Product Overview

The product is installed on the electric drill to use the electric drill power to drive the circular gear cutter to cut the metal sheet. The outer edge of the circular gear cutter disc and the inner edge of the vice-circular cutter disc form the cutter to realize the cutting of the iron sheet. After shearing, the iron is sent out along the rotation of the vice-round cutter disc. The shearing effect is flat and leaves no burrs. It can be used with different electric drills.

Maximum shear capacity:

Iron Plate: 0.3–1.0 mm
Tin foil: 0.3–1.2 mm
Steel plate: 0.8–1.0 mm
Copper plate: 1.5 mm
Aluminum plate: 1.5 mm
Cardboard: 2 mm
Using a 12V drill gives slightly lower cutting performance.
A 21V drill provides better cutting performance.

Points to note

This product is suitable for cutting flat metal sheets of 1 mm thickness or less.

It is not suitable for:
Bent metal sheets
Ribbed (corrugated) sheets
Profiled sheets
Welded plates
Non-metallic materials


If the cutter becomes stuck and cannot move forward, set the drill to reverse to automatically withdraw the cutter.

​본 제품은 전동 드라이버/드릴에 장착하여 사용합니다. 전동 드릴의 동력을 이용하여 원형 기어 날을 회전시켜 금속 판재를 절단합니다. 메인 원형 기어 날의 외곽 테두리와 보조 원형 기어 날의 안쪽 테두리가 맞물려 절단이 이루어지며, 절단된 철판은 보조 원형 기어 날의 회전을 따라 배출됩니다. 절단면이 평평하고 버(부스러기/가시)가 남지 않습니다. 다양한 전동 드릴과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.

​참고사항:

​12V 드릴 사용 시 절단 성능이 약간 떨어질 수 있습니다.
​21V 드릴 사용 시 절단 성능이 더 좋습니다.
​주의 사항 (Points to note)
​본 제품은 1mm 이하의 평평한 금속 판재를 절단하는 데 적합합니다. 굽어 있거나, 리브(골)가 들어가거나, 성형된 판, 용접된 판 및 비금속 재질의 판은 절단하지 마십시오.


​절단 중 걸려서 앞으로 나아가지 않을 경우, 드릴을 **역회전(후진)**으로 설정하면 자동으로 빠져나옵니다.
