참부모경 - 447. 참부모님의 경제관

참부모님께서는 물질은 하나님께서 자녀인 인간에게 주신 선물로서 인간의 삶에 필수적인 요소라고 보셨다. 인간은 누구나 차별 없이 하나님이 주신 물질을 골고루 사용하면서 물질의 진정한 소유주가 되고, 특정 국가가 과학기술과 경제력을 독점해서 다른 나라를 예속시키면 안 된다고 예견하고 경제적 평준화를 주창하셨다. 이런 경제관에 기초해 하나님을 중심한 공생·공영·공의의 인류공동체 비전을 제시하신 것이다.
 
10 아버님이 사업을 해서 벌려고 하는 것은 불쌍한 사람들이 잘살 수 있도록 시멘트 역할을 하기 위해서입니다. 그래서 아버님이 닦은 경제적 기반을 중심삼고 세계 만민 해방을 위해 모두 나누어 주는 것입니다. 그것이 평준화입니다. 선진국이 약소국을 자기 나라 아래에 갖다 붙이려고 하지만 그래서는 안 된다는 것입니다. 옆으로 갖다 붙여야 됩니다. 평접(平接)을 해야 된다는 것입니다. 이렇게 하니까 선진국가 사람들은 아버님을 선진국가를 파괴하려는 사람이라고 낙인찍어서 반대합니다. 아버님은 세계 평준화를 주장하고 있는 사람입니다. 내가 모든 나라를 대등한 자리에 세워 주겠다는 것입니다. 지금까지 유럽은 아프리카를 착취해서 만년 종의 자리에 세우기 위한 정책을 펴 왔고, 또한 미국도 남미를 예속화하기 위한 정책을 써 왔습니다. 이것을 내가 타파해 버리려고 하는 것입니다.
 
11 통일교회가 지금까지 하늘에 바치고 기도하고 정성들인 것은 나라를 살리고자 했던 것이지 통일교회를 살리고자 했던 것이 아닙니다. 식구들은 전부 ‘아버님은 사업을 한다고 괜히 통일산업을 만들어서 우리를 고생시킨다.’고 했지만 그것은 고생이 아닙니다. 나라를 찾아야 되기 때문에 그렇게 한 것입니다. 나라를 살리기 위해 최공의 기술력을 가지고 시작했던 이 목적이 나라와 관계를 맺어서 앞날에 그 이상 발전할 수 있는 항공, 우주공학 등 과학기술세계에까지 연결시키는 것이었기 때문에 잘한 일이라는 것입니다. 그것은 개인의 힘을 가지고는 안 되는 일입니다.
 
12 뉴욕을 비롯한 전 세계에서 우리가 소유하고 있는 재산은 하나님의 축복의 일부입니다. 모든 물질은 자식들에게 주시려는 선물로서 하나님이 창조했습니다. 인간은 타락으로 인하여 진정한 하나님의 아들딸이 되지 못하였습니다. 그러나 이들은 하나님의 혈통으로 복귀되어 직접 상속인으로서 모든 피조물을 주관하고 이것을 하나님의 영광을 위해 이용하게 되어 있습니다. 그런 때가 옵니다. 나는 물질을 사탄의 것이라고 나쁘게 생각하지 않습니다. 그 물질을 관리하고 사용하는 것은 사람입니다. 그것을 누가 소유하고 어떻게 사용하느냐가 중요합니다. 물질을 소유한 사람이 하나님을 중심하고 선한 목적으로 인류의 이익을 위해 사용하면 하나님은 기꺼이 그에게 소유권을 부여하실 것입니다.
 
13 우리는 여러 기업체를 가지고 있습니다. 장차 자녀를 교육할 수 있는 교육기관도 세울 예정입니다. 그리고 사업은 더 확장될 것이며 조직도 커 갈 것입니다. 나는 여러 곳에 이상적인 도시와 마을을 세울 계획을 갖고 있습니다. 우리는 경제적으로 상부상조하여 생산하고 일하는 사회를 건설할 것입니다. 그 분위기는 외부세계와는 다를 것입니다. 돈이 중요한 목적이 아니지만, 그와 같은 사업체들을 세움으로써 통일교인들은 하나님에 대한 책임과 봉사를 함께 수행해 나갈 것입니다.
 
