참부모경 - 406. 남미·대양주 순회

19 내가 아프리카를 순방하면서 참아버님께서 한국이 한국동란으로 인해 폐허가 된 상태에서 몇 안 되는 식구를 동원해 국민 계몽운동을 펼치신 것을 소개했습니다. 그때는 성년들이 많지 않았기 때문에 중고등학생까지도 동원되어 국민 계몽운동을 열심히 전개했습니다. 이를 계기로 새마을운동이 전국적으로 확산되는 계기를 만드셨으며, 그것이 한국을 오늘날 부국으로 이끄는 데 큰 역할을 했습니다. 원리말씀을 중심삼은 새마음운동까지 병행하여 한국이 오늘날 선진국 대열에 들어갈 수 있게 된 것입니다. 한국이 정신적으로나 경제적으로 중심국가가 될 수 있었던 배경에는 참아버님의 공이 매우 컸습니다. 아프리카는 1950년 대 1960년대의 한국보다 나은 입장에 있습니다. 땅이 얼마나 비옥한지 모릅니다. 무엇이든 심기만 하면 잘 자랍니다. 그런데 왜 굶어죽는 사람이 생기며, 왜 질병에 시달리는 대륙이 됐는가? 정말로 내 나라라는 생각, 내 가족이라는 생각, 주인의식을 가진 지도자들이 없었기 때문에 발전이 없었던 것입니다. 오늘날 주신 이 말씀은 우리가 생활하는 데 꼭 필요한 지침서요 교과서입니다. 이 말씀대로 실천하게 되면 안 될 일이 없습니다. 어떻게 살아야 된다는 것을 다 가르쳐 줍니다. 그런데도 왜 못살고, 왜 전도가 안 되고, 왜 발전을 못하는지 많이 반성해야 됩니다. 내가 우루과이에 와서 몬테비데오 시내를 돌아보니까 폐허처럼 느껴졌습니다. 사람이 사는 도시같이 보이지 않았다는 말입니다. 우루과이의 여러분은 반성해야 됩니다. 여러분은 엄청난 축복을 받았습니다. 여러분이 참감람나무라면 아직 복귀되지 못한 세상은 돌감람나무밭입니다. 여러분이 번식을 못하면 결국 숫자에 밀리게 됩니다. 모든 것을 자기 스스로 해결해야 됩니다. 누가 해주겠거니, 누가 도와주겠거니 하는 생각을 버리십시오. 이것은 내 일입니다. 내가 움직이지 않으면 내 자식이 죽을 수 있다고 생각하고 열심히 하십시오.
 
20 아르헨티나는 한때 잘사는 나라였습니다. 아르헨티나가 다시 부유한 나라가 되기 위해서는 여러분의 정신부터 바꿔야 합니다. 그러기 위해서는 온 국민을 원리말씀으로 무장시켜야 합니다. 여러분 축복가정과 평화대사들이 하나되어 새로운 나라를 건설하는 데 앞장서야 됩니다. 2006년 7월 30일 조국향토환원대회에서 여러분이 그러한 결실을 하게 되면 내가 여기를 방문한 뜻을 거두게 될 것입니다. 아르헨티나와 경쟁하는 나라가 많이 있다는 것을 명심해야 됩니다. 여러분이 어떤 성과를 거두느냐에 따라 일등이 될 수도 있고 꼴찌가 될 수도 있습니다. 아르헨티나 복귀는 여러분의 양 어깨에 달려 있다는 것을 명심하기 바랍니다.
 
21 볼리비아를 하나님 앞에 세우기 위해서 여러분의 책임이 무엇보다 크다고 생각합니다. 식구 여러분에게 기회가 있습니다. 천주평화연합 조국향토환원대회 축복행사를 하는 것처럼 많은 사람을 뜻 앞으로 세우면 됩니다. 이번에 아프리카대륙을 순회하면서 느낀 것이지만 인간의 노력에 따라 얼마든지 잘살 수 있는 나라로 만들 수 있다는 것입니다. 아무리 비옥한 땅을 가지고 있으면서도 가난하게 사는 것은 인간이 무지하기 때문입니다. 참부모님의 말씀은 성숙한 인간을 만들어 줄 뿐만 아니라 볼리비아를 축복받는 나라로 부흥시켜 줄 것입니다. 
 
