代を、世界の頂上の位置で回復して合わせる場なので、天地の解放圏時代になるとい うのです。

23    アベル国連の設定は、カイン国連を包摂するためのものです。今、国連自体が私たちに反対していますが、知らないのでそのようにしているのです。

私たちは、国連の行く道を保護しなければなりません。アベル国連が兄の立場に立って、父母様がもったすべての権限を譲り渡すことができ、兄のものま でも譲り渡すことができる心さえもてば、一瞬にして世界的なものになるのです。そうして、その峠を越える活動をして、平和国連を設定しなければなりませ ん。

平和国連というのは、一つになったものを意味します。「国連」という言葉には国家という概念が存在しますが、「アベル国連」という言葉には、国家の概念、国家連合の概念はなくなるというのです。ですから、平和統一世界に越えていくのです。

地上には国が一つでなければなりません。今、世の中には王権の制度もありますが、大統領制もあります。サタン世界の王権が倒れて兄弟時代に入り、今 や家庭を中心とした王権時代から、国家・世界・天宙王権時代に越えていくのです。そのため、平和王権世界を望む統一教会のすべての制度は、これからアベル 国連圏に入っていくのです。

24    平和国連は、カイン国連とアベル国連が一つになったということです。カイン国連は、既に無力な国連になりました。神様のみ旨の中で、世界に平和の基準を立 てられる条件がありません。そのような時が来たので、初めてカイン国連とアベル国連が一つになった平和国連が現れたのです。カインとアベルが一つになり、 真の父母を中心として、滅びる国連ではなく、世の中を救い得る国連の位置に来たので、平和国連が現れるのです。

25    国連というのは、遠い国のことではありません。「私の国」です。その上に「私」が立たなければなりません。国連の主人です。アダムとエバが国連の主人です。神様もそうです。その位置に上がらなければなりません。

平和国連を父母様が主張していますが、皆さん各自のものとして受け入れなければなりません。父母様が苦労してサタン世界に自然屈伏の環境をすべてつ くったので、そのつくってあげた環境に秩序を立て、自由平準化させて幸福の礎となり得る世界の代表機関をつくらなければなりません。それが平和国連です。 天の国にある王権の中心基盤です。それを父母がつくったのではなく、自分がつくったと考えなければなりません。自分のこととして受めなければならないとい うのです。

26    平和国連のためには、まず家庭が結束しなければなりません。家庭がなければ、サタン世界のカイン国連基盤を対等の立場で越えていくことができません。です から、家庭が連合した国家形態がなければなりません。単位が家庭だというのです。それゆえに、祝福家庭、世界の家庭を中心として、国家を越えた基準で平和 国連を立てたというのです。これは、驚くべき事実です。

27    アベル国連は、父母国連にならなければなりません。カインとアベルが一つになって、統一されなければならないのです。和合、統一、平和が実現されなければ なりません。和合できない人は、統一がありません。そのような意味で、アベル国連ではなく、父母国連にならなければならないのです。父母国連の王が真の父 母です。

28    これからカイン国連時代を通過し、アベル国連時代を通過して、真の父母国連の時代に越えていくのです。二つの国連が闘う時代ではありません。真の父母を中心とした、新しい平和統一のための真の父母国連時代です。

29    今や個人から全世界が父母国連を中心とした、新しい世界に越えていかなければなりません。その時は、天の国の法が出てこなければなりません。憲法時代に人 るのです。法のない暮らしをして、自分勝手に行動していた時代では駄目です。

ですから、それを実践しなければなりません。父母様が歩んできたその道を中心として、皆さんも同じ歩み、同じ峠を越えて、同じ世界に入らなければなりません。開門した天国の世界で、地獄の門と天国の門の二つの門ではなく、一つの門に決定されるのです。

30    今や、カイン・アベル国連ではなく、父母国連の時代に越えていかなければなりません。父母国連は、カイン・アベル国連を知ってこそ、父母国連の役割を果たすことができます。その教育を今、始めました。

真の父母様の「真の愛平和統一祖国光復」は、「父母国連天国の国実現」だということです。その一言に、すべてが含まれます。神様の祖国がありません でした。真の父母様が探し求めている平和統一祖国光復は、真の父母様の国連天国です。その国のために、総動員しなければなりません。

31    私たちがしなければならないことは、「世界平和連合」、「世界平和宗教連合」、「世界平和女性連合」、「世界平和青年連合」を国連に加入させることです。 これらを国連に加入させれば、統一の世界に越えていくのに問題がないというのです。「世界平和女性連合」は強力な団体です。一つしかありません。したがっ て、お母様を中心として完全に一つにならなければなりません。お母様が中心なので、女性連合が国連に入っていけば、これは問題ないのです。

ファーストレディーたちが女性連合の会員として国連に入っていくようになれば、統一国連は問題ないというのです。国連は根がなく、国もありません。 お母様が、指導者世界、政治世界、大学世界、そして、若者の世界を率いています。世界のファーストレディーたちが女性連合の会員になれば、そのファースト レディーを自動的に国連大使として送るのです。

32    女性国連が展開すれば、世界から争いがなくなるのです。本来、女性は争いを好まないからです。その争いを防ぐ指導者が、お父様です。争いをしてはいけない という論理をもって解説してあげられる能力のある男だというのです。そのようにできれば、一つになるのです。ですから、これから女性国連ができれば、各国 の大統領夫人、総理夫人たちがその国の女性国連の代表者になります。

True Parents recognized that world peace is impossible to realize through the present UN, where nations operate to pursue self-interest. The UN must reform and restructure to contain an upper house of religious leaders dedicated to interreligious cooperation. True Parents worked to create an Abel UN to complement the present Cain-side UN. On September 23,2007, at the Manhattan Center in New York City, True Parents founded the Abel UN with former heads of state before 1,200 participants.

