참부모경 - 401. 유엔평화군성전추모연합회 평화군 평화경찰

참부모님께서는 2004년 12월 13일 미국 워싱턴DC에서 한국전쟁에 참전해 세계평화와 자유의 대의를 위해 생명을 바친 유엔군 장병들을 기리고 그 희생의 가치를 널리 알리기 위해 유엔평화군선전추모연합회를 창설하셨다. 그리고 2006년 6월 12일 천주평화연합 평화군․평화경찰 출정식을 주재하셨다. 인체에서 백혈구와 적혈구가 외부에서 병균이 침입하는 것을 물리치고 건강을 유지하듯이 이들에게 세계의 평화를 지켜 내는 파수대의 책임을 해야 된다고 말씀하셨다. 평화군과 평화경찰은 참부모님의 사상을 중심으로 조직된 평화공동체를 지키고 보호하며 교육하는 역할을 하게 된다. 특히 사탄세계에 침투한 악의 문화를 정화하고 선의 문화를 정착시키는 사명을 갖고 있다.
 
26 하늘나라의 의용군과 의용경찰을 만들기 위해서 유엔평화군성전추모연합회를 창설했습니다. 한국전쟁에 참전한 유엔 16개국의 재향군인이 여기에 가담할 수 있는 것입니다. 16개국에 군인들이 있다면 그 군인들은 참전했다가 전사한 사람들의 후계자가 되는 것입니다. 그들은 아벨이 되고 참전한 재향군인은 가인으로서 이들을 묶어 주는 것입니다.
 
27 평화군을 만들어야 되고 평화경찰을 만들어야 됩니다. 한국동란 때 16개국이 참전했습니다. 한국전쟁은 하나님이 사탄과 싸운 전쟁입니다. 성전(聖戰)이라는 것입니다. 유엔과 미국이 합해서 한반도의 통일을 위해서 왔다가 실패하고 돌아갔으니 이것을 수습해야 됩니다. 그래서 2005년 7월 26일에 유엔평화군성전 추모연합회 대회를 합니다.
 
28 한반도의 성전에서 전사한 용사들을 중심삼고 유엔평화군성전추모연합회라는 조직을 만들어서 살아남은 사람들을 묶으려고 합니다. 그러면 세계적인 규모가 됩니다. 각 나라의 외무장관이나 국회의원들을 내세워서 평화군을 만들기 이전에 평화대사를 만들 수 있습니다. 평화대사를 만들면 평화군인 동시에 평화경찰이 되는 것입니다. 이 사람들은 군대에 가서도 교육할 수 있고 경찰에 가서도 교육할 수 있습니다. 그 나라의 군대 교육과 경찰 교육까지 하면 자연히 평화군, 평화경찰까지 되는 것입니다. 이것은 국경을 초월해 있기 때문에 어느 나라든지 투쟁적 개념을 극복할 수 있는 것입니다. 이스라엘과 아랍권이 지금도 전쟁을 하고 있는데 그것을 막아야 됩니다.
 
29 2005년 10월 20일 천주평화연합 창설기념 세계순회대회 당시 우크라이나에서 평화군과 평화경찰 창설을 선언했습니다. 소련이 상당량의 원자탄을 우크라이나에 갖다가 저장해 놓았습니다. 이 폭탄을 가지면 세계를 망하게 할 수 있습니다. 버튼만 눌러서 이 원자탄이 터지게 된다면 그 방대한 것이 열을 뿜어서 몇 백리 안에 있는 제2 원자탄 기지의 둘 셋만 터져도 인류가 멸망한다는 것입니다. 그런 위험천만한 세계에 우리가 살고 있습니다. 그러니 성경에서 강조하는 바와 같이 빨리 무기를 농기구로 만들어야 됩니다.
 
30 평화경찰과 평화군대는 일신에 있어서 생명의 기운을 보호해 주는 적혈구 백혈구와 같습니다. 적혈구와 백혈구가 서로 도와서 인체의 생명을 보호하는데, 천국에 입성해서 개문할 수 있는 경계선을 넘어설 때까지 변하지 않고 절대적인 자체의 모습을 가져야 됩니다. 그래서 그런 모습을 가지고 절대적 주인인 하나님이 주관하시는 절대․불변․유일․영원한 천국에 들어가야 합니다.
 
