Follow the energy seminar given by Grandmaster Kim and hosted by Master Lisa Kodak at Lorain, Ohio was a wonderful experience.

I have learned so much in the three day seminar and fell in love with swards. Everyone there was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Met wonderful people, and made new friends and family.

The first day we focused on Kimu, involving moments that flow and follows body mechanics, which later translate and transition beginners smoothly into movements with swards.

During the seminar were taught in a methodical way, where each sessions’ content builds on from the previous session very nicely.

We were exposed to variations of techniques, starting from Kimu to single sword and then double sword movements.

I really enjoyed the three day seminar, the sessions, out of session conversations, meeting new friends and family.

I really look forward to the next training opportunity and to see everyone again.