True Parents proposed the Women's UN, the Youth UN, the Students' UN and the UN of religions to become the Abel UN and stand as a counterpart to the Cain UN. When we embrace humanity with the heart of a true parent by creating the True Parents' UN, we can realize one family residing in a global village. On July 16, 2012, True Parents founded the Abel Women s UN at the Cheongshim Peace World Center. 
 
15 Now I will create the Abel UN. I have created the Federation of Island Nations for World Peace, the Federation of Peninsular Nations for World Peace, and the Federation of Continental Nations for World Peace. The leaders of the member nations of these organizations will speak out, saying, "Let us not put our trust in the UN, but create our own Abel UN!" Which UN do you think the world will follow? The purpose of the Abel UN is to educate young people and families. We must save this world. This education will lead to peace. We are not talking about engaging in politics. 16 We must proclaim the Abel UN. We are stepping forward and raising the flag of the Abel UN no matter what awaits us, even if we face great persecution. After the appearance of the owner of a land that had no owner, that owner has to go over the summit accompanied even by his or her enemies. Accordingly, the owner has to educate and train them so that they can go to heaven. They really have no choice but to listen to the owners guidance. 17 I am the only person who can gather this world together, but I did not gain this ability in just a couple of years. God planned for thousands of years to send the Messiah. Extensive preparations were made, both internally and externally, until conditions were ready for the time of the Second Advent. This is why the world cannot deny me. I even move the spirit world.

Once preparations are completed, the UN will be renewed. I am making preparations for this through the UN and the advanced European nations, and mobilizing all of Asia. Once this is finished, the Abel UN will emerge. The Abel UN will be a group that will reach beyond the universe and attend God. A new world will emerge, just as it did when the world united and renewed itself after the Second World War. 18 Going forward, we definitely need an Abel UN. The United States cannot stay idle. Japan, Korea, China and Russia cannot remain static. A decisive foundation for the Abel UN must be laid. The most effective place for building this foundation is not Washington, DC. It is Geneva, Switzerland.

Switzerland is a small nation. They have a good political system. Each representative serves for one year and passes the position on to a successor. That's why I thought, "It is amazing to find a place like this! Unification Church members should learn from this. This is a suitable training ground." I was looking for a place that could serve as a model for those who will receive the cross-cultural marriage Blessing. Geneva is the place. People who might otherwise be enemies exchange greetings as they pass by each other. I thought, "When the cross-cultural marriage Blessing is accomplished, the world will truly be one family!" 19 The task of the Abel UN is not to fight and defeat the Cain UN. Its job is to invest sincere devotion, so that the Cain UN cannot help but follow it. Presently each nation is divided into two, Cain's side and Abel's side. Cain's side needs to follow Abel's side, which is the heavenly household. In following Abel's side, Cain's side must rise to embody the qualities of absolute faith, love and obedience, the qualities applied at the time of the Creation. In terms of loyalty to God, Cain's world must surpass the Unification Church. The Cain UN must surely achieve this. Cain has to realize how much wrong he has done, and, shedding blood for Abel, must live for his sake in the ages of the Abel individual, the Abel family, the Abel tribe, the Abel people, the Abel nation, and finally the Abel world.

Materialists and communists have emerged and persecuted Abel, saying, "God is dead. There is no God." Communists, however, could not drive away their opponents completely. They failed because True Parents protected the Abel side. Because True Parents came and pulled everything together, you need to create the new beginning through True Parents' lineage, whereby the nation and world will flourish. You families must do this. 20 As we cooperate with the UN, becoming one in mind and body with the representatives who are sent to the UN from each nation, we must receive letters of resolution and pledges from them, saying that they will join the Abel UN. True Parents are making prepara tions for the sake of creating a region of peace on the Korean Peninsula centering on the Abel UN and all the institutions of peace. We must create the Abel UN in Korea quickly in order to neutralize the turbulent situation in North Korea. 21 The Abel UN must be established. The Abel UN is slated to be situated within the peace zone of Panmunjom. I made the preparations to establish the Abel UN in Korea, the Third Israel. Therefore, the Seoul Peace Declaration of August 15, 2003, presented for the sake of drawing a final conclusion to the World Peace Summit, is called the Third Israel Proclamation. 22 The Abel UN and the Cain UN need to be united as one. Accordingly, centering on the Peace UN, provided we can enter a world that has the form of one nation, which is an extension of a great unified family, the kingdom of heaven on earth and in heaven will be realized. From our position within the circumstances of the world, once we restore the age of the settlement of love, which has no trace of the Fall in the age of Adam, the age of the liberated realm of heaven and earth will be realized. 23 The reason we established the Abel UN is to embrace the Cain UN. The UN currently opposes us, but it does so out of ignorance. Nevertheless, we must protect the path of the UN. The current UN is in the position of the older brother who should give everything to the Abel UN. When this happens, so that the Abel UN rises to the position of the elder brother, it will offer everything to the Parents. When this happens, the entire world will be turned around in an instant. After passing over that summit, we must create the Peace UN. The Peace UN signifies unity. Within the UN there is the concept of a nation. However, within the Abel UN, the concept of a nation or of a federation of nations will disappear. In other words, the Abel UN will lead naturally to a unified world of peace. In reality, the world needs only one "nation."