22 2006년 8월 1일 조국향토환원대회 말씀을 모든 국민에게 널리 알리고 참부모님을 알리면 알릴수록 희망을 가지게 될 것입니다. 이제 그럴 때가 되었습니다. 천운이 도래한 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 여러분의 책임이 중요합니다. 콜롬비아에도 축복가정 2세들이 많이 있습니다. 축복가정 여러분은 그들이 자유로운 환경에서 참사랑을 실천하며 살아갈 수 있도록 환경을 닦아 줘야 합니다. 많은 나라들이 가정문제나 마약문제 등으로 신음하고 있습니다. 콜롬비아도 마약, 폭행, 청소년문제, 에이즈 등으로 인해 골머리를 앓고 있습니다. 이런 모든 문제를 해소할 수 있는 것이 참사랑․참가정운동입니다. 그래서 콜롬비아의 이미지를 쇄신해야 됩니다. 이제는 여러분이 행동으로 보여 줘야 합니다. 이 나라 구석구석에 참부모를 모르는 사람이 없도록 해야 됩니다. 참가정․참혈통․참사랑의 전통을 심어야 합니다. 그러기 위해서는 대학원리연구회, 청소년 순결운동 등 모든 활동이 잘 전개돼서 콜롬비아가 하나님 앞에 기억될 수 있도록 해야 됩니다.
 
23 내가 아프리카에 갔을 때 그곳 사람들에게 얘기한 것이 있습니다. ‘반사막지대에서 부를 누리고 있는 중동의 이스라엘과 비교한다면 아프리카는 하나님이 축복한 땅이다. 그런데 왜 못살고 미개발국으로 전락하게 되었는가? 그것을 깨우치기 위해서 참부모님의 말씀을 전해야 된다.’라고 했습니다. 아프리카를 살리기 위해서는 이 말씀을 전하는 길밖에 없다고 봅니다. 그리고 그들에게 ‘새 이념을 받아들여 새롭게 거듭 태어나고 참부모님의 참사랑을 내 가정에서부터 이웃, 나아가 나라로 펼쳐 나가게 되면 우리의 뜻이 빨리 성사될 것이다. 그렇게 된다면 여러분 나라도 선진국 못지않게 앞서갈 수 있다.’라는 얘기를 해주었습니다. 참부모님 말씀을 중심삼고 내적으로 거듭나 새 사람이 되는 운동이 절실합니다. 여러분 중에서 한국에 가 본 사람은 알겠지만 한국은 선진국 못지 않게 발전했습니다. 특히 인터넷 분야는 세계 어느 나라보다도 앞서 있습니다. 여러분이 어떻게 결심하느냐에 따라서 여러분의 나라 자메이카는 빠르게 발전하고 달라질 수 있습니다. 참부모님 한 분이 세계를 바꿀 수 있는 바탕을 만들어 놓으신 것처럼 여러분이 자메이카를 바꾸고 세계를 움직일 수 있습니다. 이 나라에도 축복가정들이 많습니다. 여러분이 어떻게 결심하느냐에 따라 자메이카가 하나님의 뜻 앞에 복귀되는 기간을 단축할 수 있습니다.
 
24 중앙아메리카의 카리브해에 위치한 섬나라인 바하마는 1492년 콜럼버스가 신대륙을 발견해 최초로 상륙한 나라입니다. 그동안 에스파냐의 식민 지배를 받다 영국의 영토가 되었고 1973년 7월에 독립했습니다. 약 700개의 섬으로 이루어진 바하마제도에 천주평화연합 조국향토환원대회를 개최하는 것은 하나님의 큰 축복이 아닐 수 없습니다. 이번에 긴 순회 여정이었지만 새로운 장소에서 하나님이 오랫동안 준비한 사람을 만나는 기쁨을 맛보면서 2006년 8월 4일 바하마 나소에까지 오게 되었습니다. 이번에는 말씀을 전하고 축복행사를 치르는 순회였지만 이곳 바하마가 하나님 앞에 다시금 설 수 있는 것은 이 말씀과 참부모님을 뜨겁게 받아들이는 길밖에 없습니다. 하나님의 축복이 바하마에 함께하실 수 있도록 여러분이 열심히 활동할 것을 기대합니다.
 