14 너나 할 것 없이 과거·현재·미래를 중심삼고 인간 군상이 살아가는 생활에서 대체로 귀하다고 하는 것은 무엇이냐? 지금까지의 역사노정에서는 경제문제가 등장했습니다. 돈 문제는 일상생활에서 떠날 수 없는 것입니다. 경제문제라는 것은 가정에서도 그렇고, 사회생활에서도 그렇고, 모든 생활에서 떠날 수 없습니다. 항상 경제가 문제 되어 왔습니다. 경제문제를 논하게 될 때 그것은 세계적 차원에서 생각해야 됩니다. 지금 가정에서 쓸 수 있는 돈도 필요하겠지만 그것을 넓혀서 국가적인 경제문제, 세계적인 경제문제를 생각해야 됩니다.

真の父母様は、物質というものは、神様が子女である人間に下さった贈り物であり、人 間の生活に必須の要素であると考えられた。そして、人間は、誰もが差別なく、神様の下さった物質を等しく使用しながら、物質の真の所有主となるべきであ り、特定の国家が科学技術と経済力を独占して、他の国を隸属させてはならないと予見され、経済的平準化を主唱された。このような経済観に基づいて、神様を 中心とした共生、共栄、共義の人類共同体ビジョンを提示されたのである。
 
10 お父様が事業をしてお金を稼ごうとするのは、そのお金を貧しい人々が豊かに暮らせるように使うためです。それで、経済的な基盤を中心として、お父様が築い た最高の科学技術を世界の万民解放のために分け与えるのです。それが平準化です。
先進国が弱小国を自国の下に引き入れようとするのですが、そのようにしてはいけないというのです。横に連れてきて、くっつけなければなりません。平 らに連結しなければならないというのです。このようにするので、先進国の人々は、お父様に対して「先進国を破壊しようとする者」という烙印を押して、反対 するのです。お父様は、世界の平準化を主張している人です。私がすべての国を対等な位置に立ててあげようというのです。
今までヨーロッパはアフリカを搾取し、万年にわたって僕の立場に立てるための政策を展開し、またアメリカも、南米を隸属化するための政策を用いてきました。これを私が打破してしまおうとしているのです。
 
11  統一教会が今まで天に捧げ、祈り、精誠を尽くしてきたのは、国を生かそうとしてやったことであって、統一教会を生かそうとしてやったことではありません。
食口たちはみな、「お父様は事業をするといって、むやみやたらに『統一産業』を造り、私たちを苦労させる」と言いましたが、それは苦労ではありませ ん。国を探し出さなければならないので、そのようにしたのです。国を生かすために、最高の技術力をもって始めたこの目的は、国と関係を結び、将来、それ以 上に発展できる航空、宇宙工学など、科学技術世界にまで連結させるものだったので、正しいことだというのです。それは、個人の力ではできないことです。
 
12  ニューヨークをはじめとする、全世界で私たちが所有している財産は、神様の祝福の一部です。すべての物質は、子女たちに与えようとするプレゼントとして、神様が創造されたのです。
人間は堕落によって、本当の神様の息子、娘になれませんでした。しかし、彼らは神様の血統に復帰され、相続人としてすべての被造物を直接主管し、これを神様の栄光のために和用するようになっています。そのような時が来ます。
私は、物質をサタンのものだとして、悪いようには考えません。その物質を管理し、使用するのは人間です。それを誰が所有し、どのように使用するかが 重要です。物質を所有した人が神様を中心として、善なる目的で人類の利益のために使用すれば、神様は、喜んでその人に所有権を与えられるでしょう。
 
13  私たちは、様々な企業体をもっています。将来、子女を教育できる教育機関もつくる予定です。そして、事業はより拡張され、組織も大きくなっていくでしょう。
私は、多くの場所に理想的な都市と村を造る計画をもっています。私たちは、経済的に相互扶助を行い、生産して働く社会を建設するでしょう。その雰囲気は、外部世界とは違います。
お金が主な目的ではありませんが、そのような事業体を立てることによって、統一教会員たちは、神様に対する責任と奉仕を共に遂行していくでしょう。
 