31 여러분의 몸 마음이 싸워서는 안 됩니다. 이것이 문제입니다. 무슨 일이 있더라도 몸 마음이 하나되어야 합니다. 몸이 사랑의 씨를 먼저 심어 마음을 유린해서 성 해방이니 프리섹스니 호모니 하는 것이 나왔습니다. 술과 담배와 마약을 중심삼고 취하게 하여 혼미하게 만들어서 남자나 여자나 서로를 점령하기 위한 혼란된 싸움판이 되어 있는 것이 이 세상입니다. 이것을 완전히 청산해 버려야 됩니다. 그런 일을 담당하는 평화군이 되어야 합니다. 유엔군이 한국을 중심삼고 동원되어서 한반도를 해방하려다가 실패했는데, 다시 우리가 평화군을 편성해야 됩니다.
 
32 여러분의 각 나라에 평화경찰과 평화군대가 필요한 것과 마찬가지로 이 우주에도, 영계와 육계의 하나의 독립된 세계에도 필요합니다. 평화를 위주로 하는 경찰 혹은 군대는 하늘의 천사세계에도 필요하다는 것입니다. 이중이라는 것입니다. 땅에서 완벽해야 천상에서도 완벽하게 됩니다. 전체가 해원된 자리에서 해방과 환희의 기쁨을 같이 누리기 위해서 경찰이 필요하고 군대가 필요한 것입니다. 에덴동산에서 하나님이 보호장치를 못했습니다. 보안장치를 못했다는 것입니다.
 
33 천주평화연합은 아벨적 유엔입니다. 하늘나라 유엔과 마찬가지입니다. 그것이 실효를 보려니까 기반을 닦는 것입니다. 그래서 군대의 힘과 경찰의 힘이 중요합니다. 전쟁이 일어나는 데에는 반드시 군대가 가서 주둔하는 것입니다. 우리는 가서 교육하면서 소화하자는 것입니다. 그것은 문제없습니다. 평화군은 무기를 가지고 어떻게 하는 것이 아닙니다. 순전히 교육을 통해서 하는 것입니다. 평화경찰도 간단한 방어체제를 갖추어서 하는 것입니다. 그렇게 해놓아야 힘의 배경이 되기 때문에 허투루 못 보는 것입니다. 이미 조직 편성을 해놓았습니다.

真の父母経 - 401. 「国連平和軍聖戦追慕連合会」、「平和軍」、「平和警察」

真の父母様は二〇〇四年十二月十三日、アメリカのワシントンDCで、六・二五動乱に 参戦して世界平和と自由の大義のために生命を捧げた国連軍の将兵たちをたたえ、その犠牲の価値を広く知らしめるため、「国連平和軍聖戦追慕連合会」を創設 された。そして、二〇〇六年六月十二日、「天宙平和連合平和軍・平和警察」の出征式を主宰された。真の父母様は、その場で彼らに対し、「人体の白血球と赤 血球が、外部から病原菌が侵入するのを退けて健康を維持するように、世界の平和を守り抜く警備隊の責任を果たさなければならない」と語られた。「平和軍」 と「平和警察」は、真の父母様の思想を中心として組織された平和共同体を守り、保護しながら教育する役割を担い、特に、サタン世界に浸透した悪の文化を浄 化して、善の文化を定着させる使命をもっている。

26    天の国の「義勇軍」と「義勇警察」をつくるため、「国連平和軍聖戦追慕連合会」を創設しました。六・二五動乱に参戦した国連の十六ヵ国の在郷軍人が、ここ に加わることができるのです。十六ヵ国に軍人たちがいるとすれば、その軍人たちは、参戦して戦死した人々の後継者になります。彼らをアベル、参戦した在郷 軍人をカインとして、彼らを束ねてあげるのです。

27    「平和軍」をつくらなければならず、「平和警察」をつくらなければなりません。六・二五動乱のとき、十六ヵ国が参戦しました。六・二五動乱は、神様がサタ ンと闘った戦争です。聖戦だというのです。国連とアメリカが一つになり、韓半島の統一のためにやって来て、途中で失敗して帰ったので、これを収拾しなけれ ばなりません。それで、二〇〇五年七月二十六日に、「国連平和軍聖戦追慕連合会」の大会を行うのです。