25 내가 베네수엘라 카라카스를 10년 전에 와 보았고 2006년 8월 7일에 다시 왔지만 그동안 거의 달라지지 않았습니다. 그래서 말씀을 전 국민에게 소개하는 데 더욱 적극적으로 나서야 한다고 생각했습니다. 스위스를 가 본 사람은 느꼈겠지만, 그 나라도 주변 강국에 눌려서 자립하기 힘든 상황에 있었습니다. 그러나 스위스는 여러 나라에서 사상적으로나 정치․외교적인 면에 문제가 있는 사람들이 찾아와 정착하기에 좋은 나라였습니다. 예를 들면 레닌도 거기에서 살았고, 종교개혁가들도 거기에 살면서 활동을 했다고 합니다. 그 나라에 미래를 내다본 선한 조상들이 있었기 때문에 자연을 그대로 보전하면서 부강한 나라를 이룰 수 있었습니다. 베네수엘라도 선지자격인 사람들이 있다면 스위스 못지않은 아름다운 환경을 가진 나라로 세계 앞에 등장할 수 있겠다고 생각해 보았습니다. 세계 5대 자원국인 베네수엘라가 왜 못살게 되었는지 이해할 수 없습니다. 방법은 하나입니다. 위정자로부터 국민에 이르기까지 참부모를 받아들여서 새롭게 정신운동을 벌여야 됩니다. 먼저 여러분만이라도 결심을 하고 24시간이 짧다고 생각하면서 평화와 미래 그리고 이 나라의 영원한 발전을 위해서 노력한다면 희망이 있을 것입니다.
 
26 여러분이 페루를 복귀하려면 대학생 전도에 심혈을 기울여야 됩니다. 그래서 이들을 이 나라와 통일교회 미래의 지도자로서 양성해야 됩니다. 지금까지 잘못된 모든 사회 풍습들을 그들을 통해 정화하고 교육하는 것 이상 빠른 길은 없습니다. 그들이 대학을 졸업하면 결혼적령기에 들어서게 되고, 그래서 축복받으면 참가정을 이루어 나갈 것이고, 또 그렇게 해서 사회에 나가게 되면 온 나라가 정화될 것입니다. 여러분의 2세들이 자리 잡기 위해서도 먼저 대학생을 전도해야 됩니다. 국가메시아의 지도하에 대학생 전도와 2세 교육을 잘 챙겨야 할 것입니다.
 
27 칠레가 발전하려면 대학원리연구회가 활성화되어야 합니다. 여러분 대학생들은 미래에 이 나라 지도자와 교회 지도자로 성장할 수 있는 좋은 연령대입니다. 여러분 대학생의 책임이 중요합니다. 그래서 여러분이 대학교를 다니는 동안 공부도 남보다 잘해야겠고 모든 면에서 모범이 되어야 합니다. 여러분 또래의 학생들이 여러분과 친구가 되고 싶어하고 뜻을 함께하고 싶어할 수 있는 풍토를 만들어야 합니다. 우리 교회의 미래를 위해서도 대학원리연구회 활동이 중요합니다. 어머니가 가인과 아벨을 품어야 하듯이 교회 전체가 합심해서 그들을 품어야 합니다. 어머니 입장인 교회가 대학원리연구회를 적극 도와야 합니다. 대학생을 잘 교육해야 됩니다.
 
