Chapter 7. Uncreated Dharma
"Subhuti, what do you think? Has the Tathagata obtained the Anuttara Samyak Sambothi? Is there any dharma expounded by the Tathagata?"
Subhuti replied, "As far as I understood the meanings of the teachings of the Buddha, there is no fixed dharma that is called the Anuttara Samyak Sambothi, nor is there any fixed dharma that can be taught by the Tathagata.
Why? because the Dharma that the Tathagata has spoken of cannot be grasped and described in words. It is not a dharma nor no dharma.
Why is that? Because, all Bhadras [현인(賢人 sage)] and Aryas [성인(聖人 saint)] can be distinguished only in terms of the Uncreated Dharma [개이무위법(皆以無爲法)]."

Great Ones, Perfect Beyond Learning, Utter no Words of Teaching
Subhuti, what do you think? Has the Tathagata attained the Consummation of Incomparable Enlightenment? Has the Tathagata a teaching to enunciate? Subhuti answered: As I understand Buddha's meaning there is no formulation of truth called Consummation of Incomparable Enlightenment. Moreover, the Tathagata has no formulated teaching to enunciate. Wherefore? Because the Tathagata has said that truth is uncontainable and inexpressible. It neither is nor is it not. Thus it is that this unformulated Principle is the foundation of the different systems of all the sages.
Section 7: No obtaining, no expounding
“Subhūti, what do you think? Has the Tathāgata obtained Anuttarā Samyaksaṃbodhi? Is there any dharma the Tathāgata has spoken?” Subhūti replied, “Thus do I explain the true meaning of the Buddha’s teachings: there is no fixed dharma of Anuttarā Samyaksaṃbodhi, nor is there a fixed dharma the Tathāgata can speak. Why? The Tathāgata’s exposition of the Dharma [teaching] can never be grasped or spoken, being neither dharma nor non-dharma [being neither a fixed rule nor licence]. What is it, then? All the noble ones are distinguished by the unconditioned Dharma.”