28    韓半島の聖戦で戦死した勇士たちを中心として、「国連平和軍聖戦追慕連合会」という組織をつくり、生き残った人々を束ねようと思います。そうすれば、世界 的な規模になります。各国の外務大臣や国会議員たちを立てて、「平和軍」をつくる前に、平和大使をつくることができます。

平和大使をつくれば、「平和軍」であると同時に、「平和警警察」になるのです。この人々は、軍隊に行っても教育することができ、警察に行っても教育 することができます。その国の軍隊教育と警察教育まですれば、自然に「平和軍」、「平和警察」にまでなるのです。これは国境を超越しているので、どの国で も、闘争的概念を克服することができます。イスラエルとアラブ圏が今も戦争をしていますが、それを止めなければなりません。

29    二〇〇五年十月二十日、「天宙平和連合」創設記念世界巡回大会の当時、ウクライナで「平和軍」と「平和警察」の創設を宣言しました。ソ連が、相当な量の原 子爆弾をウクライナに持っていって貯蔵しました。この爆弾があれば、世界を滅ぼせるのです。ボタンさえ押してこの原子爆弾が爆発するようになれば、その膨 大なものが熱を放出し、数十里内にある第二の原子爆弾の基地の二つか三つだけが爆発しても、人類が滅亡するというのです。そのような危険千万な世界に私た ちは生きています。ですから、聖書で強調しているように、早く武器を農機具に作り替えなければなりません。

30    「平和警察」と「平和軍」は、人間の体で生命の力を保護してくれる赤血球と白血球のようなものです。赤血球と白血球が互いに助け合って人体の生命を保護す るのですが、天国に入城して開門できる境界線を越えるときまで、変わらずに絶対的な自らの姿をもたなければなりません。そうして、そのような姿をもって、 絶対的な主人である神様が主管される、絶対、不変、唯一、永遠の天国に入っていかなければならないのです。

31    皆さんの体と心が闘ってはいけません。これが問題です。どのようなことがあっても、体と心が一つにならなければなりません。体が愛の種を先に植え、心を蹂 躙して、性解放やフリーセックス、ホモというものが出てきたのです。酒とたばこと麻薬を中心として酔わせ、混迷させて、男性も女性も互いを占領するための 混乱した戦場になっているのが、この世の中です。これを完全に清算してしまわなければなりません。そのようなことを担当する「平和軍」にならなければなり ません。国連軍が韓国を中心として動員され、韓半島を解放しようとして失敗しましたが、再び私たちが「平和軍」を編成しなければなりません。

32    皆さんの各国に「平和警察」と「平和軍」が必要であるのと同じように、この宇宙にも、霊界と肉界の一つの独立した世界にも必要です。

平和を中心とする警察、もしくは軍隊は、天の天使世界にも必要なのです。二重だというのです。

地上で完璧であってこそ、天上でも完璧になります。全体が解怨された立場で、解放と歓喜を共に享受するために警察が必要であり、軍隊が必要なのです。

エデンの園で神様が保護装置をつくることができませんでした。保安装置をつくれなかったというのです。

33    「天宙平和連合」はアベル的国連です。天の国の国連と同じです。それに実効性をもたせるために、基盤をつくるのです。ですから、軍隊の力と警察の力が重要です。戦争が起きる所には、必ず軍隊が行って駐屯するのです。

私たちは行って、教育しながら消化しようというのです。それは問題ありません。

「平和軍」は、武器をもってどうにかするのではありません。ひとえに教育を通してするのです。「平和警察」も簡単な防御体制を備えて活動します。そのようにしておいてこそ力の背景ができるので、軽く見ることができなくなるのです。既に組織編成をしておきました。

Chambumo Gyeong - 401. Korean War Memorial Federation, and the peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police

On December 13,2004, in Washington DC, True Father held a commemoration for UN troops that had participated in the Korean War and who had given their lives in order to protect the cause of world peace and freedom. To recognize the value of their sacrifices, he inaugurated the United Nations Peace Forces of the Korean War Memorial Federation in Washington DC. Later, on June 12, 2006, he held a ceremony to launch the peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police under the auspices of UPF. True Father said that members of the peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police are to fulfill the responsibility of lookouts. Their role is like that of white blood cells in the human body, to maintain the body's health and remove germs invading from the outside. The peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police will guard the peaceful community that is organized based on True Parents' teachings. They will protect it, and also educate others to do so. Notably, they will have the mission to purify the world of evil culture from the infiltration of Satan's world, and to develop the culture of goodness. 
 