28 오세아니아주를 섭리적으로 볼 때 뉴질랜드는 어머니 나라의 사명을 해야 됩니다. 오스트레일리아와 하나되어 많은 섬나라들을 지원하고 교육해야 될 책임이 있습니다. 그것이 어머니 나라의 사명입니다. 지금까지 뉴질랜드는 잠자고 있었습니다. 이제는 깨어서 날아야 합니다. 참부모님의 말씀이 있고 세계적으로 닦아 놓은 우리 기반도 든든합니다. 여러분이 보고 들은 것을 그대로 전하기만 하면 됩니다. 이제 여러분은 그동안 참부모님에게 값없이 받은 것을 세상 앞에 돌려주어야 합니다. 여러분도 새롭게 결심하고, 2세들도 책임을 다해야 되겠습니다.
 
29 오스트레일리아에 오기 전에 이스라엘과 중동지역을 거쳐 왔습니다. 평화대사들이 앞장서서 천주평화연합 조국향토환원대회를 성공적으로 마쳤습니다. 그곳에서 좋은 성과를 거두고 떠나왔는데 얼마 후에 전쟁이 일어났습니다. 그것을 생각하면 평화대사들이 눈에 아른거려서 마음이 아팠습니다. 세계적인 모든 문제를 해결하고 종교와 인종과 문화의 벽을 넘으려면 참부모를 맞이하는 길밖에 없습니다. 그것을 계몽하고 알려줄 사람이 축복가정 여러분입니다. 여러분도 중동사태에 대해 책임을 느껴야 합니다. 여러분이 살고 있는 지역이나 나라에서 참부모님을 크게 알려야 할 책임이 있다는 것입니다. 우리가 이렇게 참부모님을 중심삼고 행복과 희망을 논하고 평화를 논하면서 살고 있는 이 시대에 그런 것을 전혀 모르고 죽어 가는 인류가 있다는 것을 생각해 보십시오. 여러분이 책임감을 가지고 그들을 뜻 앞에 세우는 데 앞장서야 합니다.
 
30 한국의 농촌에서는 계몽활동을 하면서 새마을운동이 시작되었습니다. 여러분은 아버님을 중심삼고 초창기에 한국교회가 발전할 수 있었던 것에 관심을 가져야 할 것입니다. 이 나라 솔로몬제도는 한국으로 본다면 아직 초창기와 다름없습니다. 참아버님을 중심으로 신령과 진리로 예배를 보던 시절을 거울삼아 부흥의 불길이 일어날 수 있도록 해야 할 것입니다. 그리고 오늘날 물질문명시대의 폐해 가운데 하나가 자연을 파괴하고 공해를 일으키고 있다는 것입니다. 여러분의 나라는 하늘이 주신 천혜의 아름다움을 잘 가꾸고 다듬어야 합니다. 자연보호운동에 더욱 적극적으로 나서야 합니다. 그렇기 때문에 여러분이 참부모님의 말씀을 중심으로 대국민 정신운동을 펼쳐 나가야 할 것입니다.
 
31 팔라우가 큰 나라들과 경쟁해서 같은 대열에 서기 위해서는 원리말씀을 전해야 됩니다. 하나님이 창조하실 때의 그 심정과 참부모님이 타락한 인류를 복귀하기 위해 이 땅에 오셔서 승리적 기대를 닦으신 그 사연 많은 내용들을 여러분은 자세히 모를 것입니다. 그것을 알게 되면 여러분이 이 말씀을 사랑하지 않을 수 없고, 이 말씀의 중심인 참부모님을 사랑할 수밖에 없을 것입니다. 그렇게 사랑하는 마음으로 여러분의 나라인 팔라우를 사랑해야 됩니다. 여러분을 반대하는 기독교인들은 진정으로 이 나라를 사랑하는 사람이 아닙니다. 여러분은 앞으로 이 말씀을 중심으로 참사랑을 실천함으로써 팔라우가 하나님이 사랑하는 나라가 될 수 있도록 앞장서기를 바랍니다.