14  誰彼を問わず、過去、現在、未来を中心として、多くの人々が生きていく中で、概して貴いと考えるものとは何でしょうか。今までの歴史路程では、経済問題が登場しました。お金の問題は、日常生活から離れることのない事柄です。
経済問題というのは、家庭でもそうであり、社会生活でもそうであり、国家生活でもそうであり、あらゆる生活から離れることができないのです。常に経 済が問題になってきました。経済問題を論じるときは、世界的次元で考えなければなりません。今、家庭で使うお金も必要ですが、それを広げ、国家的な経済問 題や、世界的な経済問題を考えなければならないのです。

A vision for economic development According to True Parents, material things are an essential element of human life. They are God's gift to us, His children. For this reason, True Parents advocate equalization, saying that for human beings to become the true owners of the material world, they need to have equal use of the material things that God has given them. Thus, they warn against some nations dominating others by monopolizing scientific technology and economic power. Based on this view of economics, True Parents present the vision of a God-centered, global community rooted in the ideals of interdependence, mutual prosperity and universally shared values. 10 My purpose of doing business and making money is to perform the role of bonding all the people of thg world, whether rich or poor. My financial foundation is to be shared with those in poverty for the liberation of all humankind. This is the equalization that I am trying to realize.

Developed countries try to place weaker nations under their control, but they should not do that. Rather, they have to walk with those nations hand in hand. In this way, all nations link together laterally. Yet because I work for this, I am stigmatized by people in the advanced countries, saying that I am trying to undermine their national economies. All I am doing is advocating for the equalization of the nations of the world. I am trying to place all nations on an equal footing.

Yet, to this day, some countries in Europe still continue to exploit Africa and implement policies to perpetually enslave the nations there. Likewise, the United States implements policies putting South America under its control. I am trying to do away with all of this. (225-291, 1992/01/26)
 
11 Everything the Unification Church is doing—praying and making offerings to God—is for the sake of saving the nation and the world. It is not for the sake of saving the Unification Church. Church members complain, "Father formed Tongil Industries to do business, but when it comes to those of us who work there, he only makes us suffer." But in fact, you are not working there to suffer. You are working to restore Korea.

I founded Tongil Industries with the purpose of utilizing the latest technology to save this nation. Having built the company to the point where we can offer its current technological foundation to the nation, we will move forward to make foundations in higher, more advanced fields of science and technology, in aviation and space engineering, so we can offer them to the nation as well. This is why I think that what we are doing is right. But we cannot succeed if we are thinking only about our individual situations. (311-217, 1999/09/10)
 
12 All of the assets that we own in the world, including those in New York, are a part of God's blessings. God created all material things, desiring to give them as gifts to His children. Due to the Fall, human beings were unable to become God's true sons and true daughters. However, once people are brought into God's lineage and preside over all material things as God's direct heirs, they will use them for bod's glory. Such a time is coming.

Just because they were claimed by Satan, I do not regard material things per se as evil. It is human beings who manage and use material things. What is important is who owns them and how they are used. When a person who owns material things uses them for the benefit of humankind, with a good, God-centered purpose, God will gladly grant the right of ownership to that person. (091-113, 1977/02/03)
 
13 We own many business entities. In the future, I plan to build educational institutions where we can educate the children of this world as well. The businesses will grow and our organizations will expand. I am planning to build ideal cities and villages in several places around the world. We will create communities in which people produce, work and help each other economically. The atmosphere in those communities will be different from that in the world at large. Our main goal is not money. With the money we generate from these businesses, Unificgtionists will carry out their responsibilities in service to God and humankind. (091-135, 1977/02/03)


14 What is it that all people, whether in the past, present or future, generally value in life? Economic issues have marked the course of history, and continue to do so to this day. In our daily life we cannot ignore the issue of money. Economic issues cannot be ignored in our family life, social life and national life. The economy has always been a major issue. But when we discuss economic issues, we must think on a global level. Although you need money right now in your families, you need to broaden your viewpoint and think about the economic issues affecting the nation and the world. (126-076, 1983/04/12)