26 I am establishing the peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police as a volunteer army and police force to protect the righteousness of God's nation. Veterans from the 16 nations who served with the UN troops that participated in the Korean War are eligible. Among those soldiers from 16 nations, those who survived are like Cain. The descendants of soldiers who died during the war are in the position of Abel, and they should bond with those in the Cain position. (503-162, 2005/08/03)
 
27 I need to form the peace kingdom corps and the peace kingdom police. During the Korean War, 16 nations participated. The Korean War was one through which God fought against Satan. That is to say, it was a war for a divine purpose. The UN and the United States fought for the unification of the Korean Peninsula but returned without being able to fulfill that. This must be rectified. That is why I will hold an event for the United Nations Peace Forces of the Korean War Memorial Federation on July 26, 2005. (495-110, 2005/05/07)
 
28 I will establish the entity called the United Nations Peace Forces of the Korean War Memorial Federation for those soldiers who died in the war on the Korean Peninsula that had a divine purpose, and I will bind together all those who still remain from the war. Then, it will become a world-level organization. I can bring the foreign ministers and legislators from those 16 nations to become ambassadors for peace. Once this is done, I can form the peace kingdom corps and the peace kingdom police. They can educate other soldiers in their nation's military and the members of their nation's police. If they do so, they will naturally bring their nation's military personnel and police to be part of the peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police. Since these entities transcend national boundaries, they will never fight among themselves. Israel and the Arab countries are in conflict at present, but based on this idea we need to help them reconcile. (493-050, 2005/04/18)
 
29 I proclaimed the establishment of peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police in Ukraine. I made the proclamation on October 20,2005 during my global speaking tour. The Soviet Union stored most of its nuclear warheads in Ukraine. Those warheads could destroy the whole world. If some one pushes a button and detonates some of those warheads, the heat wave could set off other warheads in a chain reaction. Just two or three of those warheads are enough to bring humanity to extinction. We are living in such a dangerous time. This is why, just as the Bible suggests, we have to quickly melt swords into plowshares. (567-305, 2007/07/07)
 
30 The peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police are similar to the white blood cells and the red blood cells that protect our bodies. Just as these cells cooperate with each other to protect our life, the peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police absolutely have to maintain their structure until humanity passes beyond the boundary line and reaches the last stop, heaven. God is the absolute Owner of heaven, and the heaven that He rules will be absolute, unchanging, unique, and eternal. (529-231, 2006/06/12)
 
31 Your mind and body should not fight with each other. This is the problem. You must unite mind and body, no matter what. The body has been sowing seeds of love while violating the mind. This has given birth to such things as sexual liberation, free sex and homosexuality. In todays world, people are addicted to alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Men and women alike fight with one another, each seeking conquest of the other. This has to come to an end. The peace kingdom corps has to be able to do this. UN forces came to Korea in order to liberate it, but they failed. We have to recreate them through the peace kingdom corps. (508-121, 2005/09/18)
 
32 Your nation needs its own peace kingdom corps and peace kingdom police. This universe, the physical world and the spiritual world, needs them as well. A police force and military corps that focus on peace are also needed in the angelic world. There needs to be two layers of defense. When we can perfect it on earth, it will be perfected in the heavenly world. These are not something that exist for the comfort of the individual. These police and military forces are needed so that everyone can enjoy the happiness that comes after the liberation. God was unable to create this safety measure in the Garden of Eden. He could not create the apparatus to provide Adam and Eve with security. (527-323, 2006/06/01)


33 The newly created Universal Peace Federation is the Abel UN. It is the same as the United Nations of the heavenly kingdom. We need to create a foundation so that it can have genuine effect. That is why the might of a police force and the might of a military corps are important. These forces need to be stationed wherever there is a conflict. They can educate the people there, and bring an end to the conflict. That will not be a problem. Peace kingdom corps troops will not carry weapons. Their main armament will be education. In like manner, the peace kingdom police will serve as a simple means of defense. As these forces will be our strength in the background, we should not be careless. We have already organized them.