真の父母経 - 406. 南米・オセアニア巡回

19    私(お母様)はアフリカを歴訪しながら、真のお父様が、六・二五動乱によって韓国が廃墟になった状態から、何人にもならない食口を動員して国民啓蒙運動を展開されたことを紹介しました。

その時は、教会に成人した人が多くなかったので、中高生までも動員し、国民啓蒙運動を一生懸命展開しました。これを契機としてセマウル運動が全国的 に拡大するきっかけをつくられ、それが、韓国を今日の豊かな国に導くことにおいて大きな役割を果たしました。原理のみ言を中心としたセマウム(新しい心) 運動まで並行して行い、韓国が今日、先進国の隊列に加わることができるようになったのです。韓国が精神的、経済的に中心国家になることができた背景には、 真のお父様の非常に大きな功労があったのです。

アフリカは、一九五〇年代や一九六〇年代の韓国より良い立場にあります。土地がどれほど肥決か分かりません。何でも、植えさえすればよく育つので す。それなのに、なぜ飢え死にする人が出るようになり、なぜ疾病に苦しむ大陸になったのでしょうか。本当に自分の国だという思い、自分の家族だという思 い、主人意識をもった指導者たちがいなかったために、発展がなかったのです。

今日、下さったこのみ言は、私たちが生活するに当たって必ず必要な指針書であり、教科書です。このみ言のとおりに実践すれば、実現されないことがあ りません。どのように生きるべきかを、すべて教えてくれます。それなのに、なぜ貧しく、なぜ伝道ができず、なぜ発展できないのか、深く反省しなければなり ません。

私がウルグアイに来て、モンテビデオ市内を回ってみたところ、廃墟のように感じられました。人が住む都市のようには見えなかったという話です。ウル グアイの皆さんは、反省しなければなりません。皆さんは途方もない祝福を受けました。皆さんが真のオリーブであれば、いまだ復帰されていない世の中は野生 のオリーブ畑です。皆さんが繁殖できなければ、結局、数に押されるようになります。

すべてのことを、自分自ら解決しなければなりません。誰かがしてくれるだろう、誰かが助けてくれるだろうという考えを捨ててください。これは自分の仕事です。自分が動かなければ、自分の子女が死ぬこともあり得ると考えて、一生懸命にやってください。

20    アルゼンチンは、一時は豊かな国でした。アルゼンチンが再び豊かな国になるためには、皆さんの精神から変えなければなりません。そのためには、全国民を原理のみ言で武装させなければなりません。

祝福家庭の皆さんと平和大使たちが一つになり、新しい国を建設するに当たって、先頭に立たなければなりません。二〇〇六年七月三十日の祖国郷土還元 大会で皆さんがそのような決心をすれば、私(お母様)がここを訪問したことが意味をもつでしょう。アルゼンチンと競争する国がたくさんあることを肝に銘じ なければなりません。皆さんがどのような成果を収めるかによって、一等になることも、最下位になることもあり得ます。アルゼンチンの復帰は、皆さんの双肩 にかっていることを肝に銘じるようにお願いします

21    ボリビアを神様のみ前に立てるためには、皆さんの責任が何よりも大きいと思います。食口の皆さんにはチャンスがあります。天宙平和連合祖国郷土還元大会の 祝福行事を行うように、多くの人をみ旨の前に立てればよいのです。今回、アフリカ大陸を巡回しながら感じたことですが、人間の努力によって、いくらでも豊 かに暮らせる国にすることができるというのです。肥沃な土地をもっていながらも貧しく暮らすのは、人間が無知だからです。真の父母様のみ言は、成熟した人 間をつくり上げてくれるだけでなく、ボリビアを祝福される国として復興させてくれるでしょう。

22    二〇〇六年八月一日、祖国郷土還元大会のみ言をすべての国民に広く知らせ、真の父母様を知らせれば知らせるほど、希望をもつようになるでしょう。今や、そ のような時になりました。天運が到来したのです。ですから、皆さんの責任が重要です。コロンビアにも祝福家庭の二世たちがたくさんいます。祝福家庭の皆さ んは、彼らが自由な環境で真の愛を実践して生きていけるように、環境を築いてあげなければなりません。

