      Tips=[1]= 대개 resort를 "휴양지"로 잘 못 알고 있을 것이다.

                                    하지만 법률상으로  항소심을 할 수 없는 "최종심"이란 의미도 갖이고 있다.

                                   그래서 last resort는 다양한 의미를 정확히 인지하고 사용하시길....