In the present world, there is the institution of kingship and also of presidents. Humanity entered the age of brothers after the kingship in Satan's world was brought down. Now we are going over from the age of kingship centered on the family to the age of kingship centered on the nation, the world, and finally the cosmos. The institution the Unification Church seeks is the kingship of peace, which will emerge in the realm of the Abel UN. (420-187, 2003/10/11)
 
24 The Peace UN is created through the unity of the Cain UN and the Abel UN. The Cain UN has become impotent. The conditions do not exist that would enable it to establish the standard of world peace aligned with the Will of God. Now, for the first time, the unity of the Cain UN and the Abel UN has appeared as the Peace UN. It is a timely, providential development. By Cain and Abel becoming one under the loving True Parents, the UN stands not to perish, but to revive and become the UN that saves the world. The Peace UN has emerged for this reason. 25 What we call the UN is not a distant nation; it is your nation. Stand on the foundation of that nation. You are the owners of the UN. Adam and Eve are the owners of the UN, as is God. We must ascend to that position. True Parents seek to create the Peace UN, but every one of you must receive it as yours.

After going through much suffering, we have prepared the environment that will cause Satan's world to surrender naturally. Therefore, we must create a representative world organization that will establish order in that environment prepared for us, that will be able to bring the world into an equilibrium of freedom and serve as a basis of happiness. That organization is the Peace UN. It is the central foundation for kingship in the heavenly kingdom. Please do not think that it is True Parents who must establish it. This is your task. 26 For the sake of the Peace UN, the first point is that families must pull together. Without the family, we cannot go beyond the foundation of the Cain UN of Satan's world. That is why there must be a federation of families that forms a nation. The family is the basic unit. 27 The Abel UN must become the Parents' UN. Once Cain and Abel become one, harmony, unification and peace will come about. People who cannot relate harmoniously cannot unite. 28 We will advance from the age of the Cain UN into the age of the Abel UN, and from there to the age of True Parents' UN. This is not an age in which two UNs fight each other. 29 Now the entire world needs to advance from living within the limitations of individuals and families, and move on to living in the new world of the True Parents' UN. When this time arrives, heavenly law will emerge. We will enter the age of a heavenly constitution. We will not live outside the heavenly jurisdiction according to self-centered desires. We will live in accordance with heavenly law. Follow in the footsteps of True Parents. Enter the same world after overcoming the same obstacles. The door of the heavenly world will open. 30 Now is not the time for the Cain UN and Abel UN. Instead, we must enter the age of the True Parents' UN. Provided the Parents' UN understands the Cain UN and the Abel UN, it will be able to fulfill its role. This education has already begun. It is the education to proclaim the realm of liberation and complete freedom through our portion of responsibility. We must teach about the proclamation of the realm of liberation and our portion of responsibility.

When God fulfills God's role, and True Parents fulfill True Parents' role, then on the foundation of God and True Parents becoming one, the true family will be able to fulfill its role. Consequently, it will be possible to generate a true tribe, a true people, a true nation and a true world. The peaceful unification and restoration of the fatherland of True Parents' true love is called the realization of the heavenly nation of the Parents' UN. Everything is included in these words. God's fatherland does not yet exist. The peaceful unification and restoration of the fatherland, which True Parents are seeking, is the kingdom of heaven, the True Parents' UN. 31 What we need to do is to have the Federation for World Peace, the Inter-Religious Federation for World Peace, the Womens Federation for World Peace, and the Youth Federation for World Peace all become affiliated with the UN. I believe that there will be no further problems on the road that leads to the unified world once these organizations are affiliated with the UN.

The Women's Federation for World Peace is a powerful organization. It is the only organization like it. Therefore, it must become completely one centering on Mother. Because Mother is the center, all problems can be resolved once the Women's Federation enters the UN. A unified UN will emerge naturally once the first ladies of the world become members of the Women's Federation. The UN has no root, no nation. Mother is leading the world of leaders, the world of politics, the world of universities, and the world of youth. 32 There will be no more fighting in the world once the Women's UN comes to fruition. This is because the original nature of women is that they do not like to fight. Moreover, I am a leader who can prevent people from fighting by providing people with a logical explanation for why they should not fight. With this accomplished, people create harmony.