多くの国々が、家庭問題や麻薬問題などで苦しんでいます。コロンビアも、麻薬、暴行、青少年問題、エイズなどで頭を悩ませています。このようなすべ ての問題を解消できるのが、真の愛・真の家庭運動です。ですから、コロンビアのイメージを刷新しなければなりません。今や、皆さんが行動で示してあげなけ ればなりません。この国の隅々まで、真の父母を知らない人がいないようにしなければなりません。真の家庭、真の血統、真の愛の伝統を植えなければなりませ ん。そのためには、大学原理研究会、青少年純潔運動など、すべての活動をしっかりと展開し、コロンビアが神様に記憶されるようにしなければなりません。

23    私(お母様)がアフリカに行ったとき、そこの人々に話したことがあります。「半砂漠地帯で富を享受している中東のイスラエルと比較すれば、アフリカは神様 が祝福した土地です。それなのに、なぜ貧しい発展途上国に転落したのでしょうか。それを悟らせるために、真の父母様のみ言を伝えなければなりません」と言 いました。アフリカを生かすためには、このみ言を伝える道しかないと考えるのです。

そして、彼らに「新しい理念を受け入れて新しく生まれ変わり、真の父母様の真の愛を自分の家庭から隣人、さらには国に拡大していけば、私たちのみ旨 は早く成就するでしょう。そのようになれば、皆さんの国も、先進国に劣ることなく、先に進むことができます」という話をしてあげました。真の父母様のみ言 を中心として内的に生まれ変わり、新しい人になる運動が切に願われます。

皆さんの中で、韓国に行ってみた人は分かると思いますが、韓国は先進国に劣らないほど発展しました。特にインターネットの分野は、世界のいかなる国 よりも進んでいます。皆さんがどのように決心するかによって、皆さんの国、ジャマイカは、急速に発展し、変わっていくことができます。

真の父母様が世界を変え得る土台をつくったように、皆さんはジャマイカを変え世界を動かすことができます。この国にも祝福家庭が大勢います。皆さんの決心によって、ジャマイカが神様のみ旨の前に復帰される期間を短縮できるのです。

24    中央アメリカのカリブ海に位置する島国のバハマは、一四九二年にコロンブスが新大陸を発見し、最初に上陸した国です。これまで、スペインから植民地として支配され、イギリスの領土となり、一九七三年の七月に独立しました。

約七百の島によって構成されたバハマ諸島において天宙平和連合祖国郷土還元大会が開催できるのは、神様の大きな祝福に違いありません。今回は長い巡 回旅程でしたが、新しい場所で、神様が長い間準備してこられた人に出会う喜びを味わいながら、二〇〇六年八月四日、バハマのナッソーまで来ました。

今回はみ言を伝え、祝福行事を行う巡回でしたが、ここバハマが神様のみ前に再び立つためには、このみ言と真の父母様を熱く受け入れる道しかありません。神様の祝福がバハマに共にあるように、皆さんが一生懸命に活動することを期待します。

25    私(お母様)は、十年前にベネズエラのカラカスを訪問し、二〇〇六年八月七日に再びやって来ましたが、その間、ほとんど変わっていませんでした。それで、 み言をすべての国民に紹介することに、さらに積極的に取り組まなければならないと思ったのです。

スイスに行ってみた人は感じたと思いますが、その国も周辺の強国に押さえつけられ、自立するのが大変な状況にありました。しかし、スイスは、思想的 な面や政治・外交的な面で問題のある人々が様々な国から訪れて定着するには良い国でした。例えば、レーニンもそこで暮らし、宗教改革者たちもそこに住みな がら活動をしたといいます。その国には未来を見通した善なる先祖たちがいたので、自然をそのまま保全しながら、強く豊かな国を造ることができたのです。

ベネズエラも預言者のような人々がいれば、スイスに劣らない美しい環境をもった国として、世界の前に登場できるだろうと思いました。世界の五大資源 国の一つであるべネズエラが、なぜ貧しくなったのか理解できません。方法は一つです。為政者から国民に至るまで、真の父母を受け入れて新しく精神運動を起 こさなければなりません。まず、皆さんだけでも決心して、一日二十四時間は短いと思いながら、平和と未来、そして、この国の永遠なる発展のために努力すれ ば、希望があるでしょう。

26    皆さんがペルーを復帰しようとすれば、大学生伝道に心血を注がなければなりません。そうして、彼らをこの国と統一教会の未来の指導者として養成しなければ なりません。今までの誤ったすべての社会風習を、彼らを通して浄化し、教育すること以上に早い道はありません。

彼らが大学を卒業すれば結婚適齢期に入るようになり、そこで祝福を受ければ、真の家庭を築いていき、また、そのようにして社会に出ていけば、国全体 が浄化されるでしょう。皆さんの二世たちが定着するためにも、まず大学生を伝道しなければなりません。国家メシヤの指導のもと、大学生伝道と二世教育をき ちんと整えなければなりません。

27    チリが発展するためには、大学原理研究会が活性化しなければなりません。大学生の皆さんは、将来、この国の指導者と教会指導者として成長できる良い年齢で す。大学生の皆さんの責任が重要です。ですから、皆さんは大学に通う間、勉強も他の人より良くできなければならず、すべての面で模範にならなければなりま せん。皆さんと同年代の学生たちが、皆さんと友達になりたいと思い、み旨を共に歩みたいと思える風土をつくらなければなりません。

世界的なすべての問題を解決し、宗教と人種と文化の壁を越えようとすれば、真の父母を迎える道しかありません。それを啓蒙し、知らせてあげる人が祝 福家庭の皆さんです。皆さんも中東の事態に対して、責任を感じなければなりません。皆さんが暮らしている地域や国で、真の父母様を広く知らせるべき責任が あるというのです。私たちがこのように、真の父母様を中心として幸福と希望を論じ、平和を論じながら生きているこの時代に、そのようなことを全く知らずに 死んでいく人類がいることを考えてみてくたさい。皆さんが責任感をもって、彼らをみ旨の前に立てるために先頭に立たなければなりません。

30    韓国の農村では、啓蒙活動をしながらセマウル運動が始まりました。皆さんは、お父様を中心として草創期に韓国教会が発展できたことに、関心をもたなければ なりません。この国、ソロモン諸島は、韓国から見れば、いまだ草創期と変わりません。真のお父様を中心として、神霊と真理によって礼拝を捧げていた時期を 手本として、復興の炎が燃え上がるようにしなければなりません。

そして、今日、物質文明時代の弊害のうちの一つが、自然を破壊し、公害を起こしているということです。皆さんの国は、天が下さった天恵の美しさをよ く育み、整えなければなりません。自然保護運動に、さらに積極的に乗り出さなければなりません。ですから、皆さんは真の父母様のみ言を中心に、国民に対し て精神運動を展開していかなければならないでしょう。

31    パラオが大きな国々と競争して、同じ隊列に立つためには、原理のみ言を伝えなければなりません。

神様が創造される時のその心情と、真の父母様が、堕落した人類を復帰するためにこの地に来られ、勝利的基台を築かれたその事情多き内容を、皆さんは 詳しく知らないでしょう。それを知れば、皆さんはこのみ言を愛さざるを得ず、このみ言の中心である真の父母様を愛さざるを得ません。そのように愛する心 で、皆さんの国であるパラオを愛さなければなりません。

19 While touring Africa, I mentioned the fact that True Father mobilized our members and launched a citizens' educational campaign in circumstances where Korea lay in ruins as a result of the Korean War. At that time, because there were not many adult members in the church, even a lot of middle and high school students were mobilized. They enthusiastically developed a campaign to teach literacy and awaken the national spirit. True Father created this as a means to help spread the Korean governments New Village Movement to the entire nation, thus playing a major role in making Korea the prosperous country it is today. With the addition of the "New Mind Movement," which was based on the teachings of the Principle, Korea was able to enter todays ranks of advanced nations even more quickly. In the background of Korea becoming a central nation, both spiritually and economically, True Fathers contribution was highly significant.

Africa is in a better situation than Korea of the 1950s and 1960s. Africa has incredibly fertile land. Anything planted there can flourish. Why, then, do its people sometimes face famine or the outbreak of disease? Development in some areas has been limited because the nation's leader does not have the consciousness of true ownership. He does not think, ""This people is truly my family, and this country belongs to all of us.""

The teachings given to you today are the textbook and teaching materials for your lives. If we practice these teachings, there is nothing we cannot do. They teach us everything about how we should live. We must reflect and repent: why aren't we able to live in prosperity, able to witness, and able to develop? Visiting Uruguay and looking around the streets of Montevideo, I do not feel the city is prospering as much as it might. Those of you in Uruguay need to reflect deeply.

In order to do that, you need to equip all citizens with the teachings of the Principle. There are many second-generation children of blessed families in Colombia. You have to create an environment in which they can freely practice true love in their lives. Many nations are suffering severely from family and drug problems, among others. Colombia too suffers misery from the problems of drugs, violence and AIDS, especially in their effect upon youth. The movement promoting true love and true family values can solve these problems.

Accordingly, you have to reform this nations image and demonstrate this through your deeds. You have to take action so that there is no one in any corner of this country who does not know about True Parents. You need to plant the traditions of true family, true love and true lineage. 23 When I visited Africa, I told the people there, "Compared to the Middle East, where people in Israel enjoy prosperity in a land that is practically a desert, Africa is a land that is blessed by God. Why isn't Africa living up to its full potential? We need to convey True Parents' teachings in order to help." There is no path to revive Africa other than by conveying these teachings. I told them, "If, after receiving this new philosophy and being born again, you go out and spread the true love of True Parents to your family and neighborhood, and reach further into your nation, God's Will can be accomplished quickly. If you do that, your nation will take the lead no less than advanced nations."

The movement to become new people who have been born again internally, based on True Parents' teachings, has a sense of urgency. 25 I visited Caracas, Venezuela, ten years ago. Now, on August 7, 2006, I have returned. In the meantime, it seems that things have not changed much. I therefore think I need to work more vigorously to introduce our teachings to everyone in this country.

Perhaps some of you have visited Switzerland. That nation once faced difficult circumstances, when it was oppressed by powerful neighbors and independence was difficult to gain. Nonetheless, it has become a safe haven for diplomatic, political and ideological refugees. Lenin lived there, and leaders of the Reformation conducted activities there. Because there were good ancestors who foresaw the future of that country and preserved its natural environment, they could build a prosperous and vital nation. I think that if Venezuela has people with leadership ability, it can also stand before the world as a country with an environment no less beautiful than that of Switzerland.

I cannot understand why Venezuela, which is among the top nations in the world in terms of natural resources, suffers in poverty. There is only one way out. Everyone, from those in positions of power to the common people, needs to receive True Parents and begin a movement of spiritual renewal. If you make the determination to work, even if just by yourself, and if you feel that 24 hours in a day is too few, and if you work for the sake of the eternal development of this country and a future of peace, there will be hope. 26 If you intend to restore Peru, you need to pour out all your energy to witness to college students. We have to raise them as the future leaders of the Unification Church and of this country. The quickest way is to educate them, and through them purify your country's mistaken social customs. 28 From the providential perspective regarding Oceania, New Zealand has to fulfill the mission of the mother nation. 29 Before coming to Australia, I passed through the Middle East region, including Israel. There, ambassadors for peace took the lead and successfully completed the Universal Peace Federation gatherings for the Return to the Original Fatherland and Hometown. We harvested good results there, but soon after I left, a war broke out. When I think about that, images of those ambassadors for peace come to my mind and my heart aches.

The only solution to all the problems in the world, including the barriers that exist between religions, races and cultures, is to receive True Parents. Blessed families have the responsibility to enlighten people about this. You need to feel responsible for what is happening in the Middle East. You have the responsibility to thoroughly inform the people in your region and your nation about True Parents. In this age, we readily talk about peace, hope and happiness centering on True Parents, but think about the people who perish without knowing anything about them.
